When the first component 10 is located at the first position, the second component 20 covers the first component 10; as shown in fig. 6, when the first component 10 is located at the second position, the top of the first component 10 protrudes from the second component 20.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, a display panel is carried on the second assembly 20.
In the embodiment of the present invention, through the dust-proof component 13 disposed on the first component 10, when the first component 10 is located at the first position, the dust-proof component 13 is at least partially located in the gap between the first component 10 and the second component 20, and covers the area between the first sound outlet 12 and the second sound outlet 21, so that external foreign matters or dust can be prevented from entering the sound outlet through the gap 30, the sound outlet will not be blocked due to dust accumulation, and the dust-proof effect is achieved and the sound outlet effect of the telephone receiver 11 is ensured.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a receiver cavity may be disposed inside the first assembly 10, the receiver 11 is mounted in the receiver cavity, and the receiver cavity is communicated with the first sound outlet 12. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a side of the first sound outlet 12 facing away from the second component 20 is provided with a first dust screen 15, and/or a side of the second sound outlet 21 facing away from the first component 10 is provided with a second dust screen 23. Here, the first dust-proof net 15 may be located between the receiver cavity and the first sound outlet 12 to facilitate dust-proof of the receiver 11.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, at least one of a camera, a fill light, and an identification module may be further disposed on the first component 10.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the dust-proof component 13 may be disposed in the peripheral area of the first sound outlet 12, so as to avoid the blocking of the sound outlet when external foreign matters or dust enters the sound outlet through the gap 30 when the first component 10 is located at the first position, and ensure the sound outlet effect of the receiver 11. For example, in some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, 5 and 6, the dust-proof component 13 may be located between the first sound outlet 12 and the top edge of the first casing 16, so that, when the first component 10 is located at the first position, external foreign matters or dust can be prevented from entering the sound outlet through the gap 30 by the dust-proof component 13 located in the area between the first sound outlet 12 and the top edge of the first casing 16, so that the sound outlet does not accumulate dust, thereby achieving the dust-proof effect and ensuring the sound outlet effect of the receiver 11. In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the dust-proof member 13 may be disposed around the first sound outlet 12, which facilitates the dust-proof member 13 to achieve overall sealing of the gap 30 in the area between the first sound outlet 12 and the second sound outlet 21 when the first component 10 is located at the first position, so as to achieve overall dust prevention.
Alternatively, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the length of the orthographic projection of the dust-proof member 13 on the first housing 16 in the target direction is greater than the length of the orthographic projection of the first sound emission hole 12 on the first housing 16 in the target direction, which is perpendicular to the moving direction of the first assembly 10 with respect to the second assembly 20. In this way, when the first component 10 is located at the first position, the dust-proof member 13 is facilitated to seal the gap 30 in the region between the first sound outlet 12 and the second sound outlet 21, so as to prevent external foreign matters or dust from entering the sound outlet through the gap 30.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the dust-proof member 13 may be an elastic member.
Preferably, the dust-proof member 13 may be an elastic sound-absorbing foam member. In this way, when the second sound outlet hole 12 is opposite to the first sound outlet hole 12, the dust-proof member 13 is at least partially located in the gap 30 between the first component 10 and the second component 20, and covers the area between the first sound outlet hole 12 and the second sound outlet hole 21, so that the sound insulation and absorption effect can be achieved while preventing external foreign matters or dust from entering the sound outlet hole through the gap 30, and external sound is prevented from being mixed into the sound outlet hole.
Alternatively, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, to facilitate the movement of the dust-proof piece 13, a moving structure connected to the dust-proof piece 13 may be provided on the first assembly 10, so that the dust-proof piece 13 is moved between a position protruding with respect to the first housing 16 and a position located inside the first housing 16 by the moving structure. Specifically, the moving structure may be the first elastic member 14, that is, the first assembly 10 may further include the first elastic member 14, and the dust-proof member 13 is connected to the first housing 16 through the first elastic member 14.
Thus, when the first assembly 10 is located at the first position, the dust-proof member 13 is subject to the elastic force of the first elastic member 14, and is pushed out of the position inside the first housing 16 by the first elastic member 14, protruding relative to the first housing 16 and contacting with the second housing 24, so as to prevent external foreign matters or dust from entering the sound outlet through the gap 30. Preferably, the first elastic member 14 may be a spring.
