Description

Cosmetic container
The application is a divisional application of the application with the Chinese patent application number of 201810113674.0, the application date of 2018, 2 and 5 months and the name of 'cosmetic container'.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container which sprays cosmetics to a puff by the descending of a pressurizing part, and allows a user to conveniently use the cosmetic container by holding a cap coupled to the puff, thereby improving the convenience of the user.
Background
In general, solid cosmetics such as foundation (foundation) and liquid cosmetics such as sunscreen (sun block) are widely used to obtain effects of protecting skin, shining skin, improving wrinkles, and the like. In this case, the user may apply the cosmetic to the skin after applying the cosmetic to a puff (puff).
The puff may be sold in a state of being housed in a cosmetic container, and usually, the puff and the like may be housed inside a lid of the cosmetic container. Therefore, in order to use the cosmetic, a user can open the lid to take out the puff and bring the puff into contact with the cosmetic in a state where the puff is sandwiched between fingers, for example, an elastic cord provided in the puff, thereby applying a predetermined amount of the cosmetic to the puff.
However, the conventional cosmetic container as described above has a problem that it is cumbersome to use because the puff is separately provided. That is, the user needs to take out the puff from the cosmetic container for use, and in this process, the puff may fall off to cause waste of the cosmetic or contamination of the puff, and there is a risk that the puff may be lost.
Further, in the conventional cosmetic container, since the cosmetic should be applied by directly dipping the puff, the cosmetic may not be uniformly applied during the dipping and applying process, which may cause inconvenience.
Therefore, recently, a spray type container body for storing a cosmetic is provided with a cap coupled to an upper portion of the container body, a puff is fixed to an upper end of the cap, and when a user presses a nozzle portion of the container body with the cap, the cosmetic is sprayed toward a lower portion of the puff through the nozzle, so that the cosmetic is permeated to a surface of the puff, and the user applies the cosmetic applied to the puff to the skin in a state of holding the container body.
However, in this case, since a user has to hold the container body to apply the cosmetic to the skin in order to use the cosmetic applied to the puff, there is a problem that the user feels inconvenience only due to the size of the container body. Further, as the cosmetic is consumed, the weight of the container body is changed, so that a user cannot get a sense of skill when holding the container body, and thus the pressure for beating the skin with the puff is irregular, and there is a problem in that the amount of the cosmetic used cannot be as much as a desired amount.
Further, in the case where the cosmetic is supplied to the lower side of the puff through the cap, in order for a user to use the cosmetic, the cosmetic needs to penetrate the puff and ooze out to the upper surface of the puff, and therefore the cosmetic that has not oozed out to the surface of the puff may be wasted without being used, and the cosmetic has to remain inside the puff all the time, and thus there is a problem that the puff cannot be kept clean.
Further, when a user discharges the cosmetic by the cap in a state where the upper surface of the puff is exposed to the outside, a part of the cosmetic supplied to the lower side of the puff strongly penetrates the puff based on the injection pressure of the container body to separate the cosmetic from the upper surface of the puff, so that there is a problem that the cosmetic may be wasted, and the cosmetic may be scattered to the periphery, so that the user may feel inconvenience and discomfort.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container in which a pressurizing part is provided at an upper part of a container body of a spray type, an upper end of the pressurizing part is coupled to a cap, and a puff fixed to a lower part of the cap is positioned in an inner space of the pressurizing part, so that when a nozzle body of the container body is pressurized by lowering the pressurizing part, cosmetic can be smoothly supplied to the puff, and convenience in use of the cosmetic can be improved.
Further, an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container which can make a user uniformly apply a cosmetic to the skin by directly spraying the cosmetic to the surface of a puff which is to be in contact with the skin to sufficiently stick the cosmetic to the front surface of the puff, thereby improving the satisfaction of the user.
Further, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cosmetic container which can prevent waste of cosmetics by spreading only sprayed cosmetics inside a pressurizing part and applying the spread cosmetics to a puff without leakage of the cosmetics to the outside even when the cosmetics are sprayed through the pressurizing part.
Further, the present invention has an object to provide a cosmetic container which can reduce the amount of cosmetics used and can store a puff cleanly, compared to a conventional product in which cosmetics are penetrated through a puff and oozed to the surface of the puff, because the cosmetics are directly sprayed to the surface of the puff.
Further, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cosmetic container that can prevent the leakage of the cosmetic along the joint portion of the cap and the pressurizing part due to the increase of the pressure of the inner space of the pressurizing part by the gas component that is sprayed together when the cosmetic is sprayed by pressing the cap.

Detailed Description
The objects, specific advantages and novel features of the invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of the preferred embodiment when considered in conjunction with the drawings. In the present specification, it is to be noted that, in assigning reference numerals to a plurality of structural elements in respective drawings, the same structural elements appearing in different drawings are assigned the same reference numerals as much as possible. In the description of the present invention, a detailed description of a related known technology will be omitted if it is determined that the detailed description of the related known technology may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 and 4 are sectional views of a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a cosmetic container 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a container body 100, a cover 110, a puff 120, a pressing part 130, and an elevation control part 140.
The container body 100 forms the external appearance of the cosmetic container 10. The container body 100 may have a cylindrical shape or a shape having a diameter larger than a height. The container body 100 may be made of metal, plastic, or other materials, but the material of the container body 100 is not limited to this embodiment. However, since the container body 100 in the present embodiment may include the spray container 101, the material of the container body 100 may be limited to a metal material for the stability of the spray container 101.
The container body 100 may include a spray container 101 and a nozzle body 102. The spray container 101 contains a liquid cosmetic or a cosmetic in a mixed state of gas and liquid in the spray container 101, and the spray container 101 can maintain the inside pressurized state in order to discharge the cosmetic stored in the interior of the spray container 101 to the outside through the nozzle body 102.
