本发明公开了一种基于镍硬铸铁的高韧性复合型耐磨锤头,所述耐磨锤头由以下重量份数比的成分组成:镍3‑5%、铬1.5‑3.5%、钼0.5‑1.5%、锰0.7‑0.9%、硅4‑6%、碳0.6‑0.8%、铜5‑7%、钒0.05‑0.15%、氮0.35‑0.55%、磷0.05‑0.25%、硫0.1‑0.3%、钛1.5‑5.5%、硼0.2‑0.4%、钨2‑6%、稀土5.5‑7.5%,余量为铁。本发明采用更加科学合理的成分配比,具有较高的硬度,足够的韧性,耐磨性得到大幅提高,使用寿命得到大幅提高,特别适用于非强烈冲击的工况条件,使用过程中不易断裂,力学性能稳定,具有良好的经济与推广价值。

Description

一种基于镍硬铸铁的高韧性复合型耐磨锤头
技术领域
本发明属于耐磨锤头领域,尤其涉及一种基于镍硬铸铁的高韧性复合型耐磨锤头。
背景技术
破碎机破碎石块时,主要是利用高速旋转的锤头与石块撞 击,将石块破碎成需要的细小颗粒,直至粉碎成建筑用的细砂。因此,锤 头是破碎机的关键部件,也是易磨损件。锤头的耐磨性、抗冲击韧性决定 它的更换次数和寿命。直接影响到砂石生产的成本和产量。目前,国内砂石破碎机使用的锤头材质为高锰钢(Mn13),其化学成 分的重量百分比是(wt%):C:0.90-1.20;Mn:11.00-14.00;Si:0.30-0.80; S:≤0.050;P:≤0.070,高锰钢是奥氏体钢,用它制成的锤头经水韧处 理后得到奥氏体组织。工作前布氏硬度为HB190-250,工作中,在高速旋 转强烈冲击工况下,锤头表面形成耐磨性较好的马氏体组织,硬度可达到 HB500-800,从而达到耐磨的目的。而破碎机锤头在工作中,并非全部经受强烈冲击,在正常工作中,很难完全发挥其抗磨潜力,表面不可能全部形成马氏体组织,形成的硬化层很浅,硬度常低于HB300-350,造成其耐磨性差,使用寿命短的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种基于镍硬铸铁的高韧性复合型耐磨锤头。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种基于镍硬铸铁的高韧性复合型耐磨锤头,所述耐磨锤头由以下重量份数比的成分组成:
镍3-5%、铬1.5-3.5%、钼0.5-1.5%、锰0.7-0.9%、硅4-6%、碳0.6-0.8%、铜5-7%、钒0.05-0.15%、氮0.35-0.55%、磷0.05-0.25%、硫0.1-0.3%、钛1.5-5.5%、硼0.2-0.4%、钨2-6%、稀土5.5-7.5%,余量为铁。
进一步地,所述耐磨锤头由以下重量份数比的成分组成:镍4%、铬2.5%、钼1%、锰0.8%、硅5%、碳0.7%、铜5-7%、钒0.1%、氮0.45%、磷0.15%、硫0.2%、钛3.5%、硼0.3%、钨4%、稀土6.5%,余量为铁。
进一步地,还包括分布在外层的防护基层,该防护基层由以下重量份数比的成分组成:镁3-7%、锆9-11%、铈4-8%、锶1-3%,余量为石墨粉。
进一步地,所述防护基层由以下重量份数比的成分组成:镁5%、锆10%、铈6%、锶2%,余量为石墨粉。
进一步地,所述防护基层外表面覆有防护外层,该防护外层由以下重量份数比的成分组成:二氧化硅11-13%、氢氧化钡7-11%、氧化锆3-7%、粘结剂1-3%、增韧剂1.5-3.5%、偶联剂2-4%,余量为铁矿石。
进一步地,所述防护外层由以下重量份数比的成分组成:二氧化硅12%、氢氧化钡9%、氧化锆5%、粘结剂2%、增韧剂2.5%、偶联剂3%,余量为铁矿石。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用更加科学合理的成分配比,具有较高的硬度,足够的韧性,耐磨性得到大幅提高,使用寿命得到大幅提高,特别适用于非强烈冲击的工况条件,使用过程中不易断裂,力学性能稳定,具有良好的经济与推广价值。

一种基于镍硬铸铁的高韧性复合型耐磨锤头,所述耐磨锤头由以下重量份数比的成分组成:镍5%、铬3.5%、钼1.5%、锰0.9%、硅4-6%、碳0.8%、铜7%、钒0.15%、氮0.55%、磷0.25%、硫0.3%、钛5.5%、硼0.4%、钨6%、稀土7.5%,余量为铁;还包括分布在外层的防护基层,该防护基层由以下重量份数比的成分组成:镁7%、锆11%、铈8%、锶3%,余量为石墨粉;所述防护基层外表面覆有防护外层,该防护外层由以下重量份数比的成分组成:二氧化硅13%、氢氧化钡11%、氧化锆7%、粘结剂3%、增韧剂3.5%、偶联剂4%,余量为铁矿石。
实施例3:
一种基于镍硬铸铁的高韧性复合型耐磨锤头,所述耐磨锤头由以下重量份数比的成分组成:镍4%、铬2.5%、钼1%、锰0.8%、硅5%、碳0.7%、铜5-7%、钒0.1%、氮0.45%、磷0.15%、硫0.2%、钛3.5%、硼0.3%、钨4%、稀土6.5%,余量为铁;还包括分布在外层的防护基层,该防护基层由以下重量份数比的成分组成:镁5%、锆10%、铈6%、锶2%,余量为石墨粉;所述防护基层外表面覆有防护外层,该防护外层由以下重量份数比的成分组成:二氧化硅12%、氢氧化钡9%、氧化锆5%、粘结剂2%、增韧剂2.5%、偶联剂3%,余量为铁矿石。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于镍硬铸铁的高韧性复合型耐磨锤头,其特征在于:所述耐磨锤头由以下重量份数比的成分组成:镍4%、铬2.5%、钼1%、锰0.8%、硅5%、碳0.7%、铜5-7%、钒0.1%、氮0.45%、磷0.15%、硫0.2%、钛3.5%、硼0.3%、钨4%、稀土6.5%,余量为铁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于镍硬铸铁的高韧性复合型耐磨锤头,其特征在于:还包括分布在外层的防护基层,该防护基层由以下重量份数比的成分组成:镁3-7%、锆9-11%、铈4-8%、锶1-3%,余量为石墨粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于镍硬铸铁的高韧性复合型耐磨锤头,其特征在于:所述防护基层由以下重量份数比的成分组成:镁5%、锆10%、铈6%、锶2%,余量为石墨粉。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于镍硬铸铁的高韧性复合型耐磨锤头,其特征在于:所述防护基层外表面覆有防护外层,该防护外层由以下重量份数比的成分组成:二氧化硅11-13%、氢氧化钡7-11%、氧化锆3-7%、粘结剂1-3%、增韧剂1.5-3.5%、偶联剂2-4%,余量为铁矿石。
