Then, a new winding drum 17 is sleeved on the roller 14, that is, the fixing device 7 is sleeved on the first sliding rod 6, so that the connecting shaft 16 is clamped in the front of the roller 14, and then the position of the second bracket 8, that is, the position of the winding drum 17, is fixed through the fixing device 7, so that the plastic pipe can be continuously wound.

When a user needs to roll the plastic pipe, the head end of the plastic pipe passes through the space between the first pressing wheel 22 and the second pressing wheel 26, the plastic pipe is wound on the winding drum 17, the user can move the second sliding sleeve 20 back and forth on the second sliding rod 19, and then the position of the third support 21 is adjusted, so that the plastic pipe can be orderly rolled, and the plastic pipe can not be rolled together in a disordered manner.
When a user needs to roll the plastic pipe, the user can pull the fourth sliding rod 29 to move upwards, the third spring 30 is stretched, when the plastic pipe is wound on the winding drum 17, the user releases the fourth sliding rod 29, and under the action of the third spring 30, the fourth sliding rod 29 drives the third pressing wheel 31 to move downwards, so that the third pressing wheel 31 presses the plastic pipe, and therefore, the plastic pipe rolling process is more stable.
When the plastic pipe is completely rolled and the winding drum 17 needs to be taken out, the user can push the press block 35 to move downwards, the fourth spring 36 is compressed, the press block 35 moves downwards to drive the slide block 39 to move rightwards through the fourth roller 41, the fifth spring 38 is compressed to enable the slide block 39 to be separated from the second clamping groove 331, the user can push the swing plate 4 to swing downwards, the swing plate 4 swings downwards to drive the arc-shaped slide rod 32 to swing leftwards, the swing plate 4 drives the second roller 5 not to be in contact with the winding drum 17, the user can take off the winding drum 17, when the winding drum 17 is sleeved again by the user, the swing plate 4 is pushed to swing upwards, the swing plate 4 swings upwards to drive the arc-shaped slide rod 32 to swing rightwards, the arc-shaped slide rod 32 is located in the arc-shaped sliding sleeve 33, when the swing plate 4 moves upwards to drive the second roller 5 to be in contact with the winding drum 17, the press block 35, the pressing block 35 does not extrude the fourth roller 41 any more, and under the action of the fifth spring 38, the sliding block 39 drives the fourth roller 41 to move leftwards, so that the sliding block 39 is located in the second clamping groove 331, the arc-shaped sliding rod 32 is fixed, and the winding drum 17 is more stable in the moving process.