The spray container 101 may be formed with a stepped portion 1011 at an upper portion of the spray container 101. In this case, the step 1011 is used for placing the elevation control part 140, and the lower end of the elevation control part 140 may be closely attached to the step 1011 or spaced apart from the step 1011. As will be described later, the elevation control unit 140 elevates the pressure unit 130 to discharge the cosmetics, and the elevation of the pressure unit 130 is controlled by moving the guide projection 133 along the guide groove 141 of the elevation control unit 140 to an elevatable position or an elevatable position. The lifting is controlled by moving to a position where the lifting can be carried out or a position where the lifting cannot be carried out.
A nozzle 102 provided at the center of the upper end of the spray container 101, wherein the nozzle 102 discharges the cosmetic to the outside by being pressurized. The nozzle body 102 may have a form similar to that provided in a general spray container, and a detailed description will be omitted since the principle and structure of discharging the cosmetic contained in the spray container 101 when the nozzle body 102 is pressurized may be a structure of a general sprayer or atomizer.
The nozzle 102 projects to a predetermined height toward the upper end of the spray container 101, and at least a part of the nozzle 102 may be surrounded by the pressurizing unit 130. However, if the entire portion of the nozzle body 102 is surrounded by the pressure section 130, the pressure section 130 cannot be lowered, and therefore the pressure section 130 is coupled to the nozzle body 102 so as to surround only a part of the nozzle body 102. At this time, the height of the portion of the nozzle body 102 not surrounded by the pressurizing portion 130 becomes the height of the pressurizing portion 130.
The nozzle body 102 may be disposed on an upper surface of the spray container 101, and a lower end of the nozzle body 102 may be located inside the spray container 101. At this time, the nozzle body 102 is rotatably provided with respect to the central axis passing vertically through the nozzle body 102, so that the pressurizing portion 130 can be rotated in a state of being firmly fixed to the nozzle body 102.
Or, conversely, the nozzle body 102 may be provided so as not to rotate with reference to the central axis, but the pressurizing portion 130 fixed to the nozzle body 102 may rotate with reference to the nozzle body 102. The pressing portion 130 is rotated as described above so that the guide protrusion 133 of the pressing portion 130 can move in the guide groove 141 of the elevation control portion 140. This will be explained later.
The side cross-section of the nozzle body 102 is in the shape of an arrow to allow the pressurization part 130 to be coupled with the nozzle body 102 and to prevent the pressurization part 130 from being separated from the nozzle body 102. In this case, the pressing portion 130 and the mouth 102 may be fixed in a manner allowing for rotation together. Therefore, the pressurizing portion 130 may be rotated in a state of being coupled to the nozzle body 102 without being separated from the nozzle body 102.
In the present embodiment, when the user pressurizes the nozzle body 102 by the pressurizing unit 130, a predetermined amount of the cosmetic can be discharged at one time of pressurization by providing the nozzle body 102 with a constant-amount discharge valve (not shown). In this way, the user may simply adjust the amount of cosmetic to be used by varying the number of times the pressure is applied to the mouth 102 via 130.
The cover 110 is coupled to a powder puff 120 at a lower portion of the cover 110, and the cover 110 is coupled to an upper portion of a pressurizing part 130, which will be described later. When the cosmetic is discharged from the container body 100, the cap 110 exposes the lower surface of the puff 120 disposed at the lower portion of the cap 110 to the cosmetic, so that the cosmetic is sufficiently applied to the surface of the puff 120 directly contacting the skin. Referring to fig. 7, a detailed description will be made of a specific structure of the cover 110 as described above.
Fig. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the cap 110 of the cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 7, the cover 110 may include a handle portion 111 and a puff retainer portion 113.
A handle 1111 is formed on an upper surface of the handle portion 111. The grip portion 111 may be recessed at the upper surface, and a grip 1111 may be formed to protrude upward from the recessed surface of the grip portion 111. That is, the grip 111 is provided with a grip 1111 having a football-shaped side cross-section or various shapes that are helpful for a user to hold the lid 110, on the upper surface of the grip in the form of a curved surface recessed like a dish, so that the user can easily hold the lid 110. This is to facilitate the use of the puff 120 in a state where a user holds the cover 110 by fixing the puff 120 at the lower portion of the cover 110. In this case, a friction surface, a projection surface, or the like may be provided on the surface of the handle 1111 of the handle portion 111.
The puff fixing part 113 is used to fix the puff 120. The puff fixing part 113 is coupled to the lower end of the grip part 111, so that the puff 120 is firmly coupled to the cover 110. At this time, the puff holder 113 may have a structure in which the first puff holder 1131 and the second puff holder 1132 are separately combined, the puff 120 covers the first puff holder 1131, and the second puff holder 1132 may connect the first puff holder 1131 covered by the puff 120 and the handle portion 111.
At least a portion of the first puff holder 1131 may be formed of a silicon material, and the first puff holder 1131 may be formed in a shape having a narrow upper portion and a wide lower portion. Further, the first puff fixing portion 1131 may be inserted into the interior of the puff 120 through a lower portion of the first puff fixing portion 1131, so that the puff 120, which is difficult to maintain its shape due to being formed of a material such as sponge, may be formed into a predetermined shape.
The sectional area of the upper portion of the first puff fixing part 1131 is larger than that of a hole (not shown) formed at the lower surface of the second puff fixing part 1132, and the upper portion of the first puff fixing part 1131 is made of a material or a structure whose size can be elastically reduced by an external force, so that the first puff fixing part 1131 and the second puff fixing part 1132 can be firmly fixed to each other by restoring the upper portion of the first puff fixing part 1131 to pass through the hole at the lower surface of the second puff fixing part 1132 in a compressed state. Of course, the first puff holder 1131 may be coupled to the second puff holder 1132 by an adhesive, and the like, and besides, the first puff holder 1131 and the second puff holder 1132 may be coupled in various ways.
