本发明提供一种分类垃圾桶,包括圆柱形主桶、底圈梁、网筒、网篮。特征在于:圆柱形主桶为中空且开口大的不漏水的薄壁容器,在一半深度位置设有向内的凸起;网筒为上口大与下口小并且底部无遮挡的中通围网;网篮为开口小且底大的有内凹托底平网与均布三足连接底圈梁的篮,下半部篮身为均匀内凹的三个曲面,曲面与底圈梁之间有空洞;网筒居于网篮上部,网筒的下口与网篮的开口直径一致并且在瓶颈处由卡口固定连接在一起组成沙漏状中空网壁桶;网篮的底圈梁卡嵌在圆柱形主桶内并且承托在凸起上,空洞连通至圆柱形主桶内;网筒的下口与圆柱形主桶顶部齐平。本方案有助于干湿垃圾分类投放。

一种分类垃圾桶
技术领域
本发明涉及一种分类垃圾桶,具体的说是可用在居家或移动车辆或场站的直立组合的垃圾桶。
背景技术
在城市化进程中,垃圾围城越来越严重。混合投放的生活垃圾带来环境卫生压力,居民健康压力以及资源浪费压力。许多城市已经开展了相当严厉的生活垃圾分类工作。不限于上海,不少城市出台垃圾分类条例,并大量采购多色垃圾桶便于分类工作。在空间有限的地方,进行干湿垃圾分类是较好的优选方案。居家或场站等可以并列几个垃圾桶,但竖立组合垃圾桶可节约空间,同时可透视的便于监督。本方案可提供一种干湿垃圾分类与示范的替代产品。
发明内容
本发明提供一种分类垃圾桶,包括圆柱形主桶、底圈梁、网筒、网篮,所采用的技术方案在于:圆柱形主桶为中空且开口大的不漏水的薄壁容器,在一半深度位置设有向内的凸起;网筒为上口大与下口小并且底部无遮挡的中通围网;网篮为开口小且底大的有内凹托底平网与均布三足连接底圈梁的篮,下半部篮身为均匀内凹的三个曲面,曲面与底圈梁之间有空洞;网筒居于网篮上部,网筒的下口与网篮的开口直径一致并且在瓶颈处由卡口固定连接在一起组成沙漏状中空网壁桶;网篮的底圈梁卡嵌在圆柱形主桶内并且承托在凸起上,空洞连通至圆柱形主桶内;网筒的下口与圆柱形主桶顶部齐平。
本发明效果在于:圆柱形主桶为中空且开口大的不漏水的薄壁容器主要承接有液体洒漏的湿垃圾,同时作为支撑网篮的载体承接网篮中洒落的液体与细渣;网筒与网篮有助于轻质,可透视便于监督;沙漏状中空网壁桶主要承接干垃圾,实现干湿垃圾的隔开放置,同时托底平网有利于干垃圾内的残渣与液体下落至圆柱形主桶;网筒的下口与圆柱形主桶顶部齐平设计,以及网篮下半部篮身的曲面与底圈梁之间均布的三个空洞,在置于圆柱形主桶内时,便于作为湿垃圾进入的通道;卡嵌的沙漏状中空网壁桶以及网筒与网篮的卡口固定连接便于分开后清空垃圾与维护。本结构简洁,沙漏状中空网壁桶可有铁艺或藤艺或塑艺制备,并可与现有圆柱形垃圾桶组合,成本可控。当用在居家或办公,可实践垃圾分类;当用在公交车内或候车场站具备垃圾分类实施与示范引导并便于监督的作用。

图1实施例所示:一种分类垃圾桶,包括圆柱形主桶1、底圈梁2、网筒3、网篮4,所采用的技术方案在于:圆柱形主桶1为中空且开口大的不漏水的薄壁容器,在一半深度位置设有向内的凸起; 网筒3为上口大与下口小并且底部无遮挡的中通围网;网篮4为开口小且底大的有内凹托底平网与均布三足连接底圈梁2的篮,下半部篮身为均匀内凹的三个曲面,曲面与底圈梁2之间有空洞5;网筒3居于网篮4上部,网筒3的下口与网篮4的开口直径一致并且在瓶颈处由卡口固定连接在一起组成沙漏状中空网壁桶;网篮4的底圈梁2卡嵌在圆柱形主桶内并且承托在凸起上,空洞5连通至圆柱形主桶1内;网筒3的下口与圆柱形主桶1顶部齐平。

1.一种分类垃圾桶,包括圆柱形主桶(1)、底圈梁(2)、网筒(3)、网篮(4),其特征在于:圆柱形主桶(1)为中空且开口大的不漏水的薄壁容器,在一半深度位置设有向内的凸起;网筒(3)为上口大与下口小并且底部无遮挡的中通围网;网篮(4)为开口小且底大的有内凹托底平网与均布三足连接底圈梁(2)的篮,下半部篮身为均匀内凹的三个曲面,曲面与底圈梁(2)之间有空洞(5);网筒(3)居于网篮(4)上部,网筒(3)的下口与网篮(4)的开口直径一致并且在瓶颈处由卡口固定连接在一起组成沙漏状中空网壁桶;网篮(4)的底圈梁(2)卡嵌在圆柱形主桶(1)内并且承托在凸起上,空洞(5)连通至圆柱形主桶(1)内;网筒(3)的下口与圆柱形主桶(1)顶部齐平。
