技术领域
本发明涉及医用人工关节假体领域,尤其是涉及一种人工髋臼。
背景技术
人体的骨盆和大腿经髋关节连接,髋关节一旦受损,会给人们的生活造成严重不便。每年大量中老年人因关节的软骨表面磨损或撕裂而髋关节疼痛且行动不便,医生开始用塑料臼和金属球为病人替换损伤的髋关节。人工髋关节置换被公认为一种理想方法,目前该手术在国内外已普遍开展。
人工髋关节假体在使用中会出现因假体磨损、无菌性松动、脱位等并发症,且一直困扰着临床医生。随着人工髋关节置换的广泛开展,因技术水平参差不齐,该问题日益突出,对置换材料和技术进行升级成为当务之急,而设计一种合适的关节置换假体也是一个减少假体并发症的重要因素。人工髋关节假体包括支承壳和支承球,支承壳即人工髋臼,它直接影响人工髋关节的各项性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是如何设计一种人工髋臼,其结构更加稳固、润滑和摩擦性能良好。
本发明的技术方案是:一种人工髋臼,包括由内至外依次设置的外壳层、中间层和内衬层,所述中间层的外表面与所述外壳层的内表面粘接,所述中间层的内表面与所述内衬层的外表面粘接,所述外壳层的外表面分布有微孔,所述外壳层的内表面设有加强筋,所述中间层为多孔网状结构,所述内衬层上设有第一通孔、第二通孔、第三通孔;所述内衬层沿其半圆球形面对称设有4个所述第一通孔,所述第一通孔的中心轴线与所述人工髋臼的下端面所在平面之间成14°角,所述内衬层沿其半圆球形面对称设有所述第二通孔,所述第二通孔的中心轴线与所述人工髋臼的下端面所在平面成41°角;所述第二通孔位于所述第一通孔的内侧;所述内衬层的顶部中心设有所述第三通孔;所述第三通孔与所述人工髋臼的下端面所在平面垂直,且所述第三通孔的中心轴线通过所述内衬层的下端面所在圆环的圆心。
进一步地,所述外壳层的外表面上所述微孔的直径为0.01-0.03mm。

有益效果:
本发明提供的一种人工髋臼为多层复合材料,具有高硬度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性,韧性高且抗弯强度大,具有良好的生物相容性,血液相容性,有一定的溶胀性,可以吸收大量的组织液作为关节润滑液,且内表面分布均匀的微小凹孔,可以存储润滑液来进一步减少人工髋关节的磨损。

实施例1
如图1和图2所示,本发明公开的一种人工髋臼,包括外壳层1、中间层2和内衬层3,外壳层1、中间层2和内衬层3由内向外依次设置,中间层2的外表面与外壳层1的内表面通过粘贴的方式固定连接,中间层2的内表面与内衬层3外表面通过粘接的方式固定连接;外壳层1的外表面均匀分布有微孔,微孔直径优选为0.01-0.03mm,微孔截面为正八边形,微孔利于人体组织与外壳层1外表面的结合;外壳层1的内表面设有加强筋,加强筋的厚度优选为1-3mm,加强筋的截面为正方形。
内衬层3上设有第一通孔4、第二通孔5和第三通孔6,其中内衬层3上沿其半圆球形面对称设有4个第一通孔4,第一通孔4的中心轴线与人工髋臼的下端面所在平面之间呈14°,内衬层3上沿其半圆球形面对称设有四个第二通孔5,第二通孔5位于第一通孔4的内侧,第二通孔5的中心轴线与人工髋臼的下端面所在平面之间呈41°,内衬层3的顶部中心设有一个第三通孔6,第三通孔6与人工髋臼的下端面所在平面垂直,且第三通孔6的中心轴线通过内衬层3的下端面所在圆环的圆心;当人工髋臼承受载荷时,第一通孔4、第二通孔5和第三通孔6中有组织液体流过。
由于人工髋臼承受载荷时,中部区域压力最大,因此第一通孔4、第二通孔5、第三通孔6都为圆孔且直径依次增大,第二通孔5的直径是第一通孔4的直径的2倍,第三通孔6的直径是第一通孔4的直径的3倍。优选地,第一通孔4的直径为0.2mm,第二通孔5的直径为0.4mm,第三通孔6的直径为0.6mm。
内衬层3内表面分布有深度为0.1mm的圆形盲孔,圆形盲孔的直径优选为0.06-0.2mm,数量为15-30个;人工髋臼运动时关节润滑液被储存在圆形盲孔内,随着载荷增大则关节润滑液被逐渐释放,可提高内衬层3内表面润滑性能。
外壳层1的材料为聚醚醚酮、三氧化二铝陶瓷、钛合金中的一种;中间层2为弹性多孔结构的水凝胶,优选地,中间层2的材料为富含关节润滑液的聚氨酯水凝胶,中间层2中的关节润滑液在假体装配时提前灌注;内衬层3的材料为超高分子量聚乙烯。
外壳层1的内表面均匀设有10-40个圆柱形凸起,圆柱形凸起的中心轴线垂直于所在外壳层1内表面的切平面,优选地,圆柱形凸起的直径为0.2mm,高度为0.2-0.4mm,数量为30个。假体装配后,外壳层1的圆柱形凸起会嵌入中间层2中,以保证外壳层1和中间层2之间的结合紧固性能。
本发明公开的一种人工髋臼,在使用时人体骨组织易于与人工髋臼外表面结合,提高了假体的安装牢固性,外壳层1用加强筋增强了假体的抗变形能力,关节润滑液通过内衬层3内分布的第一通孔4、第二通孔5、第三通孔6进入中间层2的多孔结构,当人体运动时,关节润滑液在关节运动时随着重力和关节面挤压的作用而不断释放,提高了假体的耐磨性能,而且通孔的直径变化也利于平衡不同位置的润滑状态。

