In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the transparent polystyrene composite material capable of expelling insects comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-94 parts of polystyrene, 1-5 parts of light diffusant and 1-5 parts of insect repellent.
The invention selects the polystyrene with high transparency as the base material, ensures that the material has higher light transmittance, and simultaneously adds the light diffusant, so that light rays pass through the material and are refracted for many times, thereby playing the roles of light diffusion and light emitting surface expansion, and achieving the effect of light rays with less loss due to soft light transmission; the composite material has good insect expelling property due to the addition of the insect repellant, wherein the insect expelling effect of the composite material is not obvious if the content of the insect repellant is too low, and the mechanical property of the composite material is reduced, the composite material is easy to crack and is not beneficial to forming if the content of the insect repellant is too high, so that the content of the insect repellant in the composite material is comprehensively considered to be 1-5 parts by weight. The polystyrene composite material prepared by the invention has good light transmittance, insect repelling effect and light diffusion effect, and is suitable for the field of illumination.
Preferably, the insect repellant is at least one of permethrin, cypermethrin, deltamethrin and tetramethrin.
Preferably, the insect repellent is a mixture of deltamethrin and tetramethrin, and the weight ratio of deltamethrin to tetramethrin is 2: 3.
The inventor finds that a mixture of deltamethrin and tetramethrin is selected as the insect repellent through a plurality of tests, and when the weight ratio of deltamethrin to tetramethrin is 2: and 3, the insect expelling effect is optimal.
Preferably, the light diffusing agent is a silicone light diffusing agent. Compared with other light diffusants, the organic silicon light diffusant selected by the application has a better light diffusion effect in polystyrene plastics.
Preferably, the transparent polystyrene composite material further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of a toughening agent. The addition of the toughening agent helps to improve the processability and formability of the composite material.
Preferably, the toughening agent is a transparent acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, so that the composite material has good light transmission.
Preferably, the toughening agent has a melt flow rate of 1 to 30g/10min according to ASTM D-1238 at a temperature of 200 ℃ under a load of 5 kg.
Preferably, the polystyrene is a general purpose polystyrene.
Preferably, the polystyrene has a melt flow rate of 1 to 40g/10min according to ASTM D-1238 at a temperature of 220 ℃ under a load of 10 kg.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the insect-repellent transparent polystyrene composite material, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing various raw materials according to a ratio;
(2) and (2) adding the raw materials in the step (1) into a double-screw extruder with the length-diameter ratio of 36-40: 1, and performing melt extrusion granulation at the extrusion temperature of 170-210 ℃ to obtain the insect-repellent transparent polystyrene composite material.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the high-transparency polystyrene is selected as the base material, and the light diffusant and the insect repellent are added to prepare the polystyrene composite material which has good light transmission, insect repelling and light diffusion effects, so that the polystyrene composite material is successfully applied to the lighting industry to prevent mosquito interference.

In addition: in comparative example 7, the final product material was brittle and easy to crack, and was not suitable for molding.
From the results of comparative examples 1 to 6, it can be seen that the light diffusion properties of the polystyrene composite are poor in the absence of the addition of the light diffuser; when the content of the insect repellent is 0 to 5 parts by weight, the insect repellent effect of the polystyrene composite material is improved with the increase of the content of the insect repellent, but the influence on the light transmittance is small; under the condition of the same content of the insect repellent, compared with single use of deltamethrin and tetramethrin, the mixture compounded by deltamethrin and tetramethrin according to the weight ratio of 2:3 has better insect repellent effect. In addition, in the test, when the content of the insect repellent in the comparative example 7 reaches 7 parts by weight, and the weight ratio of the deltamethrin to the tetramethrin is 3:4, the insect repellent effect of the composite material is general, and the material is brittle and serious, easy to crack and unfavorable for molding use due to the excessively high content of the insect repellent in the polystyrene material.
From the results of comparative example 1 and examples 1 to 3, it can be seen that the addition of the light diffuser can improve the light diffusing property, haze and light transmittance of the polystyrene composite material to some extent, and when the content of the light diffuser is 4 parts by weight, the light diffusing property, haze and light transmittance of the prepared polystyrene composite material are better, and when the content of the light diffuser is increased to 5 parts by weight, the light diffusing property, haze and light transmittance of the material are slightly reduced. From the results of examples 3 and 4, it is clear that the material added with the XB-150 silicone light diffuser has better light diffusion effect, higher transmittance and haze than the material added with the EXL-5136 acrylate light diffuser under the condition of the same content of the light diffuser.
Comparing the results of example 2 and example 7, or examples 3 and 5 to 6, it is found that when the content of the light diffusing agent and the content of the insect repellent are the same, the insect repellent effect of the composite material can be obviously improved by adjusting the formulation type of the insect repellent and the formulation ratio thereof, and when the weight ratio of deltamethrin to tetramethrin is 2:3, the insect repellent effect is optimal.
From the results of examples 8 to 10, it is clear that the addition of the toughening agent does not greatly affect the light transmittance, insect repellent and light diffusion effects of the polystyrene composite material.
According to the invention, according to the actually required fluidity and processability, the polystyrene with the melt flow rate of 1-40g/10min under the test conditions of 220 ℃ of temperature and 10kg of load according to the ASTM D-1238 standard can be selected; selecting a toughening agent with the melt flow rate of 1-30g/10min under the test conditions of 200 ℃ of temperature and 5kg of load according to the ASTM D-1238 standard.
