Example two
The embodiment is that the connection mode of the push rod and the upper cover is changed on the basis of the previous embodiment, and the supporting plate is added to enable the push rod to move horizontally.
In the above embodiment, since the upper cover 1 is fixedly connected to the push rod, the upper cover 1 rotates in a circular motion, thereby driving the push rod to perform a circular motion. Due to the change of the contact area, the motion trail and the like, the abutting action of the push rod and the stop block needs to be optimized.
This embodiment sets up push rod and upper cover into rotatable coupling to be provided with the backup pad, its effect that reaches does, linear motion around the push rod can carry out promotes the dog motion, thereby has avoided above-mentioned problem.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a push rod 12 is disposed on the inner side of the lower portion of the upper cover 1, the upper cover 1 is provided with the push rod 12, the upper cover 1 is connected with the push rod 12 through a connecting rod 13, and the connecting rod 13 is a cylindrical rod and is disposed parallel to the first pivot 11; the push rod 12 has a connecting portion 124, the connecting portion 124 is a sleeve with a hollow middle portion as shown in fig. 5, and the connecting portion 124 is sleeved on the connecting rod 13 and can rotate up and down.
The connecting rod 13 is fixedly connected with the upper cover 1 and can be fixed on the inner side of the upper cover 1 through two vertical ribs 14 in a mode shown in figure 4.
Since the push rod 12 is rotatably fitted over the connecting rod 13 and drops due to gravity, the push rod 12 needs to be constructed to move forward and backward.
The disk seat 3 is provided with a fixed support plate 32, the contact part of the support plate 32 and the push rod 12 is provided with a plane structure, the support plate 32 is arranged at the bottom of the push rod 12, and the push rod 12 can horizontally move back and forth on the support plate 32.

When the upper cover is opened, the upper cover 1 rotates from bottom to top, because the upper cover 1 is rotatably connected with the push rod 12, and the bottom of the push rod 12 is provided with the support plate 32 for supporting, the push rod 12 can horizontally move back and forth without moving up and down, and when the push rod 12 moves forward, the stop block 22 is pushed to drive the box cover 2 to open.
EXAMPLE III
The difference between the present embodiment and the previous embodiment is that on the basis of the previous embodiment, the present embodiment adds a limiting structure and limits the push rod structure, so that the push rod is separated from the stopper after moving for a certain distance, thereby achieving the purpose of freely opening and closing the box cover.
The linkage structure further comprises a limiting piece 33, the limiting piece 33 is fixed on the disc base 3, when the push rod 12 moves forward and backward, the fixed limiting piece 33 influences the movement track of the push rod 12, so that the push rod 12 deviates, and after the push rod deviates a certain distance, the fixed limiting piece 33 is separated from the stop block 22, so that the box cover 2 can move freely after being opened.
In this embodiment, the stopper 33 is provided on the support plate 32 so that the push rod 12 is displaced in the left-right direction when moving horizontally in the front-back direction and is separated from the stopper 22 when moving to the left or right direction by a predetermined distance.
For convenience of description, the push rod 12 is divided into a front section 121 and a rear section 122, the contact end of the push rod 12 with the stopper 22 is the front section 121, and the contact end of the push rod 12 with the sliding rod is the rear section 122.
One of the setting modes is as follows: the front section 121 and the rear section 122 of the push rod have the same cross-sectional shape, but are arranged at a certain angle with the connecting rod 13 instead of being vertically arranged, the limiting member 33 is vertically fixed on the supporting plate 32, the push rod 12 is in contact with the limiting member 33, in the process of moving the push rod 12 back and forth, because the push rod 12 is obliquely arranged, when the upper cover 1 pushes the push rod 12 back and forth, the limiting member 33 is in contact with one side of the push rod 12 and extrudes the push rod 12, so that the push rod 12 generates lateral displacement in the left and right direction, after the push rod 12 deviates from the original track of moving the push rod back and forth by a certain distance, the push rod 12 is separated from the stopper 22, at this time, the box cover 2 is opened, and after the push rod 12 is separated, the box cover 2 can be freely opened and closed.