In general, in a conventional cosmetic container, a puff is provided inside a lid, and the lid is hinge-coupled to a container body so that a user can take out the puff provided inside the lid for use. However, in the present embodiment, the cover 110 and the puff 120 may be integrated by the puff fixing portion 113, so that a user may use the puff 120 in a state of holding the cover 110.
Further, conventionally, the powder puff is applied after applying the cosmetic by fixing the powder puff to a finger by an elastic string or the like provided on the powder puff, however, in the present embodiment, since the lower portion of the handle portion 111 is coupled to the powder puff fixing portion 113 to which the powder puff 120 is fixed, a user can easily use the powder puff 120 without feeling inconvenience of pinching the finger to the elastic string or the like. In addition, in the present embodiment, the user can use the puff 120 in a state of holding the cap 110 to prevent the user from touching the puff 120 with his/her fingers, thereby preventing the cosmetic from being stained on the fingers and wasting the cosmetic.
In addition, in the conventional cosmetic container, the powder puff may be coupled to the container body, but in this case, since a user needs to hold the container body and use the powder puff, the use is inconvenient due to the weight and size of the container body. However, in the present embodiment, the user can more conveniently apply the cosmetic to the skin by fixing the puff 120 to the cap 110 having a predetermined weight.
The cap 110 is coupled to the pressurizing part 130 and is lifted and lowered together with the pressurizing part 130, so that the cosmetic sprayed along the nozzle body 102 can reach the puff 120 through the inner space of the pressurizing part 130. At this time, if the container body 100 contains the cosmetic in the spray container 101, the cosmetic can be discharged together with or as the gas component. In this case, although the gas component flows into the inner space of the pressurizing portion 130, the pressure of the inner space of the pressurizing portion 130 increases as the upper surface of the pressurizing portion 130 is closed by the cover 110, and the gas component, the cosmetic, and the like may leak along the outer surface of the cover 110. Therefore, in the present embodiment, such a problem can be solved by providing the gas discharge passage 114, and the gas discharge passage 114 and the like will be described in detail with reference to fig. 8.
Fig. 8 is a view illustrating a path through which a gas component is discharged in the cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 8, the cap 110 may further include a gas discharge passage 114, and the gas discharge passage 114 may discharge gas components contained in the cosmetic ejected from the container body 100 to the outside through the puff 120. At this time, the gas discharge passage 114 means a space communicating between the outer discharge hole 1112 formed at the grip portion 111 and the inner discharge hole 1133 formed at the puff fixing portion 113.
The outer discharge holes 1112 are formed on an outer surface of the grip portion 111 to discharge the gas components to the outside. At this time, the gas component discharged to the outside through the outer exhaust holes 1112 may be the gas component flowed in through the inner exhaust holes 1133.
When the user wants to discharge the cosmetics, the user lowers the pressing portion 130 by the cover 110 while holding the grip portion 111, and thus the outer discharge holes 1112 can be blocked by the user's fingers. Therefore, the outer discharge holes 1112 are formed at one end of the grip 1111 of the grip portion 111 in a concentrated manner and are provided at both sides of the grip 1111, so that the outer discharge holes 1112 formed at least at one side of the grip 1111 are not blocked, and thus the gas component can be smoothly discharged.
Alternatively, the outer discharge holes 1112 may be formed in the side surface of the handle portion 111, and if the outer discharge holes 1112 are formed in the side surface of the handle portion 111, the outer discharge holes 1112 can be prevented from being blocked by fingers even if the user grips the handle 1111.
As described above, in order to prevent the outside discharge holes 1112 from being blocked by the user when the user grips the cover 110, at least one outside discharge hole 1112 may be formed on both side surfaces of the grip 1111 or on the upper surface, the side surface, or the like of the grip 111, and the position of the outside discharge hole 1112 is not limited to that of the present embodiment. On the other hand, the outer discharge holes 1112 may be formed on the outer surface of the handle part 111 except the lower surface of the handle part 111, because if the outer discharge holes 1112 are formed on the lower surface of the handle part 111, the outer discharge holes 1112 cannot discharge the gas component to the outside, and instead, the gas component is reintroduced into the internal space of the pressurizing part 130.
The inner discharge hole 1133 is formed in the lower surface of the puff fixing portion 113 to allow the gas component passing through the puff 120 to flow into the puff fixing portion. The gas component flowing in along the inner exhaust holes 1133 flows into the inside of the cover 110, and more specifically, the gas component flowing in along the inner exhaust holes 1133 flows into the inside of the first puff fixing portion 1131, and can be exhausted through the inside of the first puff fixing portion 1131 communicating with the inside of the grip portion 111 and the outer exhaust holes 1112.
The puff 120 is formed in a sponge form or the like, so that the gas component jetted toward the puff 120 can penetrate the puff 120 by the jetting pressure, and the gas component that has penetrated upward through the lower surface of the puff 120 can be discharged to the outside through the inner discharge hole 1133, along the gas discharge passage 114 formed inside the first puff fixing portion 1131, and through the outer discharge hole 1112 of the grip portion 111.
The flow of the gas component is specifically described below. First, when the pressurizing part 130 descends in the cosmetic container 10, the cosmetic may be sprayed into the inner space of the pressurizing part 130 through the nozzle body 102 at one time, and at this time, the cosmetic may contain gas components.
In this case, if the internal space of the pressurizing part 130 is maintained in a completely sealed state, the internal space of the pressurizing part 130 is pressurized by the gas component, and finally, the gas component flows out through the joint portion between the cover 110 and the pressurizing part 130. At this time, since the cosmetics contained in the gas component also flow out, there is a possibility that the appearance of the cosmetic container 10 is contaminated.
