Abstract
The invention discloses a steel plate combined shear wall based on side perforated partition plates and a preparation method thereof, wherein the steel plate combined shear wall comprises two outer steel plates which are arranged in parallel, and a plurality of side perforated partition plates which are distributed side by side are arranged between the two outer steel plates; the two side ends of the side perforated partition plate are respectively provided with a group of first openings and second openings which are arranged up and down. The invention can effectively improve the quality of the steel plate composite shear wall and the overall stress performance of the steel plate composite shear wall.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a steel plate combined shear wall, in particular to a steel plate combined shear wall based on a side perforated partition plate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of industrialization in the building industry, the traditional manner of pouring the shear wall through the construction site formwork is gradually replaced by a steel plate combined shear wall. The existing steel plate combined shear wall is generally composed of two outer-cladding steel plates arranged on the outer sides of the wall and connecting pieces arranged on the outer-cladding steel plates, wherein the connecting pieces on the steel plates can be two discrete connecting pieces and partition type connecting pieces which are arranged in a punctiform manner; when the discrete connecting pieces or the drawknot pieces are arranged in a punctiform manner, the problem of insufficient constraint on the outer-covered steel plate exists, and the outer-covered steel plate is easy to generate local buckling; when the partition board connecting piece is adopted, deformation of an outer-wrapping steel plate is easy to cause when the partition board is welded, the requirement on the accuracy of installation of the partition board is high, meanwhile, adjacent cavities formed by the partition boards are mutually independent, concrete needs to be poured into each smaller cavity, construction is inconvenient, and the pouring and tamping quality of the concrete is not easy to ensure; moreover, the welding seam between the partition plate and the side steel plates is longer, and the residual stress is larger, so that the whole strength of the steel plate combined shear wall can be influenced. Therefore, the existing steel plate composite shear wall has more defects in the technology.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a steel plate combined shear wall based on a side perforated partition plate and a preparation method thereof. The invention can effectively improve the quality of the steel plate composite shear wall and the overall stress performance of the steel plate composite shear wall.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a steel plate composite shear wall based on side perforated partition plates comprises two outer steel plates which are arranged in parallel, wherein a plurality of side perforated partition plates which are distributed side by side are arranged between the two outer steel plates; the two side ends of the side perforated partition plate are respectively provided with a group of first openings and second openings which are arranged up and down.
In the steel plate composite shear wall based on the side perforated partition plates, the first openings on the adjacent side perforated partition plates are distributed in parallel or vertically staggered in the vertical direction.
In the steel plate composite shear wall based on the side perforated partition plate, the first openings and the second openings on the same side perforated partition plate are symmetrically distributed.
In the steel plate composite shear wall based on the side perforated partition plate, the first openings and the second openings on the same side perforated partition plate are distributed alternately up and down.
In the steel plate composite shear wall based on the side perforated partition plate, the sections of the first opening and the second opening are rectangular structures.
In the steel plate composite shear wall based on the side perforated partition plate, the sections of the first opening and the second opening are of trapezoid structures.
In the steel plate combined shear wall based on the side perforated partition plate, the inner wall of each steel plate is provided with the reinforcing piece.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the side opening partition boards with the first openings and the second openings are respectively arranged at the two side ends between the two outer wrapping steel plates, so that on one hand, the construction and the flowing of concrete are facilitated, the concrete in each area is tightly connected, the bonding between the partition boards and the concrete is enhanced, the pouring and tamping quality of the concrete is improved, the integrity of the steel plate combined shear wall is ensured, and the overall stress performance of the steel plate combined shear wall is improved; compared with the point type connecting piece steel plate combined shear wall, the steel plate combined shear wall connected by the side perforated partition plates is improved in connection between the steel plates covered by the steel plate combined shear wall into a break line type connection mode, so that the stability of the outer steel plates is enhanced; on the other hand, compared with the integral partition plate type connecting combined steel plate shear wall, the steel plate combined shear wall based on the side edge perforated partition plates reduces the length of the welding seam between the side edge perforated partition plates and the outer wrapping steel plates through the break line welding seam, so that the residual stress and the residual deformation of the outer wrapping steel plates can be reduced, the integral strength of the shear wall is further improved, the material consumption can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. In addition, through setting up first opening and second opening, just can make the reinforcement cross side trompil baffle, communicate two adjacent cavitys each other, improve the compactibility of connection to can further shear force wall holistic intensity. In conclusion, the steel plate combined shear wall can effectively improve the quality of the steel plate combined shear wall and improve the overall stress performance of the steel plate combined shear wall.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following figures and examples, which are not intended to be limiting.
Example 1. The steel plate composite shear wall based on the side perforated partition plates comprises two outer steel plates 1 which are arranged in parallel as shown in fig. 1 to 4 and 10, and a plurality of side perforated partition plates 2 which are distributed side by side are arranged between the two outer steel plates 1; the two side ends of the side perforated partition plate 2 are respectively provided with a group of first openings 3 and second openings 4 which are arranged up and down.
The first openings 3 on the adjacent side perforated partition plates 2 are distributed in a vertically staggered manner.
The first opening 3 and the second opening 4 on the same side perforated partition plate 2 are symmetrically distributed.
The first openings 3 and the second openings 4 on the same side perforated partition plate 2 are alternately distributed up and down.
The cross sections of the first opening 3 and the second opening 4 are rectangular structures.
The cross sections of the first opening 3 and the second opening 4 are trapezoid structures.
The inner wall of each steel plate 1 is provided with a reinforcing piece 5.
The reinforcement 5 comprises a transverse reinforcement and a vertical reinforcement, wherein the transverse reinforcement penetrates through the first opening 3 or the second opening 4, and the vertical reinforcement is positioned between two adjacent side perforated partition boards 2.
End plates, section steel or rectangular steel pipes are arranged at the two ends between the two outer-covered steel plates 1. The end plates, the section steel or the rectangular steel pipe are connected with the outer steel plate through welding seams.
A preparation method of a steel plate composite shear wall based on a side perforated partition plate comprises the following steps:

B. welding a plurality of side perforated partition plates between two outer-coated steel plates to obtain a semi-finished plate;
C. and welding end plates, section steel or rectangular steel pipes at two ends of the semi-finished plate to obtain a steel plate composite shear wall finished product based on the side perforated partition plate.
The method comprises the steps of transporting the steel plate composite shear wall based on the side perforated partition plates to a construction and installation site, positioning each steel plate composite shear wall based on the side perforated partition plates at high altitude by using a hoisting machine, and welding a plurality of steel plate composite shear walls based on the side perforated partition plates together according to a straight-line, T-shaped, L-shaped or cross-shaped structure to form a straight-line, T-shaped, L-shaped or cross-shaped steel plate composite shear wall outer frame;
and pouring concrete in the inner cavity of the outer frame of the steel plate composite shear wall to form a steel plate composite shear wall finished product in a straight shape, a T shape, an L shape or a cross shape.
The transverse and vertical stiffeners may be one or more of pegs, T-ribs, transverse baffles, and the like.
Example 2. The steel plate composite shear wall based on the side perforated partition plates comprises two outer steel plates 1 which are arranged in parallel as shown in fig. 5 to 9, and a plurality of side perforated partition plates 2 which are distributed side by side are arranged between the two outer steel plates 1; the two side ends of the side perforated partition plate 2 are respectively provided with a group of first openings 3 and second openings 4 which are arranged up and down.
