Abstract

本发明公开了吸湿耐油纺织面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体的内表面设置有耐油污层,所述耐油污层的底部交织连接有吸湿层,所述吸湿层的底部交织连接有抗菌层,所述抗菌层的底部设置有透气层,所述透气层的底部交织连接有防护层。本发明通过将耐油污层设置在吸湿层的外侧,在使用时可对油污进行阻挡,同时油污中含有的水分可通过吸湿层吸收至内部,通过透气层可将吸湿层内部的水分快速散发出去,提高面料整体的干爽性,可以长时间保证面料的洁净度,具有良好的适用性,增加使用范围,同时解决了面料制作的服装、鞋帽、手套等,既不美观,沾染了油渍后也无法很好的去除,并且吸湿透气性差的问题。

本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为吸湿耐油纺织面料。
背景技术
面料广泛用于制作鞋、服、帽等行业,是人们生活不可缺少的用品,一般的纺织面料,往往采用很厚的织物、并染成深黑色或深兰色等不易显现油污的颜色,用这种面料制作的服装、鞋帽、手套等,既不美观,沾染了油渍后也无法很好的去除,并且吸湿透气性差,纺织纤维的吸湿性是纺织纤维的重要物理性能之一,纺织纤维吸湿性的大小对纺织纤维的形态尺寸、重量、物理机械性能都有一定的影响,从而也影响其加工和使用性能,影响对纺织面料进行使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供吸湿耐油纺织面料,具备吸湿和耐油污效果好的优点,解决了面料制作的服装、鞋帽、手套等,既不美观,沾染了油渍后也无法很好的去除,并且吸湿透气性差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:吸湿耐油纺织面料,包括面料本体,所述面料本体的内表面设置有耐油污层,所述耐油污层的底部交织连接有吸湿层,所述吸湿层的底部交织连接有抗菌层,所述抗菌层的底部设置有透气层,所述透气层的底部交织连接有防护层。
优选的,所述吸湿层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,且经线为麻纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由薄花呢纤维和粘胶纤维混纺编织而成。
优选的,所述耐油污层由丁腈橡胶纤维编织而成。
优选的,所述透气层由经线和纬线相互编织而成,且经线和纬线之间设置有透气网,且透气网与经线和纬线的内表面之间通过粘接剂粘接。
优选的,所述抗菌层与透气层之间设置有高强度粘接剂,且透气层的内部设置有透气网,且透气网的表面覆盖有透气网孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过将耐油污层设置在吸湿层的外侧,在使用时可对油污进行阻挡,同时油污中含有的水分可通过吸湿层吸收至内部,通过透气层可将吸湿层内部的水分快速散发出去,提高面料整体的干爽性,而在吸湿层与透气层之间增加抗菌层,在长时间使用后可防止内部滋生细菌,同时抗菌层由良好的抗菌材料制成,可以长时间保证面料的洁净度,具有良好的适用性,增加使用范围,同时解决了面料制作的服装、鞋帽、手套等,既不美观,沾染了油渍后也无法很好的去除,并且吸湿透气性差的问题。
2、本发明通过防护层的设置,可以加强整体表面的抗撕裂性能,使用强度高,不易出现磨损,延长使用寿命,而透气层在经线和纬线之间增加透气网,可以避免透气网受到污水的腐蚀而影响透气效果,所使用的材料均是现有市场上的吸水材料,造价低廉,使用范围广泛。

1.吸湿耐油纺织面料,包括面料本体(1),其特征在于:所述面料本体(1)的内表面设置有耐油污层(2),所述耐油污层(2)的底部交织连接有吸湿层(3),所述吸湿层(3)的底部交织连接有抗菌层(4),所述抗菌层(4)的底部设置有透气层(5),所述透气层(5)的底部交织连接有防护层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿耐油纺织面料,其特征在于:所述吸湿层(3)由经线和纬线相互编织而成,且经线为麻纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成,纬线由薄花呢纤维和粘胶纤维混纺编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿耐油纺织面料,其特征在于:所述耐油污层(2)由丁腈橡胶纤维编织而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿耐油纺织面料,其特征在于:所述透气层(5)由经线和纬线相互编织而成,且经线和纬线之间设置有透气网,且透气网与经线和纬线的内表面之间通过粘接剂粘接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸湿耐油纺织面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(4)与透气层(5)之间设置有高强度粘接剂,且透气层(5)的内部设置有透气网,且透气网的表面覆盖有透气网孔。