However, in the present embodiment, a path through which such a gas component can flow out is separately formed. Specifically, the gas components discharged at one time flow into the first puff holder 1131 through the inner discharge holes 1133 penetrating the puff 120 and along the first puff holder 1131. Thereafter, the gas component flows into the inside of the grip portion 111 through the upper portion of the first puff fixing portion 1131, and is naturally discharged to the outside through the outer discharge hole 1112 formed in the grip portion 111.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the cosmetics are sprayed from the container body 100, the gas components contained in the sprayed cosmetics are discharged to the outside along the gas discharge passage 114 connected to the inner discharge hole 1133 and the outer discharge hole 1112, so that the gas components are not discharged from the inner space of the pressurization part 130, and thus the problem of the gas components flowing out along the joint portion of the pressurization part 130 and the cover 110 can be easily solved.
Further, when the cosmetic is sprayed from the spray container 101 at a high pressure, the cosmetic may be instantaneously crystallized and scattered in a powder form, but in the present embodiment, since the cosmetic can be discharged to the outside along the gas discharge passage 114 via the puff 120, the powder cannot flow out to the outside, and the respiratory tract of the user can be protected.
The puff 120 is combined with the lower portion of the cap 110 for applying cosmetics. The puff 120 may be formed of a fiber aggregate, a synthetic resin foam (usually in a sponge form), or the like, and any material may be used as long as it is easily applied by adsorbing and applying a cosmetic. In this case, the puff 120 may be formed in various shapes such as a disk or cylinder shape, a rugby ball shape, a ball shape, etc. in which the edge is curved.
Specifically, the puff 120 may be fixed by the first puff fixing part 1131 covering the cover 110, but of course, the puff 120 may be combined with the cover 110 by means of an adhesive or the like, and besides, the puff 120 and the cover 110 may be combined in various ways.
At this time, there is a possibility that the puff is contaminated as the cosmetics are continuously used, but in the present embodiment, by separating the puff 120 from the first puff fixing part 1131, a user is allowed to replace the puff 120 contaminated with the cosmetics with another clean puff 120 as necessary, so that the puff 120 can be used in a state of keeping sanitation. That is, the user can detach and replace the puff 120 from the first puff fixing part by peeling off the puff 120 from the first puff fixing part 1131 according to the state of the puff 120, and can use cosmetics cleanly.
The puff 120 can obtain the cosmetic in a state of being positioned in an internal space provided in the pressurizing part 130, which will be described later, and specifically, the puff 120 can obtain the cosmetic in a state of being spaced apart from the nozzle body 102 by a predetermined distance. Thus, in the present embodiment, the cosmetic ejected from the ejection container 101 through the nozzle body 102 can be sufficiently delivered to the puff 120. At this time, the area of the cosmetic sprayed from the mouth 102 and applied to the puff 120 may be different according to the spaced distance between the mouth 102 and the puff 120. Specifically, if the separation distance is increased, the cosmetic will be uniformly distributed over the entire area of the puff 120, but if the separation distance is too large, the outer side of the puff 120 (the inner side of the pressurization part 130) will also be sprayed onto the cosmetic, and if the separation distance is decreased, the area of the portion of the cosmetic that sticks to the puff 120 will be decreased. In the present embodiment, the distance may be, for example, 5mm to 20mm, but it is needless to say that this may be different depending on the size of the puff 120, the ejection pressure of the nozzle body 102, the viscosity of the cosmetic, and the like.
Further, unlike the conventional cosmetic container, the puff 120 has a surface on which the cosmetic is applied, which is in direct contact with the skin of the user, so that the cosmetic can be smoothly applied even though the cosmetic does not permeate into the puff 120, thereby reducing the amount of the cosmetic used and effectively managing the sanitary condition of the puff 120.
The pressurizing unit 130 is coupled to an upper portion of the container body 100, and controls the discharge of the cosmetics contained in the container body 100 by being lifted and lowered. The pressurizing part 130 is coupled to the upper portion of the spray container 101 of the container body 100, and specifically, the pressurizing part 130 may be indirectly coupled to the container body 100 through the elevation control part 140 coupled to the stepped portion 1011 of the spray container 101. At this time, the elevation control unit 140 is maintained in a state of being fixed to the container body 100, the pressurizing unit 130 may be lowered based on the elevation control unit 140 to pressurize the nozzle 102 so that the cosmetic is discharged through the nozzle 102, and the pressurizing unit 130 may be raised to release the pressurization of the nozzle 102 so that the cosmetic is not discharged.
In the pressing part 130, the upper part of the pressing part 130 may be coupled to the cover 110, and the puff 120 coupled to the lower part of the cover 110 may be placed inside the pressing part 130. The powder puff 120 is placed inside the pressurizing part 130 in order to uniformly apply the cosmetic to the powder puff 120 when the cosmetic is sprayed inside the pressurizing part 130, and the cap 110 is coupled to the upper part of the pressurizing part 130 in order to prevent the sprayed cosmetic from flowing out to the outside. That is, the upper portion of the pressurizing part 130 is coupled to the cover 110, so that the upper portion of the pressurizing part 130 is isolated from the outside. However, in the cosmetic sprayed into the inner space of the pressurizing part 130, the gas component may be discharged to the outside through the puff 120 and the gas discharge passage 114 provided in the cap 110, and the like.
The pressing part 130 may be fastened to the cover 110 by a screw method, a groove/protrusion method, or the like, and may rotate integrally with the cover 110. In consideration of the fact that a user should use the puff 120 at any time, the cap 110 and the pressing part 130 are preferably fastened in a groove/protrusion manner to embody an integral rotation and also to allow the cap 110 to be easily separated from the pressing part 130, in which the puff 120 is provided at the lower portion of the cap 110.