Another setting mode is as follows: the front section 121 and the rear section 122 of the push rod have different cross-sectional shapes, the front section 121 is a contact stopper 22 with a cross section with a smaller width, the rear section 122 is a cross section with a width larger than that of the front section 121, the front section 121 and the rear section 122 of the push rod 12 have a transition section 123 with a width smoothly transiting from the width of the front section to the width of the rear section, as shown in fig. 5, the transition section 123 is located at one end of the push rod 12 contacting with the stopper 33, so that the front section 121 of the push rod 12 smoothly transits to the rear section 122 through contacting with the stopper 33 to generate a left-right lateral displacement.
In the above arrangement, when the push rod 12 is displaced left and right, the connecting portion 124 of the push rod 12 and the connecting rod 13 of the upper cover 1 are displaced relatively, so that the length of the connecting rod 13 is set to satisfy the displacement distance required by the push rod 12, and as shown in fig. 3, the length of the connecting rod 13 is longer than the connecting portion 124 of one end of the push rod 12.
Because the length of the connecting rod 13 is longer than that of the connecting part 124 of the push rod 12, the push rod 12 can move left and right on the connecting rod 13, and in order to limit the position of the push rod 12 and the position where the push rod 12 can be abutted against the stop 22 again when the push rod is used next time, the linkage device is further provided with a return device 15.
The return device 15 may be a spring sleeved at two ends of the connecting rod 13, the spring is divided into two sections, which are respectively located at two sides of the connecting portion 124, when the limiting member 33 does not apply an acting force to the push rod 12, the spring can limit the push rod 12 at a position capable of abutting against the stopper 22, and when the push rod 12 generates a transverse displacement, the spring at one side can generate a reaction force to the push rod 12 so that the push rod 12 can return to an initial position when moving backwards.
The spring may also be sleeved on only one side of the connecting rod 13, and when the limiting member 33 generates an acting force on the push rod 12, the spring can apply a reverse acting force to return the push rod 12 to the initial position.
Fig. 7-9 are schematic views showing the upper cover being opened, fig. 8 is a partial enlarged view of fig. 7, as shown in fig. 8, when the upper cover 1 is opened, the push rod 12 moves forward on the support plate 32, the push rod 12 stops against the outside of the stop 22 on the box cover 2, so that the stop 22 moves forward, since the box cover 2 and the tray base 3 are rotatably connected after the second operation, the stop 22 moves forward to drive the box cover 2 to move from bottom to top, and at this time, the box cover 2 is opened.
After the box cover 2 is opened, the push rod 12 is transited from the front section 121 to the rear section 122, because the widths of the front section 121 and the rear section 122 are different, the push rod 12 generates left and right displacement when passing through the limiting piece 33, as shown in fig. 9, when the push rod 12 continuously extends forwards, and the rear section 122 of the push rod 12 contacts with the limiting piece 33, the push rod 12 generates right displacement, because the width of the stop block 22 is fixed, the push rod 12 deviated to the right is separated from the stop block 22, the opened box cover 2 can freely rotate by taking the second pivot 21 as an axis, when the upper cover needs to be closed, the return devices 15 at the two ends of the connecting part 124 of the push rod 12 generate acting force to the push rod 12, so that the push rod 12 returns to the position before the upper cover is opened, and the next opening can form a linkage structure again.
The push rod 12 is maintained on the support plate 32 when the upper cover 1 is moved to any position, otherwise the support plate 32 loses the function of supporting the push rod 12 to move back and forth due to the rotary connection structure of the push rod 12.
Fig. 10-12 are schematic diagrams illustrating the closing of the upper cover, wherein fig. 11 is a partial enlarged view of fig. 10, and fig. 11 and 12 show that, after the upper cover 1 is closed, the push rod 12 is still supported on the upper portion of the supporting plate 32, the front section 121 of the push rod 12 can have a certain distance or just contact with the stopper 22 of the box cover 2, and the position of the push rod 12 cannot apply a force to the stopper 22 when the upper cover 1 is in the closed state, otherwise, the box cover 2 and the upper cover 1 cannot be closed.
