When the winch is actually used, a winch lining temperature measuring device can be arranged on the winch. The insulating fixing frame 3 is used for being fixed on a fixing platform a.
When the winch is actually used, a winch lining temperature measuring device can be arranged on the winch. The temperature sensor 1 in the winch bush temperature measuring device is fixed on the clutch 30, a contact end of the temperature sensor 1 is abutted against the outer wall of the bush 50, the temperature sensor 1 is consistent with the movement state of the clutch 30, the temperature sensor 1 can measure the temperature of the bush 50 under different conditions, signals of the temperature sensor 1 are transmitted to the lead 4 through the current transmission ring 2, and the lead 4 transmits the signals of the temperature sensor 1 to the processor for processing and displaying. And the insulating fixed mount 3 can reduce the interference to the electric current on the current transmission circle 2, and fix the insulating fixed mount 3 on a fixed platform and also can fix the position of wire 4, avoid the direction to receive the fixed pivoted influence of winch.
Optionally, the winch liner temperature measuring device may also include a processor to facilitate monitoring of the temperature of the liner.
It should be noted that the fixing platform a is only used for providing a fixing position for the insulating fixing frame 3.
Illustratively, the temperature sensor 1 is a contact temperature sensor, and the temperature measuring end is abutted against the outer wall of the bushing 50. Alternatively, a thermistor type temperature sensor 1 may be employed for implementing the present invention.
In other cases provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the temperature sensor 1 may also be a non-contact temperature sensor, which is not limited in the present invention.
Wherein, the current transmission ring 2 can be a ring-shaped metal sheet. The good installation of electric conductivity also easily realizes the transmission of the signal of temperature sensor 1 electric current.
In other cases provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the current transmission coil 2 may also be a coil of a metal wire, which is not limited in the present invention.

The current transmission ring 2 is arranged in the circular groove 31 on the insulating fixing frame 3, and the insulating fixing frame 3 can protect the current transmission ring 2 to a certain degree, so that the possible external influence on the current transmission ring 2 is reduced.
Wherein the material of the insulating fixing frame 3 can use polytetrafluoroethylene. The manufacture is more convenient and the realization is easy.
Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of a position B in fig. 2, a counter bore 21 is formed in the current transmission ring 2, and the current transmission ring 2 is connected with the insulating fixing frame 3 through an insulating bolt 5. With this structure, the current transmission ring 2 is conveniently fixed.
As shown in fig. 3, the axis of the insulating bolt 5 is perpendicular to the axis of the circular groove 31, and the connection of the whole structure is stable.
Optionally, the material of the insulating bolt 5 can be the same as that of the insulating fixing frame 3, so that the manufacturing is convenient.
Exemplarily, the winch bushing temperature measuring device further comprises a metal connecting rod 6, one end of the wire 4 is connected with one end of the metal connecting rod, and the other end of the metal connecting rod is connected with the current transmission ring 2. The design of the metal connecting rod 6 arranged at one end of the wire 4 is added, so that the wire 4 is conveniently placed in the connecting hole in the insulating fixing frame 3, and the whole structure is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
Alternatively, the current-transmitting ring 2 and the metal connecting rod 6 may be made of the same material. The consistency of the whole current transmission effect can be ensured.
For example, a sealing ring (not shown) may be disposed between the wire 4 and the connection hole. The arrangement of the sealing ring can reduce the external influence possibly suffered by the metal connecting rod 6 and the current, and improve the measurement accuracy of the winch bushing temperature measuring device.