Specifically, the pressurizing part 130 is formed at an upper end with a circular cap coupling groove 134, and the cap 110 may be formed with at least one cap coupling protrusion 112 at a position corresponding to the cap coupling groove 134. At this time, the cover coupling protrusion 112 is formed at the lower portion of the cover 110, and specifically, the cover coupling protrusion 112 may be disposed at the outer side of the lower portion of the handle portion 111, and the cover 110 may cause the upper side of the pressing portion 130 to be closed when the cover coupling protrusion 112 is introduced into the cover coupling groove 134 of the pressing portion 130.
Of course, on the contrary, a protrusion may be formed at the upper end of the pressing part 130 and a groove may be formed at the lower end of the cap 110, and the fastening structure of the cap 110 and the pressing part 130 is not limited to the above. The above-described coupling structure can achieve various variations.
When the pressing part 130 is rotated by the cover 110, a person can use a coupling method of the guide protrusion 133 and the guide groove 141, which will be described later, through the cover 110. However, in an embodiment of the present invention, the user may directly hold the pressing portion 130 to rotate the pressing portion 130, thereby changing the position of the guide protrusion 133.
The pressurizing unit 130 may be coupled to an upper portion of the container body 100 and may pressurize the nozzle body 102, and if the pressurizing unit is moved downward by an external force, the pressurizing unit 130 may pressurize the nozzle body 102 to discharge the cosmetic. Thereafter, the pressure unit 130 is returned to its original position by receiving the repulsive force of the nozzle body 102 again upward.
The pressurizing unit 130 may move integrally with the nozzle 102 in a state of being coupled to the nozzle 102, and the cosmetic may be discharged from the spray container 101 by lowering the pressurizing unit 130 to lower the nozzle 102. At this time, since the cosmetic sprayed through the nozzle body 102 can be applied to the puff 120 only by being transferred to the inside of the pressurization part 130, the pressurization part 130 may include a cosmetic discharge hole 131 through which the cosmetic passes.
In the pressurization part 130, the cosmetic discharge hole 131 may be formed above the mouthpiece 102, and may be formed at a central portion of the pressurization part 130. Also, in order to smoothly spray the cosmetics in a predetermined range, the cosmetics discharge hole 131 may have an inverted cone shape with a diameter widening from a lower portion to an upper portion. Of course, the cosmetic discharge holes 131 may have a hole shape allowing cosmetic to pass therethrough, and the shape of the cosmetic discharge holes 131 is not limited to the above.
A mouth coupling portion 132 may be formed at the cosmetic discharge hole 131. The mouthpiece connecting section 132 extends to a predetermined height above or below the cosmetic discharge hole 131, and the mouthpiece connecting section 132 is connected to the mouthpiece 102 so as to surround the periphery of the mouthpiece 102. The mouth engaging portion 132 may have an inner diameter that is the same as or similar to the outer diameter of the mouth 102, such that the mouth 102 may be securely engaged with the compression portion 130 when the mouth 102 is inserted into the mouth engaging portion 132.
Alternatively, the mouth joint portion 132 may be rotated in a state of being fixed to the mouth 102. At this time, the inner diameter of the mouth bonding portion 132 may be greater than the outer diameter of the mouth 102, but the mouth bonding portion 132 may remain bonded to the mouth 102 without being separated upward from the mouth 102. This is to allow the pressure section 130 to rotate in the above-described case, that is, in the case where the nozzle body 102 is hard to rotate.
However, when the nozzle body 102 and the pressurizing part 130 are sufficiently coupled, the lower end of the nozzle body coupling part 132 may be spaced apart from the upper surface of the injection container 101, and in this case, the spaced distance between the nozzle body coupling part 132 and the upper surface of the injection container 101 may determine the maximum lowering distance of the pressurizing part 130.
If the nozzle connecting portion 132 is firmly fixed to the nozzle 102, the pressure portion 130 is not separated and remains connected to the nozzle 102. In this case, the thickness of the mouth coupling portion 132 may be different depending on the bounce of the mouth 102, the size of the pressing portion 130, and the like.
The nozzle connecting portion 132 may be provided with a nozzle pressurizing portion (not marked with a symbol) therein. The nozzle body pressurizing part is a structure for directly pressurizing the nozzle body 102, and the inner diameter of the nozzle body combining part 132 can be smaller than the outer diameter of the nozzle body 102. In the case where the nozzle connecting portion 132 is formed to surround the periphery of the nozzle 102 and the cosmetic discharge hole 131 is formed to be opened at the upper portion of the nozzle 102 for spraying the cosmetic, the problem that the cosmetic is difficult to spray due to the nozzle 102 being deeply inserted into the pressurizing portion 130 when the pressurizing portion 130 is lowered cannot be solved only by the coupling force between the nozzle connecting portion 132 and the nozzle 102.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the nozzle body 102 can be prevented from being excessively inserted into the nozzle body coupling portion 132 even if the pressurizing portion 130 is moved downward by providing the nozzle body pressurizing portion and bringing the nozzle body pressurizing portion into close contact with the upper end of the nozzle body 102. That is, the nozzle body pressurizing part may determine the depth of the nozzle body 102 inserted into the pressurizing part 130.
However, the inner diameter of the nozzle body pressurization part may be larger than the inner diameter of the nozzle body 102. This is because, if the inner diameter of the nozzle pressing portion is smaller than the inner diameter of the nozzle 102, the cosmetic ejected through the nozzle 102 is blocked by the nozzle pressing portion, and thus the cosmetic cannot be smoothly supplied to the inner space of the pressing portion 130.
A partition (not shown) for partitioning the cosmetic discharge hole 131 may be further included inside the cosmetic discharge hole 131. The partition may have a "+" shape, etc., and the cosmetic may be uniformly spread on the puff 120 by adjusting the spraying angle of the cosmetic.
