本发明提供了一种新型硬质PVC覆膜板,包括本体,所述的本体包括PVC基板和PVC膜,所述的PVC膜粘合固定在PVC基板一侧表面。所述的PVC膜置于PVC基板一侧表面并通过聚氨酯热溶胶粘合。本发明提供的一种新型硬质PVC覆膜板,该新型覆膜板结构简单科学,设计合理,使用方便,材料环保,生产过程中减少了水的消耗和喷涂对环境的污染;所述覆膜板的颜色图案等提供更多的选择,特殊需求定制相对传统板材周期更短,成本更低;PVC覆膜层相对直接喷涂,保温性能得到加强,墙体表面结露现象减少,更节能环保;墙体表面更稳定,无涂料挥发,受撞击刮擦不易产生刮痕,破损无颗粒飞溅。

技术领域
本发明涉及墙体表面装饰材料领域,尤其涉及一种新型硬质PVC覆膜板。
背景技术
彩色硬质PVC板材在建筑业主要用于厂房、医院、商用建筑、民居等,做为室内墙面或门等部分。目前市场上常用的大都是传统的彩色硬质PVC板材表面色彩是通过板材配方中加入调色颜料来达到的,具有很多的缺点,例如,无法直接产生各种纹理图案,喷涂会污染环境,表面容易有结露现象,容易产生刮痕。随着人们生活水平的提高,大家希望墙面材料款式有更多选择。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种新型硬质PVC覆膜板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种新型硬质PVC覆膜板,包括本体,所述的本体包括PVC基板和PVC膜,所述的PVC膜粘合固定在PVC基板一侧表面。
优选的,所述的PVC膜置于PVC基板一侧表面并通过聚氨酯热溶胶粘合。
优选的,所述PVC膜表面印刷有花纹或图案。
优选的,所述的PVC膜粘合在PVC基板表面上。
一种用于加工权利要求1所述PVC覆膜板的加工工艺,所述的PVC覆膜板的加工工艺;包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将PVC基板表面涂满胶水;
步骤2:将PVC膜平整铺设在PVC基板涂有胶水的表面,并去除PVC膜与PVC基板之间的气泡;
步骤3:将PVC膜高温覆合在PVC基板表面;
优选的,所述的步骤1中胶水为布聚氨酯热熔胶。
优选的,所述的加热温度为100-160℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种新型硬质PVC覆膜板,该新型覆膜板结构简单科学,设计合理,使用方便,材料环保,生产过程中减少了水的消耗和喷涂对环境的污染;所述覆膜板的颜色图案等提供更多的选择,特殊需求定制相对传统板材周期更短,成本更低;PVC覆膜层相对直接喷涂,保温性能得到加强,墙体表面结露现象减少,更节能环保;墙体表面更稳定,无涂料挥发,受撞击刮擦不易产生刮痕,破损无颗粒飞溅。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,一种新型硬质PVC覆膜板,包括本体,所述的本体包括PVC基板1和PVC膜2,所述的PVC膜2粘合固定在PVC基板1一侧表面。
所述的PVC膜2置于PVC基板1一侧表面并通过聚氨酯热溶胶粘合。
所述PVC膜2表面印刷有花纹或图案。
所述的PVC膜2粘合在PVC基板2表面上。
一种用于加工权利要求1所述PVC覆膜板的加工工艺,所述的PVC覆膜板的加工工艺;包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将PVC基板1表面涂满胶水;
步骤2:将PVC膜2平整铺设在PVC基板1涂有胶水的表面,并去除PVC
膜2与PVC基板1之间的气泡;
步骤3:将PVC膜2高温覆合在PVC基板1表面;
所述的步骤1中胶水为聚氨酯热熔胶。
所述的加热温度为100-160℃。PVC基板1表面经处理后涂布聚氨酯热溶胶,高温覆合上PVC膜2,表面形成丰富的木纹、织物纹、金属纹等花纹和图案,达到图案美观与防腐耐用于一体的效果。

1.一种新型硬质PVC覆膜板,包括本体,其特征在于,所述的本体包括PVC基板和PVC膜,所述的PVC膜粘合固定在PVC基板一侧表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型硬质PVC覆膜板,其特征在于,所述的PVC膜置于PVC基板一侧表面并通过聚氨酯热溶胶粘合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型硬质PVC覆膜板,其特征在于,所述PVC膜表面印刷有花纹或图案。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型硬质PVC覆膜板,其特征在于,所述的PVC膜粘合在PVC基板表面上。
5.一种用于加工权利要求1所述PVC覆膜板的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的PVC覆膜板的加工工艺;包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将PVC基板表面涂满胶水;
步骤2:将PVC膜平整铺设在PVC基板涂有胶水的表面,并去除PVC膜与PVC基板之间的气泡;
步骤3:将PVC膜高温覆合在PVC基板表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种PVC覆膜板的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤1中胶水为聚氨酯热熔胶。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种PVC覆膜板的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述的加热温度为100-160℃。
