A processor herein may refer to one or more devices, circuits, and/or processing cores for processing data (e.g., computer program instructions).
The Memory 12 may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a Random Access Memory (RAM) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM) or other optical Disc storage, optical Disc storage (including Compact Disc, laser Disc, optical Disc, digital versatile Disc, blu-ray Disc, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to such. It should be noted that the air conditioner in the embodiment of the present invention may be in the form of a unit machine, a multi-split air conditioner, or a multi-split air conditioner.
In order to solve the problems that the refrigerating capacity of an air conditioner is poor and the stability is poor due to the fact that the rotating speed of an outdoor fan is not adjusted according to the change of a load or due to the fact that the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is not adjusted timely, the embodiment of the invention provides a control method of the outdoor fan, the method is applied to the air conditioner, and an outdoor unit of the air conditioner comprises the outdoor fan and an outdoor coil. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
201. and when the low-temperature refrigeration working condition is determined, the temperature of the indoor and outdoor coil pipes in the current period is obtained.
After the air conditioner is started, whether the air conditioner is in a low-temperature refrigeration working condition or not can be judged according to the current outdoor environment temperature. If the current outdoor environment temperature is greater than the pre-stored low-temperature preset value, the low-temperature refrigeration working condition is determined, and the air conditioner can control the outdoor fan to operate according to a normal mode. If the current outdoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the low-temperature preset value, it is determined that the air conditioner is in the low-temperature refrigeration working condition, and at this time, the air conditioner may perform refrigeration control periodically, which is described here by taking one cycle as an example. The air conditioner can acquire the temperature of the indoor and outdoor coils in the current period. Compared with the outdoor environment temperature, the temperature of the outdoor coil pipe can more accurately reflect the load condition of the outdoor unit.
In a specific implementation, the air conditioner may obtain the temperature of the outdoor coil through a coil temperature sensor installed in the outdoor unit. Or, the air conditioner may also acquire the condensing pressure through a condensing pressure sensor installed in the outdoor unit, and acquire the temperature of the outdoor coil corresponding to the current condensing pressure according to the correspondence between the condensing pressure and the temperature of the outdoor coil.
202. And determining the target rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to a first difference value between the temperature of the outdoor coil and the temperature of the outdoor coil in the previous period.
After the air conditioner obtains the temperature of the indoor and outdoor coils in the current period, the target rotating speed of the outdoor fan can be determined according to a first difference value between the temperature and the temperature of the outdoor coil in the previous period. Specifically, if the temperature of the outdoor coil pipe in the current period is less than a first preset temperature value, the minimum rotational speed at which the outdoor fan can stably operate may be determined as the target rotational speed. If the temperature of the outdoor coil is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature value and less than a second preset temperature value, the rotation speed variation of the outdoor fan can be determined by adopting a proportional-integral control mode according to the first difference and the difference between the temperature of the indoor coil and the outdoor coil in the current period and the second preset temperature value, and the target rotation speed is determined according to the rotation speed variation and the rotation speed of the outdoor fan in the previous period. If the temperature of the outdoor coil pipe is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature value and less than the third preset temperature value, the rotating speed variation of the outdoor fan can be determined by adopting a proportional-integral control mode according to the first difference value, and the target rotating speed is determined according to the rotating speed variation and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan in the previous period. If the temperature of the outdoor coil is greater than or equal to the third preset temperature value, the rotation speed variation of the outdoor fan can be determined by adopting a proportional-integral control mode according to the first difference and the difference between the temperature of the indoor coil and the temperature of the outdoor coil in the current period and the third preset temperature value, and the target rotation speed is determined according to the rotation speed variation and the rotation speed of the outdoor fan in the previous period. Therefore, when the temperature of the outdoor coil is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature value, the temperature of the outdoor coil is partitioned, each partition does not correspond to one fixed rotating speed, and the corresponding rotating speed is determined according to each temperature in the partition in real time to track the load condition of the outdoor unit in real time.
In one possible implementation manner, when the temperature of the outdoor coil is within the range of the first preset temperature value and the second preset temperature value, the process of determining the target rotation speed by the air conditioner is as follows: assuming that the first difference is A, and the difference between the temperature of the indoor and outdoor coils in the current period and the second preset temperature value is B. The upper and lower limits and the dead band of a and B may be set, respectively, i.e. setting: setting a to 0 when a is within the first range and setting B to 0 when B is within the second range indicates that the amount of change in temperature is negligibly small by setting the difference a or B to 0. The following formula is then used: and R is calculated, wherein P is a prestored proportionality constant, and I is a prestored integral constant. And finally, calculating the sum of the R and the calculated allowance in the previous period to obtain a PI calculation result R ', dividing the R' by the gain value to obtain a rotating speed variation, wherein the rotating speed variation is usually an integer, and then calculating the sum of the rotating speed variation and the rotating speed in the previous period to obtain the target rotating speed. And the formula can be adopted: r '-the gain value of the rotational speed variation amount x, the calculated margin of the current cycle is obtained for use in calculating the rotational speed variation amount of the next cycle, for example, assuming that R' is 7 and the gain value is 5, the rotational speed variation amount is 1 and the calculated margin of the current cycle is 2.
When the temperature of the outdoor coil is within the second preset temperature value and the third preset temperature value range and is greater than the third preset temperature value, the method for determining the target rotating speed is the same as the method for determining the target rotating speed when the temperature of the outdoor coil is within the first preset temperature value and the second preset temperature value range, wherein the difference B is always 0 when the temperature of the outdoor coil is within the second preset temperature value and the third preset temperature value range.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the motor for driving the fan to operate may be a variable speed motor, such as a continuously variable speed motor.
203. And controlling the outdoor fan to operate at the target rotating speed in the current period.
After the target rotating speed is determined, the air conditioner can control the outdoor fan to operate at the target rotating speed in the current period. After the current period is finished, the air conditioner can obtain the temperature of the outdoor coil pipe again in the next period, determine the temperature partition in which the temperature is located, determine the rotating speed of the outdoor fan in a mode corresponding to the temperature partition, and control the outdoor fan to operate at the rotating speed in the next period.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to accurately determine the low-temperature refrigeration condition, before the step 201 is executed, the outdoor fan may be controlled to operate for a period of time, so as to avoid interference of other factors. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the method may further include:
204. and after starting, determining the initial rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the outdoor environment temperature.
The corresponding relation between the outdoor environment temperature and the rotating speed of the fan can be prestored in the air conditioner, so that the air conditioner can determine the corresponding initial rotating speed according to the current outdoor environment temperature after being started.
205. And controlling the outdoor fan to operate at the initial rotating speed for the initial time period.
After the air conditioner controls the outdoor fan to operate at the initial rotating speed for the initial time period, the outdoor environment temperature can be obtained again, and whether the outdoor environment temperature is in the low-temperature refrigeration working condition or not is judged according to the outdoor environment temperature.
The control method of the outdoor fan provided by the invention comprises the steps of obtaining the temperature of the indoor and outdoor coil pipes in the current period when the outdoor fan is determined to be in the low-temperature refrigeration working condition, determining the target rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the first difference value between the temperature of the outdoor coil pipe and the temperature of the outdoor coil pipe in the previous period, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate at the target rotating speed in the current period. Compared with the prior art that a temperature range corresponds to a fixed rotating speed, the rotating speed control method can determine the corresponding rotating speed in real time according to the change condition of the current load, and realize accurate control of the rotating speed, thereby reducing the fluctuation of the air conditioner and improving the stability of the air conditioner.