The pressing part 130 has a predetermined height above the pressing part and has a hollow interior. The pressurization part 130 forms an inner space for spraying the cosmetic, and the puff 120 may be positioned in the inner space of the pressurization part 130. At this time, the upper end of the pressurizing part 130 is coupled to the cap 110 so that the upper portion of the pressurizing part 130 can be closed by the cap 110.
That is, when the cap 110 is coupled to the upper end of the pressurizing part 130, the puff 120 may be placed in the inner space of the pressurizing part 130, and when the pressurizing part 130 descends, the cosmetic sprayed through the nozzle body 102 and the cosmetic discharge hole 131 may reach the surface of the puff 120 after entering the inner space of the pressurizing part 130.
The pressing portion 130 may have a shape in which the outer diameter or the inner diameter is enlarged toward the upper end. That is, it may have a cut reverse cone shape, and the angle of expansion of the inner diameter may be changed according to the form of the cosmetics discharge hole 131, the spraying angle of the cosmetics, the spraying speed of the cosmetics, and the like.
The elevation control part 140 is coupled to the upper portion of the vessel body 100 and controls the elevation of the pressurization part 130. The elevation control part 140 may be combined with the step part 1011 of the container body 100 and fixed, and preferably, a combining force between the elevation control part 140 and the container body 100 is a degree of limiting the elevation of the elevation control part 140 and also limiting the rotation of the elevation control part 140. This is because, when a user holds the container body 100 and rotates the pressurizing unit 130 to move the guide projection 133 inside the guide groove 141, if the elevation control unit 140 rotates, the guide projection 133 may not be moved inside the guide groove 141.
An opening 142 may be formed in an upper surface of the elevation control part 140 to expose the nozzle body 102. The mouth 102 exposed through the opening 142 of the elevation control part 140 and the mouth coupling part 132 of the pressurizing part 130 discharge the cosmetic along with the elevation.
The elevation control part 140 has a stepped part (no reference numeral) formed at the outer periphery thereof, and the stepped part of the elevation control part 140 can be closely attached to the lower end of the outer periphery of the pressing part 130. The fact that the lower end of the outer periphery of the pressure part 130 is in close contact with the upper end of the outer periphery of the elevation control part 140 means that the cosmetic is discharged by the pressure part 130 being lowered, and the fact that the lower end of the outer periphery of the pressure part 130 is spaced apart from the upper end of the outer periphery of the elevation control part 140 means that the cosmetic is not discharged by the pressure part 130 being raised. When the pressure section 130 descends, the pressure section 130 receives an upward repulsive force from the nozzle body 102, and therefore, the pressure section 130 can normally maintain a position where the lower end of the outer periphery is spaced from the upper end of the outer periphery of the elevation control section 140.
The guide groove 141 may be formed on the outer side surface of the elevation control part 140, and the guide protrusion 133 may be formed on the inner side surface of the pressing part 130, so that the pressing part 130 may be elevated with respect to the elevation control part 140 or the elevation of the pressing part 130 may be restricted with respect to the elevation control part 140 according to where the guide protrusion 133 is located in the horizontal groove 1411 or the vertical groove 1412 of the guide groove 141. This will be described later with reference to fig. 5 and 6.
Hereinafter, the operation of the cosmetic container 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 and 4 are sectional views of a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 shows a state where the cosmetic is not sprayed, and fig. 4 shows a state where the cosmetic is sprayed.
Referring to fig. 3, the lower end of the outer periphery of the pressurization part 130 is spaced apart from the upper end of the outer periphery of the elevation control part 140 coupled to the step part 1011 of the spray container 101. The lower end of the nozzle connecting portion 132 of the pressurizing portion 130 is also spaced sufficiently from the upper surface of the injection container 101, and the upper end of the nozzle 102 is in close contact with the nozzle pressurizing portion.
The nozzle body 102 can be placed at a position where the cosmetic contained in the injection container 101 is not to be injected, and if no external force is present, the nozzle body 102 is maintained in the state shown in fig. 3.
In contrast, referring to fig. 4, the pressing part 130 and the cover 110 are both lowered by an external force. Specifically, the pressing part 130 and the cap 110 may be lowered by a shorter distance of the previously described separation distance between the lower end of the periphery of the pressing part 130 and the upper end of the periphery of the elevation control part 140 and the separation distance between the nozzle body coupling part 132 and the upper surface of the spray container 101.
Since the nozzle 102 is in close contact with the nozzle-pressing portion, when the pressing portion 130 is lowered, the nozzle-pressing portion pushes the nozzle 102 downward. Therefore, the cosmetic contained in the spray container 101 is discharged upward through the nozzle body 102, and at this time, the cosmetic is guided to the internal space of the pressurization part 130 through the cosmetic discharge hole 131, and is transferred to the puff 120 placed in the internal space of the pressurization part 130, and is smeared on the surface of the puff 120.
As described above, in the present embodiment, in a state where the puff 120 is positioned in the inner space of the pressing part 130, the cosmetic is discharged from the spray container 101 by moving the pressing part 130 downward, and the cosmetic is sufficiently transferred to the surface of the puff 120, so that the user can use the cosmetic effectively by lightly tapping the skin with the puff 120.
The following describes a structure in which the elevation control unit 140 controls the elevation of the pressing unit 130 in the cosmetic container 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention, with reference to fig. 5 and 6.
Fig. 5 and 6 are side perspective views of a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 5 shows a case where the lowering of the pressurization part 130 is restricted, and fig. 6 shows a case where the lowering of the pressurization part 130 is permitted.
Referring to fig. 5, a guide protrusion 133 may be formed inside the pressing part 130. The guide protrusion 133 may be formed with at least one and may have a circular or quadrangular cross section.
The elevation control part 140 may be formed with a guide groove 141 corresponding to the guide protrusion 133 of the pressurizing part 130, and the guide groove 141 is used to place the guide protrusion 133 outside the guide groove 141. Accordingly, the guide protrusion 133 can move in a state of being placed in the guide groove 141.
