In this embodiment, the preparation method of the yellowing-resistant aqueous adhesive includes the following steps:
A. weighing the following components in parts by weight: polyvinyl alcohol, water-soluble polyvinyl formal, water-based ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, silicone-acrylic emulsion, emulsifier, ultraviolet absorbent and antioxidant;
B. mixing polyvinyl alcohol and water-soluble polyvinyl formal, putting the mixture into a stirring and dissolving device, adding deionized water which is 22 times of the total weight of the polyvinyl alcohol and the water-soluble polyvinyl formal, gradually heating the mixture to 97 ℃, and stirring the mixture at the rotating speed of 650r/min until the polyvinyl alcohol and the water-soluble polyvinyl formal are completely dissolved;
C. and then cooling to 68 ℃, adding the aqueous ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the silicone-acrylic emulsion, the emulsifier, the ultraviolet absorbent and the antioxidant, continuously stirring for 80min, cooling to room temperature, and discharging to obtain the yellowing-resistant aqueous adhesive.
When used, the yellowing-resistant aqueous adhesive and an aqueous curing agent (aqueous isocyanate curing agent) are mixed according to a ratio of 100: 1.5, and the mixture is used immediately after being uniformly mixed.
Comparative example 1:
the difference from example 4 is that no ultraviolet absorber is present, and the other is the same as example 4.
Comparative example 2:
the difference from example 4 is that no 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole is present, and the other is the same as example 4.
Comparative example 3:
the difference from example 4 is that resorcinol monobenzoate is absent, and the rest is the same as example 4.
Comparative example 4:
the difference from example 4 is that there is no water-soluble polyvinyl formal, and the rest is the same as example 4.
Comparative example 5:
the difference from example 4 is that there is no aqueous ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and the other is the same as example 4.
Comparative example 6:
the difference from example 4 is that there is no silicone-acrylic emulsion, and the rest is the same as example 4.
The following performance tests were performed on the yellowing-resistant aqueous adhesives obtained in examples 2 to 4 of the present invention and the adhesives obtained in comparative examples 1 to 6, and the test methods were as follows: (1) high/low temperature resistance: baking the bonded white shoe lining and vamp at 60 ℃ for 72 hours, freezing at-10 ℃ for 72 hours, and observing the bonding condition; (2) yellowing resistance: keeping the bonded white shoe lining and the bonded shoe upper at the temperature of 120 ℃ for 60min, and then observing whether the shoes are yellowed or not; the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the above table, the yellowing resistant aqueous adhesive of the present invention has the following advantages: the yellowing resistance is good; the high/low temperature resistance is good; the 180 DEG peeling strength is high.

The preparation method of the yellowing-resistant water-based adhesive is characterized in that the yellowing-resistant water-based adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 38-48 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 23-29 parts of water-soluble polyvinyl formal, 28-35 parts of water-based ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 12-16 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 2-4 parts of emulsifier, 3-6 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 2.5-4 parts of antioxidant; the ultraviolet absorber is a mixture of 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole and resorcinol monobenzoate, and the mass ratio of the 2- (2 '-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole to the resorcinol monobenzoate is 1: (0.6-0.7); the polyvinyl alcohol is 1799 type polyvinyl alcohol; the emulsifier is coconut oil amine polyoxyethylene ether; the antioxidant is tetra [ beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid ] pentaerythritol ester; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
A. weighing the following components in parts by weight: polyvinyl alcohol, water-soluble polyvinyl formal, water-based ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, silicone-acrylic emulsion, emulsifier, ultraviolet absorbent and antioxidant;
B. mixing polyvinyl alcohol and water-soluble polyvinyl formal, putting the mixture into a stirring and dissolving device, adding deionized water which is 20-25 times of the total weight of the polyvinyl alcohol and the water-soluble polyvinyl formal, gradually heating to 96-98 ℃, and stirring at the rotating speed of 500-800 r/min until the polyvinyl alcohol and the water-soluble polyvinyl formal are completely dissolved;
C. and then cooling to 65-70 ℃, adding the aqueous ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the silicone-acrylic emulsion, the emulsifier, the ultraviolet absorbent and the antioxidant, continuously stirring for 60-90 min, cooling to room temperature, and discharging to obtain the yellowing-resistant aqueous adhesive.
2. An anti-yellowing aqueous adhesive prepared by the preparation method of claim 1.
3. The yellowing-resistant aqueous adhesive according to claim 2, wherein the yellowing-resistant aqueous adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 43 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 26.5 parts of water-soluble polyvinyl formal, 31.5 parts of water-based ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 14 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion, 3.2 parts of emulsifier, 4.8 parts of ultraviolet absorbent and 3.6 parts of antioxidant.
