Abstract
The invention discloses a drill bit with circumferential spinning force, which comprises a drill bit body and a drill bit seat assembly, wherein the drill bit seat assembly is connected between a drill rod and the drill bit body and is used for generating the circumferential spinning force; the drill bit seat assembly sequentially comprises a rear connecting pipe, a middle pipe body and a front connecting pipe which are fixedly connected from back to front, and an impact assembly in circumferential transmission fit with the front connecting pipe and a power assembly in driving fit with the impact assembly are sequentially arranged in the middle pipe body from front to back; the power assembly is a hydraulic power assembly; the drilling fluid flows through the stator to drive the rotor to drive the rear valve disc to rotate at a high speed, the impact holes in the rear valve disc and the liquid distribution holes in the front disc upper valve are periodically aligned and staggered to generate axial pressure pulses which indirectly act on the drill bit body to enable the drill bit to be in contact with the bottom of the well all the time to protect the drill bit, the circumferential impact force indirectly acts on the drill bit body through the lower connector, the drill bit body and the bottom of the well are enabled to keep continuous high-frequency cutting all the time, the phenomena of stick slip and drill sticking of the drill bit are eliminated, and the rock breaking efficiency is improved.

Background
In recent years, high-frequency impact deep well drilling speed-up tools are developed at a high speed, rock in deep stratum of an oil field is hard and has high grinding extreme value, conventional roller bits are used for drilling, a single bit has few drilling rules, multiple tripping operations are required, and the mechanical drilling speed is low; when the screw is applied to composite drilling, the screw has short service life and unsatisfactory use effect due to higher temperature in a deep well; in addition, the mechanical drilling speed can be greatly improved by adopting the gas drilling technology, but the complex condition under the well is easily caused under the condition that water is produced from the stratum, and the gas drilling supporting equipment is more and the cost is relatively higher.

In view of the above, the present invention is directed to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a drill bit with circumferential rotary percussion force, wherein the rotary percussion drill bit has a reasonable design and reliable performance, generates circumferential vibration, eliminates the phenomena of stick-slip and drill sticking of the drill bit, and increases the mechanical drilling speed.

In the embodiment, the power assembly comprises a stator sleeve 17 fixedly sleeved in the middle pipe body and a rotor 18 rotatably sleeved in the stator sleeve, blades 19 are arranged on the excircle of the rotor, a radial liquid inlet 20 corresponding to the blades is arranged on the excircle radial opening of the stator sleeve, and the rotor is fixedly connected with the circumferential direction of the rear valve disc; the radial liquid inlet drives the rotor to rotate, so that the rotor is favorable for avoiding axial friction, and the mechanical driving efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment, the middle of the rear valve disc is integrally provided with a connector 21, the rear end of the connector is in threaded connection with the front end of the rotor, and the rear end of the guide rod extends through the rear valve disc and is inserted into the connector in a relatively rotating manner; the coaxiality of all parts is further improved, and the stability of the transmission mechanism is ensured.
