The radius of the limiting shaft 311 is smaller than the difference between the radius of the limiting roller 31 and the thickness of the supporting ring 11.
The outer surfaces of the limiting roller 31, the supporting roller 32 and the lower supporting roller 33 are provided with rubber or polyurethane coatings for damping and uniform pressure.
