The eccentric plug rotary sealing structure comprises a first annular groove formed in the inner wall of the casing head body and a first rotary sealing ring arranged in the first annular groove; the centralizer rotary sealing structure comprises a second annular groove formed in the inner wall of the eccentric rotary plug and a second rotary sealing ring arranged in the second annular groove; the outer sleeve static sealing structure arranged on the inner wall of the casing head body comprises a third annular groove formed in the inner wall of the casing head body and a static sealing ring arranged in the third annular groove.
In a word, the main structure of the invention is composed of four parts of a lower slip assembly 1, a production casing centralizer 2, a casing head shell assembly 3 and an eccentric rotary flushing mechanism 4. The lower slip assembly 1 consists of a lower slip bolt 10, a lower slip nut 11, a lower slip seat 12, a lower slip 13, a body bracket 14 and the like; the production casing centralizer 2 consists of a coupling joint 20, a centralizing pull rod 22, a pull rod nut 21 and the like; the casing head shell assembly 3 consists of a casing head body 30, an outer sleeve static seal structure 31, a side outlet flat valve 32, a centralizer rotary seal structure 33, an eccentric plug rotary seal structure 34, a pressure-bearing steel ball 35 and the like; the eccentric rotary flushing mechanism 4 consists of an eccentric rotary plug 40, a blowout preventer flange 41, a pipe washing locking sleeve 42, a pipe washing sealing sleeve 43, a compression nut 44, a compression bolt 45 and the like.
The working principle is as follows: the lower slips 13 in the lower slip assembly 1 hold the surface sleeve or the technical sleeve seat on the lower slip seat 12, and the lower slip bolts 10 and the lower slip nuts 11 are connected with the sleeve head shell assembly 3, so that the surface sleeve or the technical sleeve and the whole device form a whole; the body support 14 serves as an auxiliary support for the entire device.
The production casing centralizer 2 is connected with a production casing coupling through a coupling joint 20, and the production casing is straightened through a centralizing pull rod 21 and a pull rod nut 22, so that the concentricity of the production casing and a surface casing or a technical casing is ensured; while a seal is formed between the rotary seal 33 and the eccentric rotary flushing mechanism 4 by means of the centralizer.
The casing head shell assembly 3 seals the surface casing or the technical casing through the outer sleeve static sealing structure 31, the sealing is a nonmetallic static sealing structure, and the sealing mode can be injection sealing or non-injection sealing; sealing with the eccentric rotary plug 40 by the eccentric plug rotary seal 34; the side hole has 2 side outlet flat valves 32 to play a role in returning slurry, and the defect of insufficient slurry returning space when the washing pipe rotates to the side hole is effectively avoided.
The eccentric rotary flushing mechanism 4 is connected with the casing head casing assembly 3 through a compression nut 44 and a compression bolt 45, and the annular pressure born by the eccentric rotary plug 40 is transferred to the casing head casing assembly 3 through the compression blowout prevention flange 41, so that the eccentric rotary plug 40 is prevented from being shifted out due to the annular pressure; the eccentric rotary plug 40 and the casing head body 30 are provided with nitriding raceways, and the middle is contacted by the pressure-bearing steel balls 35, so that the sliding friction is changed into rolling friction, the friction coefficient is greatly reduced, and the rotary torque is reduced; the wash pipe locking sleeve 42 and the wash pipe sealing sleeve 43 lock and seal the wash pipe, ensure that the pressure outlet is only arranged on the side outlet of the casing head casing assembly 3, and are beneficial to the flushing and slurry returning effect.
The centralizer rotary sealing structure 33, the eccentric plug rotary sealing structure 34 and the outer sleeve static sealing structure 31 form a sealing structure of the device for sealing the sleeve annulus, and the sleeve annulus is sealed.
The eccentric rotary plug 40 has a radial lever screw hole in the upper portion.
The manual rotation and automatic rotation integrated device has the advantages that the manual rotation and automatic rotation integrated device can be connected with the extension bar, then the extension bar can be manually driven to rotate, meanwhile, the gear structure is machined on the outer circle of the upper portion of the extension bar, and the extension bar can be electrically or hydraulically driven to rotate after being connected with the gear mechanism.