At this time, the guide groove 141 includes a horizontal groove 1411 and a vertical groove 1412, and the guide groove 141 may be formed as a whole

And (4) shaping. That is, since the horizontal groove 1411 communicates with the vertical groove 1412, the guide protrusion 133 placed in the guide groove 141 can freely move from the horizontal groove 1411 to the vertical groove 1412, or can freely move from the vertical groove 1412 to the horizontal groove 1411.
However, at least one boss 1413 is formed at the horizontal groove 1411, and the boss 1413 may partially restrict the movement of the guide protrusion 133. When the guide protrusion 133 moves from the left end of the horizontal groove 1411 to the right with reference to the drawing, the guide protrusion 133 moves over the boss 1413, and the boss 1413 restricts an external force required for the movement of the guide protrusion 133 to a predetermined degree or more, so that a user can feel the movement of the guide protrusion 133 by vibration, sound, or the like.
Two bosses 1413 may be provided to restrict the position of the guide protrusion 133 in a state where the pressurizing unit 130 cannot be lifted and lowered, or to restrict the position of the guide protrusion 133 in a state where the pressurizing unit 130 can be lifted and lowered. However, if the horizontal length of the horizontal groove 1411 is such that the guide protrusion 133 and one boss 1413 can be received, only one boss 1413 may be provided at a position that distinguishes the horizontal groove 1411 from the vertical groove 1412.
A lifting protrusion 135 may be formed inside the pressurizing part 130. The elevation protrusion 135 is configured to smoothly elevate the pressurizing unit, and an elevation groove 143 may be provided in the elevation control unit 140 corresponding to the elevation protrusion 135, and the elevation groove 143 may be configured to place the elevation protrusion 135 outside the elevation groove 143.
The elevation groove 143 is provided at a position where the elevation protrusion 135 can be drawn when the guide protrusion 133 is positioned in the vertical groove 1412 of the guide groove 141, and can restrict the rotation of the pressing part 130 in a state where the pressing part 130 is lowered. Also, when the guide protrusion 133 is positioned in the horizontal groove 1411, the elevation protrusion 135 prevents the pressing part 130 from being forcibly lowered by an external force. That is, the elevation protrusion 135 may lower the pressurizing part 130 only in a state where the elevation protrusion 135 is introduced into the elevation groove 143, and if the elevation protrusion 135 is not introduced into the elevation groove 143, the elevation protrusion 135 may be engaged with an upper portion of the elevation control part 140 to restrict the lowering of the pressurizing part 130.
Referring to fig. 5, it can be seen that the guide protrusion 133 is positioned in the horizontal groove 1411 of the guide groove 141, in which case the guide protrusion 133 can move only in the left-right direction, and the movement of the guide protrusion 133 in the up-down direction is restricted. The up-and-down movement of the guide protrusion 133 may be restricted by the elevation protrusion 135 in addition to the horizontal groove 1411.
At this time, the vertical movement of the guide protrusion 133 means the vertical movement of the pressurizing part provided with the guide protrusion 133, and if the guide protrusion 133 is positioned in the horizontal groove 1411 of the guide groove 141, the elevation of the pressurizing part 130 can be restricted.
Therefore, in the state shown in fig. 5, the pressurizing unit 130 cannot be lowered, and thus the pressurizing unit 130 cannot pressurize the nozzle body 102, that is, discharge of the cosmetic can be prevented.
On the contrary, referring to fig. 6, the guide protrusion 133 is positioned in the vertical groove 1412 of the guide groove 141, and the elevation protrusion 135 is introduced into the elevation groove 143, thereby allowing the guide protrusion 133 to move in the up-down direction. Therefore, the pressurizing unit 130 can be moved up and down, and when the pressurizing unit 130 moves down, the cosmetic contained in the spray container 101 passes through the nozzle body 102 and is transferred to the puff 120 through the internal space of the pressurizing unit 130. Fig. 6 illustrates a state in which the guide protrusion 133 is lowered, which means a state in which the cosmetic is being sprayed or after the cosmetic is sprayed.
Of course, the arrangement of the guide protrusions 133 and the guide grooves 141 as described above may be diametrically opposite. For example, the guide protrusion 133 may be disposed outside the elevation control part 140 and the guide groove 141 may be disposed inside the pressurization part 130, and in this case, the guide groove 141 may be formed as a single body

And (4) shaping.
However, in order to move the guide protrusion 133 between the horizontal groove 1411 and the vertical groove 1412, the pressurizing part 130 provided with the guide protrusion 133 needs to be rotated, and in contrast, as described above with respect to the container body 100, if the nozzle body 102 is provided such that the nozzle body 102 itself can rotate, the pressurizing part 130 can rotate in a state of being coupled to the nozzle body 102 to be able to move the guide protrusion 133.
Conversely, if the mouth 102 cannot be rotated or the external force required for the rotation of the mouth 102 is such that the user is inconvenienced, the guide projection 133 can be moved in the guide groove 141 by rotating only the pressing portion 130 alone with the mouth 102 fixed.
In the present embodiment as described above, by restricting the pressing part 130 from descending along with the rotation of the pressing part 130, the user positions the guide protrusion 133 of the pressing part 130 in the horizontal groove 1411 without using the cosmetic to prevent the pressing part 130 from descending by an external force, so that the cosmetic can be prevented from being unnecessarily consumed.
Fig. 9 is a sectional view of a cosmetic container according to still another embodiment of the present invention, fig. 10 is an exploded perspective view of a cap of a cosmetic container according to still another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 11 is an exploded perspective view of a cosmetic container according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 9 to 11, in a cosmetic container 10 according to still another embodiment of the present invention, a coupling structure of a cap 110 and a pressing part 130 is different from that according to an embodiment of the present invention. Since the remaining structure is the same as/similar to that mentioned in one embodiment of the present invention, a detailed description is omitted. However, even if the same reference numerals are given, the two configurations are not limited to the same configurations, and in the following, a further embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail while emphasizing the difference from the first embodiment of the present invention.
