As shown in fig. 1, the barcode scanning gun charging device provided by the present invention comprises: the code scanning gun comprises a receiving circuit, a transmitting circuit, a charging seat 7 and a driving mechanism, wherein the receiving circuit is arranged in the code scanning gun, the transmitting circuit is arranged in the charging seat 7, the driving mechanism is used for driving the code scanning gun to move towards the charging seat 7, so that the code scanning gun is contacted with the charging seat 7, the charging seat 7 is fixed through a fixing support 7-1, and a power connector of the charging seat 7 is inserted into a power socket.
The driving mechanism comprises an air cylinder (not shown in the figure), a first sliding block 1, a first sliding rod 2, a second sliding rod 3, at least one push rod 4 (one is exemplarily shown in the figure 1) and sliding seats 5 with the same number as the push rods 4, one end of the first sliding block 1 is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the air cylinder, a sliding groove for the first sliding rod 2 to slide is arranged on the first sliding block 1, the first sliding rod 2 slides on the first sliding block 1, the other end of the first sliding rod 2 is fixedly connected with one end of the second sliding rod 2 through an L-shaped fixed frame 8, a sliding groove for the push rod 4 to slide is arranged on the sliding seat 5, the push rod 4 slides on the sliding seat 5, one end of the push rod 4 is fixed with a sleeve block 9, a through groove is formed in the sleeve block 9 along the length direction, the push rod 4 is sleeved on the push rod 4 through the through groove, an avoiding groove 9-1 for avoiding the L-shaped fixing frame 8 is formed in the sleeve block 9, and a code scanning gun seat is fixed to the other end of the push rod 4.
The structure of the code scanning gun seat is shown as 2, one surface of the code scanning gun seat 6 facing the charging seat is provided with a limiting groove 6-1, and the code scanning gun is limited in the limiting groove 7-1.
The working principle of the driving mechanism is as follows: the cylinder drives the first slide bar 1 to slide, the first slide bar 1 drives the second slide bar 2 to slide, and the push rod 4 is driven to move by the sliding of the second slide bar 2, so that the code scanning gun limited in the code scanning gun seat 6 is pushed to move to the charging seat 7.
The transmitting circuit comprises a switching power supply module, a square wave generating module, an H-bridge module and a transmitting coil, the receiving circuit comprises a receiving coil and a rectifying, filtering and voltage stabilizing module, the switching power supply module is used for reducing voltage and stabilizing current, the square wave generating module is used for providing an input driving signal for the H-bridge module, the H-bridge module is used for inverting direct current into alternating current and transmitting the alternating current, and the H-bridge module is an H-bridge inverter and a multivibrator with the square wave generating module being NE 555; the H bridge is an H bridge of four power MOS tubes.
The circuit structures of the transmitting circuit and the receiving circuit are shown in fig. 3, and the circuit shown in fig. 3 can realize the function of simultaneously charging a plurality of code scanning guns by one charging seat.
The wireless charging principle of the invention is as follows: when the charging seat is powered on, the transmitting coil is powered on by alternating current, and certain current is generated in the receiving coil through electromagnetic induction, so that the charging seat is charged to the code scanning gun.
It should be noted that the code scanning gun can only complete charging when the receiving coil is aligned with the transmitting coil, so that the driving mechanism of the invention has two functions, one function is to drive a plurality of code scanning guns to move simultaneously and charge simultaneously, and the other function is to accurately align the receiving coil with the transmitting coil to complete charging of the code scanning gun.
