After the thermal transfer is finished, in order to protect the transferred pattern, a film covering treatment needs to be carried out on the surface of the transfer pattern, and the transferred pattern is protected by a PVC film, but after the PVC film is covered, redundant edges exist between the PVC film and the transferred pattern, trimming is generally carried out by a trimming knife in the prior art, and in the process, gaps are easy to generate, so that the edges are irregular, and the efficiency is low.

s5, film coating treatment: cutting the PVC film to enable the size of the PVC film to be larger than that of the transfer printing pattern, and wrapping the PVC film on the surface of the transfer printing pattern through a film laminating machine;
s6, trimming: after the film covering treatment is finished, a metal plate with the same size as the transfer pattern is placed on the transfer pattern, then the excess PVC film on the periphery of the transfer pattern is burnt by a flame method and a flame gun, and then the sinter on the surface of the PVC film is removed.