The cover 110 may be formed with serrations 115 on one side. The serration part 115 may be formed along a circumference of a side of the powder puff fixing part 113 of the cover 110 (specifically, a circumference of a side of the second powder puff fixing part 1132), or may be formed around a lower portion of the grip part 111, and the serration part 115 may be introduced into an inner side of the pressurization part 130 when the cover 110 is coupled with the pressurization part 130.
The pressing part 130 may be provided with a saw tooth coupling protrusion 136 at a position corresponding to the saw tooth part 115 when the pressing part 130 and the cover 110 are coupled. The saw tooth coupling protrusion 136 is introduced between the saw teeth of the saw tooth part 115 to be engaged with the saw tooth part 115, and the cap 110 and the pressurization part 130 may be integrally rotated as the saw tooth part 115 and the saw tooth coupling protrusion 136 are engaged.
The number of the saw tooth coupling protrusions 136 may correspond to the number of gaps between the saw teeth of the saw tooth portion 115 or at least one or more, and the angle at which the saw tooth portion 115 and the saw tooth coupling protrusions 136 are coupled to each other may be determined according to the number of the saw teeth of the saw tooth portion 115. In the present embodiment, the combination of the cap 110 and the pressing part 130 is formed in a zigzag structure, so that the cap 110 and the pressing part 130 can be rotated simultaneously, and the excessive limitation of the angle of the combination of the cap 110 and the pressing part 130 can be avoided.
However, the serration 115 of the present embodiment can rotate only the pressing part 130 in accordance with the rotation of the cap 110, and may not prevent the cap 110 from being separated upward from the pressing part 130. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the cap 110 may be restricted from rotating alone by the serrations 115 and the serration coupling protrusions 136, and the cap 110 may be restricted from being separated by the cap coupling protrusions 112 and the cap coupling grooves 134 as described in the previous embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 12 to 13 are sectional views of a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, a cosmetic container 10 according to another embodiment of the present invention may further include a rim portion 150. The remaining structures other than the edge portion 150 described above, which are the same as the reference numerals used in the embodiment of the present invention, may be the same as or similar to the structures included in the embodiment of the present invention, and thus, the repetitive description thereof will be omitted.
The rim 150 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the pressurizing part 130, the lower end of the rim 150 is coupled to the container body 100, and the upper end of the rim 150 is higher than or the same height as the upper end of the pressurizing part 130. The rim 150 may have a cylindrical shape, and the lower end of the rim 150 is coupled to the container body 100 to maintain a predetermined position regardless of the rotation of the pressurizing unit 130. Specifically, the rim 150 may be coupled to the container body 100 by the elevation control part 140.
The reason why the rim portion 150 is provided in the further embodiment of the present invention is that in the embodiment of the present invention, the cosmetic is sprayed by the descending of the pressing portion 130, and the upper side of the pressing portion 130 is closed by the cover 110, so that if a user or other person lowers the pressing portion 130 by mistake in a state where the cover 110 is not coupled to the upper end of the pressing portion 130, there is a possibility that the cosmetic is sprayed to the outside. In this case, the cosmetic is strongly sprayed due to the internal pressure of the spray container 101, and therefore the cosmetic may be discharged to the outside through the internal space of the pressurizing unit 130, which may contaminate the surrounding environment and unnecessarily adhere to the skin of the user.
In order to solve such a problem, in still another embodiment of the present invention, the user is prevented from directly lowering the pressurization part 130 by providing the rim part 150, and the cosmetic is prevented from being sprayed without being combined with the cover 110, so that the cosmetic can be prevented from being wasted and inconvenience to the user can be solved.
Therefore, the upper end of the rim 150 is higher than the upper end of the pressing part 130 and the upper end of the rim 150 is lower than the upper end of the cover 110 coupled to the pressing part 130, so that a user cannot easily press the pressing part 130 with a hand or the like, and if the cover 110 is coupled to the pressing part 130, the pressing part 130 can be easily pressed by the cover 110.
In particular, the inner diameter of the rim portion 150 is the same as or similar to the maximum outer diameter of the pressing portion 130, and thus may cause a user to feel inconvenience when directly pressing the pressing portion 130. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the pressing part 130 is prevented from being lowered without being coupled to the cover 150 by the rim part 150, and the cosmetic can be sprayed only in the inner space of the pressing part 130 in a state of being closed by the cover 110 and the puff 120, thereby blocking unnecessary discharge of the cosmetic. At this time, the cover 110 and the pressing part 130 are coupled by the coupling structure of the cover coupling protrusion 112 and the like described in one embodiment of the present invention and the saw-toothed portion 115 coupling structure described in another embodiment of the present invention, so that the pressing part 130 can be smoothly rotated or lifted by the cover 110.
Instead of the structure formed between the container body 100 and the pressing portion 130, the structure of the guide projection 133 and the guide groove 141 as described above may be provided between the pressing portion 130 and the rim portion 150. That is, the pressing portion 130 has a guide protrusion (not shown) formed on an outer surface thereof, and the edge portion 150 has a guide groove (not shown) formed on an inner surface thereof for receiving the guide protrusion.
At this time, the guide groove includes a horizontal groove (no reference numeral) and a vertical groove (no reference numeral) like the guide groove 141 as described above, and the guide protrusion allows the pressurization part 130 to be lifted and lowered only when it is located in the vertical groove.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the cosmetics are prevented from being sprayed to the outside by the pressing of the pressing part 130 in a state of not being coupled to the cap 110, so that convenience and satisfaction of the user can be improved.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is apparent that the present invention can be modified or improved by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but may be modified within the scope of the appended claims.
