一种薄膜切边齿形刀。提供了一种适用于工业化、并且切口整齐的薄膜切边齿形刀。包括刀架和设在刀架上的刀具,所述刀具包括定刀和动刀,所述动刀包括转动轴和若干设在转动轴上的动刀片,所述刀架中部开设有刀具容置腔,所述刀具容置腔的一侧设有用于穿设转动轴的开孔,所述开孔中固定有轴承,所述转动轴固定在轴承的内圈上;所述刀具容置腔的外壁上开设有用于连接定刀的固定孔,所述定刀上开设有与所述固定孔一一对应的安装孔,使得定刀可拆卸的连接所述固定孔;所述定刀的刀刃与转动轴的轴线平行,所述动刀片的刀刃倾斜于所述定刀的刀刃。本发明在动刀转动轴上设若干与定刀倾斜的定刀,相对倾斜的刀刃切割时形成剪刀形状,更利于薄膜的切割。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割刀具,具体涉及一种薄膜切边齿形刀。
背景技术
众所周知,越薄越软的东西越难切,将薄膜边沿切出想要的纹路更难。过去薄膜切边通常有两种形式:1)工业化使用模具切割,刀具直上直下,过薄的薄膜无法切;2)手工切纸刀,上刀与下刀一端铰接在一起,该种方式切割速度慢,不适合工业生产,并且切割过薄的薄膜时难免会留下斜口。
发明内容
本发明针对以上问题,提供了一种适用于工业化、并且切口整齐的薄膜切边齿形刀。
本发明的技术方案是:包括刀架和设在刀架上的刀具,所述刀具包括定刀和动刀,所述动刀包括转动轴和若干设在转动轴上的动刀片,所述刀架中部开设有刀具容置腔,所述刀具容置腔的一侧设有用于穿设转动轴的开孔,所述开孔中固定有轴承,所述转动轴固定在轴承的内圈上;
所述刀具容置腔的外壁上开设有用于连接定刀的固定孔,所述定刀上开设有与所述固定孔一一对应的安装孔,使得定刀可拆卸的连接所述固定孔;
所述定刀的刀刃与转动轴的轴线平行,所述动刀片的刀刃倾斜于所述定刀的刀刃。
若干所述动刀片的刀刃交替方向相反地倾斜于所述定刀的刀刃。
若干所述动刀片的刀刃与定刀的刀刃夹角为3-15°。
所述刀具容置腔开孔对面敞口设置,并在敞口上连接废料导筒。
所述安装孔为长条形。
本发明的有益效果是:在动刀转动轴上设若干与定刀倾斜的定刀,相对倾斜的刀刃切割时形成剪刀形状,更利于薄膜的切割,并且可实现连续剪切,剪切快速有效;动刀交替方向相反地倾斜于定刀,两个方向切刀相互补充切割,避免产生斜口;定刀安装孔为长条形,使得定刀相对动刀的位置可调,这样就可以保证定刀和动刀间的间距足够小,便于切割的进行。本发明结构简单,解决了薄膜切边难的问题,可切割厚度0.01mm以下的薄膜。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作具体说明。
本发明如图1-3所示,包括刀架1和设在刀架1上的刀具,所述刀具包括定刀2和动刀3,所述动刀3包括转动轴31和若干设在转动轴31上的动刀片32,所述刀架1中部开设有刀具容置腔4,所述刀具容置腔4的一侧设有用于穿设转动轴31的开孔,所述开孔中固定有轴承,所述转动轴31固定在轴承的内圈上;
所述刀具容置腔4的外壁上开设有用于连接定刀2的固定孔,所述定刀2上开设有与所述固定孔一一对应的安装孔21,使得定刀2可拆卸的连接所述固定孔;
所述定刀2的刀刃与转动轴31的轴线平行,所述动刀片32的刀刃倾斜于所述定刀2的刀刃。相对倾斜的刀刃切割时形成剪刀形状,更利于薄膜的切割。转动轴31通过电机驱动转动。
如图3所示,若干所述动刀片32的刀刃交替方向相反地倾斜于所述定刀2的刀刃。解决一个方向的刀刃切割留下斜口的问题。
若干所述动刀片32的刀刃与定刀2的刀刃夹角为3-15°。角度根据需要设置,角度过大切割过程将会产生过大的斜口,造成原料浪费,角度过小,剪切不明显,不易切割。
所述刀具容置腔4开孔对面敞口设置,并在敞口上连接废料导筒5。所述废料导筒5的末端连接吸气装置,在切割过程中,吸气装置启动,将切割下来的废料吸出齿形刀,以保持齿形刀的正常工作。所述废料导筒5的外端头(即远离刀架的一端)相对刀架倾斜向下,吸到导筒内的废料不易重新回到刀具中,使得废料不易飞卷飘散在刀具中。
定刀2和动刀3的形状根据需要确定,可以是平直的,也可以是其他形状的,定刀2、动刀3两者适配就行。
所述安装孔21为长条形。使得定刀2相对动刀3的位置可调,这样就可以保证定刀2和动刀3间的间距足够小,可切割0.01mm以下的薄膜。
所述刀架底部固定连接有用于连接机架的安装座6。

1.一种薄膜切边齿形刀,包括刀架和设在刀架上的刀具,其特征在于,所述刀具包括定刀和动刀,所述动刀包括转动轴和若干设在转动轴上的动刀片,所述刀架中部开设有刀具容置腔,所述刀具容置腔的一侧设有用于穿设转动轴的开孔,所述开孔中固定有轴承,所述转动轴固定在轴承的内圈上;
所述刀具容置腔的外壁上开设有用于连接定刀的固定孔,所述定刀上开设有与所述固定孔一一对应的安装孔,使得定刀可拆卸的连接所述固定孔;
所述定刀的刀刃与转动轴的轴线平行,所述动刀片的刀刃倾斜于所述定刀的刀刃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜切边齿形刀,其特征在于,若干所述动刀片的刀刃交替方向相反地倾斜于所述定刀的刀刃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜切边齿形刀,其特征在于,若干所述动刀片的刀刃与定刀的刀刃夹角为3-15°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜切边齿形刀,其特征在于,所述刀具容置腔开孔对面敞口设置,并在敞口上连接废料导筒。