Alternatively, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a first accommodating groove (not labeled) is provided on the first housing 16, and the dust-proof member 13 can move between a position protruding relative to the first accommodating groove and a position located in the first accommodating groove; in the case where the second sound emitting hole 21 is opposed to the first sound emitting hole 12, the dust-proof 13 is at least partially located in the first receiving recess.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a surface of the dust-proof component 13 facing the second housing 24 is an arc-shaped surface. This is advantageous in preventing the dust-proof member 13 from scratching the second housing 24 when it comes into contact with the second housing 24.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, in order to ensure that the dust-proof piece 13 is clamped and fixed with the second housing 24 when the first component 10 is located at the first position, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the second housing 24 is provided with a second accommodating recess 22, and the dust-proof piece 13 is at least partially clamped in the second accommodating recess 22 when the second sound outlet 21 is opposite to the first sound outlet 12. In this way, on the one hand, it is possible to ensure that the dust-proof 13 covers the area between the first sound outlet 12 and the second sound outlet 21 with the first component 10 in the first position, and on the other hand, it is also possible to ensure a more secure arrangement between the first component 10 and the second component 20 by the dust-proof 13 being fixedly clamped in the second receiving recess 22.
Preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cross section of the second receiving groove 22 is arc-shaped, that is, the second receiving groove 22 may be an arc-shaped groove, and the side surface and the bottom surface of the arc-shaped groove match with the arc-shaped surface of the dust-proof component 13, that is, the second receiving groove 22 matches with the arc-shaped surface of the dust-proof component 13.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, a transition arc surface is provided at a position where a side wall of the second accommodating recess 22 meets a first surface of the second housing 24, where the first surface is a surface of the second housing 24 facing the first component 10.
Illustratively, a first elastic member 14 connected with the dust-proof member 13 is provided on the first assembly 10, the dust-proof member 13 is movable between a position protruding relative to the first accommodating groove and a position located in the first accommodating groove by the first elastic member 14, and a surface of the dust-proof member 13 facing the second housing 24 is an arc-shaped surface; a second accommodating groove 22 for clamping the dust-proof piece 13 is correspondingly arranged on the second shell 24, a transition arc surface is arranged at the position where the side wall of the second accommodating groove 22 is connected with the first surface of the second shell 24, and the second accommodating groove 22 is an arc-shaped groove with the side surface and the bottom surface matched with the arc-shaped surface of the dust-proof piece 13; thus, as shown in fig. 1, when the first assembly 10 is located at the first position, the dust-proof component 13 is subject to the elastic force of the first elastic component 14, and is pushed out of the first accommodating recess by the first elastic component 14, and protrudes relative to the first accommodating recess and is clamped in the second accommodating recess 22; as shown in fig. 2 to 3, in the process that the first component 10 moves from the first position to the second position relative to the second component 20, due to the arc-shaped surface of the dust-proof component 13 and the second accommodating recess 22 is an arc-shaped recess, the dust-proof component 13 compresses the first elastic component 14 to move from the position protruding relative to the first accommodating recess to the position inside the first accommodating recess and smoothly move out of the second accommodating recess 22, at this time, since the transition arc-shaped surface is arranged at the position where the side wall of the second accommodating recess 22 meets the first surface of the second housing 24, the obstruction that the dust-proof component 13 smoothly moves out of the second accommodating recess 22 can be reduced, and the dust-proof component 13 is prevented from being scratched and damaged.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present invention, the top of the second casing 24 is provided with a guiding angle structure 25 towards the first end of the first assembly 10, and the thickness of the second casing 24 gradually increases in a direction extending to the second sound outlet 21 along the first end. Here, the guide angle structure 25 can better guide the movement of the dust-proof member 13 during the process of the first component 10 relative to the second component 20 from the second position protruding relative to the second component 20 toward the first position where the second component 20 covers the first component 10 (or the first component 10 is accommodated in the second component 20).
Finally, it should be noted that the dust-proof member may also be made of a dust-proof and water-proof material, so that the dust-proof effect is achieved, and the water-proof effect of the electronic device is further enhanced.