在本实施例中,外壳层1的材料为连续纤维增韧碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料,其中连续纤维增韧是碳纤维增韧、碳化硅纤维增韧中的一种;中间层2的材料为纳米银复合聚氨酯水凝胶、纳米银复合聚乙烯醇水凝胶中的一种,能够有效提高中间层2的抗菌能力和材料强度;内衬层3的内表面分布有深度为0.2mm的盲孔,盲孔的数量为20个,盲孔的横截面是椭圆形,椭圆形的长轴长度是短轴长度的1.2倍。

Claims (10)
1.一种人工髋臼,其特征在于:包括由内至外依次设置的外壳层、中间层和内衬层,所述中间层的外表面与所述外壳层的内表面粘接,所述中间层的内表面与所述内衬层的外表面粘接,所述外壳层的外表面分布有微孔,所述外壳层的内表面设有加强筋,所述中间层为多孔网状结构,所述内衬层上设有第一通孔、第二通孔、第三通孔;
所述内衬层沿其半圆球形面对称设有四个所述第一通孔,所述第一通孔的中心轴线与所述人工髋臼的下端面所在平面之间成14°角,所述内衬层沿其半圆球形面对称设有所述第二通孔,所述第二通孔的中心轴线与所述人工髋臼的下端面所在平面成41°角;所述第二通孔位于所述第一通孔的内侧;所述内衬层的顶部中心设有所述第三通孔;所述第三通孔与所述人工髋臼的下端面所在平面垂直,且所述第三通孔的中心轴线通过所述内衬层的下端面所在圆环的圆心。
2.如权利要求1所述的人工髋臼,其特征在于:所述外壳层的外表面上所述微孔的直径为0.01-0.03mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的人工髋臼,其特征在于:所述内衬层内表面分布有深度为0.1-0.4mm的盲孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的人工髋臼,其特征在于:所述盲孔的横截面为圆形,所述圆形的直径为0.06-0.2mm。
5.如权利要求3所述的人工髋臼,其特征在于:所述盲孔的横截面为椭圆形,所述椭圆形的长轴长度是短轴长度的1.1-1.5倍。
6.如权利要求3所述的人工髋臼,其特征在于:所述外壳层的材料为聚醚醚酮、三氧化二铝陶瓷、钛合金中的一种。
7.如权利要求3所述的人工髋臼,其特征在于:所述中间层的材料为聚氨酯水凝胶。
8.如权利要求3所述的人工髋臼,其特征在于:所述内衬层的材料为超高分子量聚乙烯。
9.如权利要求1所述的人工髋臼,其特征在于:所述加强筋的厚度为1-3mm。
10.如权利要求1所述的人工髋臼,其特征在于:所述第一通孔的直径为0.2mm。
