The invention discloses a lifting bed, which has a structure shown in figure 1 in a specific embodiment and comprises a bed frame assembly 6, a driving device 1, a screw rod assembly 2 connected with the driving device 1, a supporting base 8 and a supporting top seat 9. The bed frame assembly 6 is connected with the lead screw assembly 2 through the bed connecting assembly 5. The protective frame 7 is fixedly connected with the supporting top seat 9 and the supporting base seat 8, and the screw rod assembly 2 is positioned in the protective frame 7.
The driving device 1 is configured as shown in fig. 2, and includes a motor 101, a first pulley 102, a timing belt 103, a second pulley 104, a motor bracket 105, a rolling bearing 106, and a screw rod mounting base 107. The motor 101 is connected with the first belt pulley 102 through a rotating shaft of the motor, the first belt pulley 102 is connected with the second belt pulley 104 through a synchronous belt 103, meanwhile, the motor 101 is fixed on the lead screw mounting seat 107 through the motor support 105, and the lead screw mounting seat 107 is fixed on the protection frame 7. The screw mount 107 is provided with a rolling bearing 106. The motor 101 is preferably an electromagnetic braking motor, which can prevent reversion, so that the bed body is fixed at a specified position and is safer.
The screw assembly 2 is structurally shown in fig. 3 and comprises a ball screw 201, a key 202, a support rod 203 and an annular washer 204. The trapezoidal nut assembly comprises a trapezoidal nut bracket 508, an adjusting screw 506 and a trapezoidal nut 507 fixed in the trapezoidal nut bracket 508. The trapezoidal nut bracket 508 is journaled to the rocker assembly 505 by an adjustment screw 506. The adjustment of the screw 506 allows a certain deviation between the ball screw 201 and the support rod 203. The welding member 501 is further provided with a shock-proof pin 504, and the linear bearing 502 is provided with a nozzle 503. The bed connecting assembly 5 is fixed on the bed frame assembly 6 through a connecting seat plate 509, the support rod 203 is connected with the bed connecting assembly 5 through a linear bearing 502, and the ball screw 201 is connected with the bed connecting assembly 5 through a trapezoidal nut 507.
The bed frame assembly 6 is shown in fig. 7 and comprises a bed frame 601 and a support frame assembly installed under the bed frame 601, wherein the bed frame 601 is connected with the bed connecting assembly 5 through a connecting seat plate 509. The support frame assembly structure is shown in fig. 8 and includes support legs 602, support brackets 603, folding links 604, rods 605 and connectors 606. The supporting bracket 603 is connected with the bottom of the bedstead 601, a plurality of supporting legs 602 are arranged below the supporting bracket 603, and the supporting legs 602 are rotatably connected with the supporting bracket 603. The folding connecting frame 604 is connected between the supporting leg 602 and the supporting bracket 603, and a round bar 605 and a connecting piece 606 for extending and retracting the folding connecting frame 604 are arranged on the folding connecting frame 604.
Human body sensors are arranged on the left side and the right side of the supporting top seat 9 and the bottom of the left side and the right side of the bedstead 601. The working principle of the invention is as follows: after the power is turned on, the driving device 1 starts to work, the motor 101 drives the first belt pulley 102, the first belt pulley 102 drives the second belt pulley 104 through the synchronous belt 103, and the second belt pulley 104 drives the ball screw 201 to rotate. The ball screw 201 converts the rotational motion of the screw into a linear motion of the bed connecting assembly 5 ascending or descending through a trapezoidal nut 507 in the bed connecting assembly 5. The bed connecting assembly 5 is connected with the bed frame assembly 6, so that the whole bed is driven to ascend or descend. When the bedstead 601 descends to the lowest point and a person needs to rest on the bedstead, the support leg 602 is pulled in the direction away from the support frame 603, and the support leg 602 drives the folding connecting frame 604 to reach the position shown in fig. 8, the connecting piece 606 and the folding connecting frame 604 prop against the support leg 602, so that the support leg 602 is perpendicular to the ground, and at the moment, the whole support assembly is in a support state. When the support assembly is to be collapsed, the rod 605 is pulled and the support leg 602 is pushed toward the support shelf 603. Due to the thrust, the support leg 602 drives the folding connecting frame 604 and the connecting piece 606 to move, so that the support leg 602 is folded under the support bracket 603, and the folded state of the support assembly is shown in fig. 9.