Example four
The difference between the third embodiment and the fourth embodiment is that the front section and the rear section of the push rod in the third embodiment have different heights, and the support plate is used as a limiting member to generate longitudinal displacement in the front-rear moving process.
The supporting plate is a limiting member, the front section 121 is a section contact stopper 22 with a larger height, the rear section 122 is a section with a smaller height, the front section 121 and the rear section 122 of the push rod 12 have a transition section 123 with a height smoothly transited from the height of the front section to the height of the rear section, and the transition section 123 is located at one end of the push rod 12 in contact with the supporting plate 32, so that the front section 121 of the push rod 12 smoothly transits to the rear section 122 through contact with the limiting member (supporting plate) to generate longitudinal displacement.
The arrangement is that when the push rod 12 is pushed forward, the front section 121 has a larger height and the rear section 122 has a smaller height, so that the push rod can be displaced upward or downward during the forward movement. After the upward and downward displacements reach a certain position, the difference in height between the push rod 12 and the stopper 22 causes the push rod 12 to disengage from the stopper 22, thereby achieving the effect of the third embodiment.
Due to the gravity of the push rod, the push rod can still return to the initial position after the push rod returns, and a special return device is not needed.
EXAMPLE five
The difference between the present embodiment and the first to fourth embodiments is that the upper cover and the lower cover of the present embodiment achieve the purpose of linkage through magnetic attraction, and there is no need to provide mechanical components such as a push rod and a stopper to generate linkage.
The linkage structure comprises a magnet arranged on the upper cover and a ferromagnet arranged at the position of the box cover corresponding to the magnet of the upper cover, the upper cover attracts the box cover to open through the magnet, and the box cover can be separated from the upper cover to be opened and closed independently after linkage opening;
or the linkage structure comprises a magnet arranged on the box cover and a ferromagnetic body arranged at the position of the upper cover corresponding to the magnet on the box cover.
In the above arrangement, the magnets and the ferromagnets are arranged correspondingly, so that a linkage structure can be formed between the upper cover and the box cover, and the upper cover can attract the box cover until the box cover is opened or the box cover is adsorbed on the upper cover and is driven to an open state.
The ferromagnetic body can be a box cover made of iron, cobalt, nickel and the like, or a structure provided with the ferromagnetic body is fixed at the position of the box cover corresponding to the upper cover magnet.
The magnet has a certain attraction force, which can attract the box cover to open and can enable a user to separate the box cover from the upper cover.
When the upper cover is opened, the upper cover moves the box cover to be opened together due to the action of attraction force, if a user needs to close the box cover independently, the box cover and the upper cover are manually separated by the user, when the upper cover is opened and the box cover is closed, the strength of the attraction force is not enough to attract the box cover to be in an opened state, and when the upper cover is closed, the upper cover and the box cover are attracted together again to wait for the next opening process.
The beneficial effects of the invention can be summarized as simplifying the steps before washing, and the original steps are as follows: opening the upper cover of the pulsator washing machine → putting the clothes into the inner tub of the washing machine → opening the box cover of the detergent → putting the washing powder or the washing liquid into the detergent box → closing the box cover of the detergent → closing the upper cover of the washing machine → starting the washing machine to wash the clothes, which is simplified as follows: opening the upper cover of the pulsator washing machine → putting clothes into the inner tub of the washing machine → putting washing powder or laundry detergent into the detergent box → closing the upper cover of the washing machine → starting the washing machine to wash clothes, so that the operation of a user is reduced, the time is saved, and the user experience is optimized; the detergent box cover and the upper cover are of a linkage structure, the linkage structure can be separated, the detergent box cover can still move independently under certain conditions and adapt to various application scenes, and the detergent box cover can be closed independently in a clothes putting or taking link so as not to pollute clothes and prevent the detergent from being polluted; the linkage structure of the box cover and the upper cover is realized through mechanical parts, so that the electricity utilization link is avoided, the electric leakage accidents caused by water inflow are reduced, and the product grade is improved.
