The archive knowledge management device can greatly improve the mode of enterprise knowledge management, accelerate the application and popularization of knowledge management and ensure the effective implementation of enterprise knowledge management.
Some embodiments of the present invention further provide a mobile terminal, in which the archive knowledge management apparatus for the mobile terminal as described above is operated.
Some embodiments of the present invention further provide an archive knowledge management system, which includes a mobile terminal and a service cloud, wherein the archive knowledge management apparatus for the mobile terminal is operated in the mobile terminal, and the enterprise information system is operated in the service cloud.

Claims (9)

1. An archive knowledge management apparatus for a mobile terminal, comprising:
the login module is used for providing a login interface, verifying user login information, accessing a network in a wireless mode and establishing communication connection with a service cloud;
the system comprises a file management module, a service cloud management module and a search module, wherein the file management module is used for displaying file files managed by the service cloud in a classified and hierarchical manner and providing an uploading function and a search function, the uploading function is used for uploading file files submitted by a user to the service cloud, and the search function is used for searching corresponding file files according to information input by the user; the file type, the file name and the related attribute information input by the user are acquired when the user submits the archive file, and are uploaded to the service cloud end, so that the service cloud end can generate a browsing file in a PDF format according to the file type, and a corresponding relation is established among the browsing file, the file name and the related attribute information; the search function is specifically used for retrieving and displaying a corresponding browsing file from the service cloud according to a file name and/or related attribute information input by a user;
the knowledge base module is used for displaying knowledge information in an enterprise knowledge base of the service cloud end in a classified and hierarchical manner and providing an uploading function and a searching function, the uploading function is used for uploading the knowledge information submitted by a user to the service cloud end and issuing the knowledge information to the enterprise knowledge base after being identified by an expert advisor, and the searching function is used for searching corresponding knowledge information according to information input by the user;
and the community module is used for providing an exchange interaction function for the user to issue or answer questions in the knowledge community in real time, and the knowledge information related in the knowledge community is arranged by a knowledge manager and then issued to the enterprise knowledge base.
2. The apparatus of claim 1,
the login module is used for establishing communication connection between the mobile terminal and the service cloud end in a shadow address or VPN mode and accessing the service cloud end.
3. The apparatus of claim 1,
and the archive management module is used for uploading archive files in a slice uploading and local caching mode.
4. The apparatus of claim 1,
the archive management module provides various operation modes aiming at archive files, including checking, sharing, collecting and downloading.
5. The apparatus of claim 1,
the file type of the uploaded archive files comprises pictures and videos.
6. The apparatus of claim 1,
the system also comprises a home page module for providing a home page function and a personal center module for providing a personal information management function.
7. The apparatus of claim 1,
the community module also provides a message pushing reminding function, and reminds related personnel to check knowledge data and reply related problems in real time.
8. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
and the flow approval module is used for providing the function of approving the checking, downloading and borrowing operations of the user.
9. A mobile terminal, characterized in that it has operating therein an archive knowledge management means for mobile terminals according to claim 1.