Claims (4)
1. The rotary sealing wellhead for the external flushing reinforcement of the oil-water well production casing comprises a lower slip assembly and a casing head shell assembly, and is characterized by further comprising a production casing centralizer and an eccentric rotary flushing mechanism, wherein the casing head shell assembly comprises a casing head body, at least two radially-through side outlets are formed in the middle of the casing head body, the lower end of the casing head body is connected with the lower slip assembly, the lower slip assembly is sleeved on the outer wall of the outer casing, the upper end of the outer casing stretches into the casing head body, an outer casing static sealing structure is arranged on the inner wall of the casing head body, and the inner wall of the casing head body and the outer wall of the outer casing are in a sealing state; the eccentric rotary flushing mechanism comprises an eccentric rotary plug, a washing pipe and a blowout prevention flange, wherein the eccentric rotary plug is provided with a central hole and an eccentric hole, the production casing centralizer is installed in the central hole, the lower end of the production casing centralizer is connected with the upper end of the production casing, the production casing is concentrically positioned in the outer casing, the washing pipe is inserted in the eccentric hole, the lower end of the washing pipe extends into an annulus between the outer casing and the production casing, the blowout prevention flange is connected with the casing head body through a compression bolt, a compression nut is installed on the compression bolt, the lower end face of the blowout prevention flange is pressed on the upper end face of the eccentric rotary plug, the lower half section of the eccentric rotary plug extends into the casing head body, the inner wall of the casing head body is provided with an eccentric plug rotary sealing structure, the inner wall of the casing head body and the outer wall of the eccentric rotary plug are in a sealing state, the inner wall of the eccentric rotary plug is provided with a centralizer rotary sealing structure, and the rotary sealing structure of the eccentric rotary sealing structure is in a sealing state between the inner wall of the eccentric rotary plug and the production casing centralizer; the eccentric rotary plug rotates relative to the casing head body and the production casing centralizer;
the upper end of the eccentric rotary plug is provided with an expanding edge, the lower end face of the expanding edge and the upper end face of the casing head body are provided with corresponding raceways, and pressure-bearing steel balls are placed in the raceways;
the lower end surface of the blowout prevention flange is pressed on the upper end surface of the eccentric rotary plug, hard alloy is sintered on the contact surface and ground to a higher finish degree, so that the free rotation of the eccentric rotary plug is not prevented;
the production casing centralizer comprises a coupling joint and a centralizing pull rod, wherein the centralizing pull rod is arranged at the upper half section of a central hole formed in the eccentric rotary plug, the coupling joint is arranged at the lower half section of the central hole, the upper end of the coupling joint is connected with the centralizing pull rod, the lower end of the coupling joint protrudes out of the central hole and is connected with the production casing, the centralizing pull rod is provided with an external wire, the upper end of the centralizing pull rod protrudes out of the central pipe, a pull rod nut is arranged, and the lower end face of the pull rod nut is blocked on the upper end face of the eccentric rotary plug;
the washing pipe is locked at the upper port of the eccentric hole through a washing pipe locking sleeve, a washing pipe sealing sleeve is sleeved on the outer wall of the washing pipe, and the outer wall of the washing pipe and the inner wall of the eccentric hole of the eccentric rotary plug are in a sealing state through the washing pipe sealing sleeve;
the upper part of the eccentric rotary piston is provided with a radial lever screw hole, the outer circle of the upper part is processed with a gear structure after being connected with the extension rod, and the gear structure is connected with the gear mechanism to drive the component to rotate by electric power or hydraulic power, so that the manual rotation and automatic rotation integration is realized.
2. The rotary seal wellhead for external flushing and strengthening of an oil-water well production casing according to claim 1, wherein a side outlet of the casing head body is connected with a side outlet flat valve.

The rotary seal wellhead for external flushing reinforcement of oil-water well production casings according to claim 1, wherein the lower slip assembly comprises a lower slip seat, a lower slip, a body support, a lower slip bolt and a lower slip nut, the lower slip is positioned in the lower slip seat, the lower slip is clamped on the outer wall of the outer casing, the body support is covered outside the lower slip seat, the lower slip bolt sequentially penetrates through the lower slip seat and the top surface of the body support and then is connected to the casing head body, and the lower slip nut is installed on the lower slip bolt.

The rotary seal wellhead for external flushing reinforcement of an oil-water well production casing according to claim 1, wherein the eccentric plug rotary seal structure comprises a first annular groove formed in the inner wall of the casing head body and a first rotary seal ring installed in the first annular groove; the centralizer rotary sealing structure comprises a second annular groove formed in the inner wall of the eccentric rotary plug and a second rotary sealing ring arranged in the second annular groove; the outer sleeve static sealing structure arranged on the inner wall of the casing head body comprises a third annular groove formed in the inner wall of the casing head body and a static sealing ring arranged in the third annular groove.
