Description

Composite herbicide for preventing and removing resistant weeds in wheat fields and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of agricultural herbicides, and relates to a compound herbicide for preventing and removing resistant weeds in wheat fields and application thereof.
Background
Wheat is one of the main food crops in China, and wheat field weeds directly or indirectly affect the yield and quality of wheat by competing for moisture, nutrients, occupying ecological space, spreading pests and diseases and the like with wheat. Common grass weeds in wheat fields are beckmannia syzigachne, jiejie, brome, wild oat, alopecurus japonicus, setaria viridis, digitaria sanguinea, bluegrass and the like; broad-leaf weeds such as cleavers, shepherd's purse, descurainia sophia, maica, chickweed, vetch, speedwell and the like. With the wide application of herbicides, especially sulfonylurea herbicides, in wheat fields, the development of drug-resistant weed populations is rapid, and the harm of malignant weeds which are difficult to prevent and kill is serious.
Because of the long-term use of the bensulfuron methyl and bensulfuron methyl for preventing and killing broad-leaved weeds, the resistance of the broad-leaved weeds in the wheat field such as descurainia sophia and shepherd's purse is common and gradually dominates, and the compounds with excellent control effect in the past can be used as one component of the compound or slowly quit the market.
The Jiangsu Longdeng chemical Co., Ltd applies for a composition of flufenacet and florasulam (CN 107205395A), which can be used for treating flufenacet and florasulam resistant crops, and discloses that the composition can also contain other pesticides, such as fungicides, insecticides, nematicides and the like, which are used for enhancing the drug effect and expanding the activity spectrum. CN105454266A discloses a composition of flufenacet, isoproturon and florasulam, which can be used for controlling gramineous weeds in wheat fields; CN105557732A discloses a composition of flucarbazone, flufenacet and florasulam, which can be used for controlling gramineous weeds in wheat fields. For comprehensive control of resistant weeds, the DuPont company in the United states finds that three herbicides, namely 2,4-D, dicamba and metsulfuron-methyl, can well control sulfonylurea herbicide-resistant weeds, namely Kochia, through barrel mixing, and provides a thought for solving the resistant weeds.
According to the application, flufenacet, florasulam and pendimethalin are used in combination, and the composition is applied to a wheat field by a spraying method, so that cleavers, beckmark grass and the like with resistance to sulfonylurea herbicides can be prevented and treated. The field pesticide effect test shows that the wheat is safe to wheat because no phytotoxicity symptom is generated by spraying the soil before seedling after sowing.

Resistant cleavers (resistant to tribenuron-methyl) with a fold resistance of about 15, ED, determined in the laboratory50A value of about 100g a.i./acre; resistant beckmannia syzigachne (anti-fenoxaprop-P-ethyl), the resistance multiple of which is about 20 and ED is determined in a laboratory50A value of about 180g a.i./acre; resistant veronica (anti-methoxone), the fold resistance of which was determined in the laboratory to be about 17, ED50The value was about 150g a.i./mu.
The test method comprises the following steps:
the test is carried out in a winter wheat test field (greenhouse), and seeds of beckmannia syzigachne, cleavers and speedwell (resistant and non-resistant) are selected and sowed in the wheat field. The soil treatment was carried out up to 3 leaves and 1 heart, and the death of weeds was observed 35d after the treatment, and the herbicidal activities of the respective agents were compared. The results are shown in Table 1.

Greenhouse test results show that the compound of flufenacet, florasulam and pendimethalin has good control effect on wheat field resistant weeds, namely cleavers, speedwell and beckmark grass, and according to visual inspection in the field, crops grow normally within the test dose range, and no phytotoxicity and abnormal phenomena of plants are seen, which indicates that the compound is safe to wheat.
3. Indoor Activity assay
To further understand the combined action of the composite herbicide on weeds, the inventor performs soil treatment combined action indoor activity determination on the blending of flufenacet, florasulam and pendimethalin:
test materials: galium aparine (common non-resistant weed).
The test method comprises the following steps:
weighing a certain amount of herbicide original drug, fully dissolving the herbicide original drug, respectively preparing single-dose mother liquor, setting a series of ratios according to the mixing purpose, and setting 5-7 concentration gradients in each ratio. Selecting representative sensitive weed seeds according to a single-agent weed control spectrum, carrying out soil spray treatment on weeds, then placing the weeds in an illumination incubator for room temperature culture for 35 days, calculating the control effect (fresh weight control effect or plant control effect), and then calculating the control effect by using a least square methodMean inhibition of medium-concentration ED50(95% confidence limit), and the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) was calculated using the Sun cloud Pepper method.
The co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) is more than or equal to 120 and shows a synergistic effect; the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) is less than or equal to 80, and the antagonism is shown; 80 < co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) < 120 showed additive effects. The test results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 Combined action test results of herbicidal compositions of different proportions on Galium aparine
Figure BDA0001695494080000071
Figure BDA0001695494080000081
Indoor determination results in table 2 show that flufenacet, florasulam and pendimethalin have good synergistic effect on non-resistant weed cleavers in the proportion range of 1-60:1-50: 1-60. Therefore, the herbicide can also be used for controlling non-resistant weeds in wheat fields.
The test results prove that the weeding composition containing flufenacet, florasulam and pendimethalin is safe to target crops, and has an obvious synergistic effect compared with a single agent. The weeding composition can well prevent and control weeds such as cleavers and beckmannia syzigachne which generate resistance to sulfonylurea herbicides, the prevention effect is obviously increased along with the increase of the dosage, and the resistant weeds such as cleavers and beckmannia syzigachne in the whole growth period of crops can be controlled by one-time application, so that the weeding composition has an obvious weeding effect, is environment-friendly, has no influence on next-stubble crops, and can be used for treating resistant weeds.
