Detailed Description
The present application is further illustrated in the accompanying drawings and detailed description which are to be understood as being merely illustrative of the application and not limiting of its scope, and various equivalent modifications to the application will fall within the scope of the application as defined in the appended claims after reading the application.
A pluggable module arrangement, as shown in fig. 2-5, comprising a base 1 and a pluggable module 2, wherein:
One end of the base 1 is provided with a wiring terminal 11, the bottom of the base 1 is provided with more than one group of telescopic buckle components, each telescopic buckle component comprises a buckle clamping groove 12, a buckle mounting groove 13 and a fixing buckle 14, the buckle clamping grooves 12 and the buckle mounting grooves 13 of the same group of telescopic buckle components are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the base 1, and the buckle clamping grooves 12 and the buckle mounting grooves 13 of the same group of telescopic buckle components are oppositely arranged; and the mounting positions of the clamping grooves 12 of the adjacent telescopic clamping assemblies are opposite; the fixing buckle 14 is arranged on the buckle mounting groove 13, and the fixing buckle 14 is in sliding connection with the buckle mounting groove 13; the fixing buckle 14 is provided with a first mounting hole 141; the bottom of the base 1 is provided with a guide rail groove 15 for fixing, and the top of the base 1 is provided with a first pluggable terminal 16 and a module fixing hole 17; the number of the telescopic buckle components is two.
The pluggable module 2 comprises a module shell 21 and a locking screw 22, a pluggable terminal two 23 matched with the pluggable terminal one 16 is arranged at the bottom of the module shell 21, a mounting hole two 24 is formed in the module shell 21, and the locking screw 22 sequentially penetrates through the mounting hole two 24 and the module fixing hole 17 to fixedly mount the pluggable module 2 on the base 1.
When in use, the base 1 is used as a fixing piece and installed in a device or a cabinet body, and is connected with other devices in the cabinet body through outgoing lines at the wiring terminal 11. The pluggable module 2 is connected with the base 1 through the pluggable terminal I16 and the pluggable terminal II 23, and can be freely plugged and unplugged for replacement. Meanwhile, the self-contained locking screw 22 can be reliably connected with the module fixing hole 17 on the base 1, so that the influence of vibration in the mechanism on the module is reduced.
In some applications, where the functional requirements of the module are high, the module itself is also sized large enough to accommodate more electronic devices. On the structural platform, the base is designed to be spliced, so that the pluggable module installation of different sizes can be met. The telescopic buckle component is designed to be telescopic, namely when the fixing buckle 14 is pushed out from the buckle mounting groove 13, the fixing buckle 14 is used as a connecting accessory and is inserted into the buckle clamping groove 12 of the other base 1, so that the two bases 1 are connected together to mount the pluggable module with multiple standard.
In the plugging and unplugging replacement process, in order to prevent plugging and unplugging of different functional modules, as shown in fig. 8, an anti-plugging pin 3 is designed at the plugging part of the pluggable module and the base, and coding can be performed to distinguish different pluggable modules.
When the pluggable module fails and needs to be replaced, the locking screw 22 is directly unscrewed, and the pluggable module 2 is pulled out. And replacing the new pluggable module, and locking the screw again to finish the replacement. In the process, the base 1 connected with the cable is not moved, and the disassembly and movement of the cable and other equipment in the cabinet body are not involved, so that the workload is greatly reduced.
The guide rail type installation is one of the existing common installation modes, and standard guide rails are reserved in most of the cabinets in the market at present to install various module devices, so that the pluggable module device designed by us also supports the installation mode, as shown in fig. 9.
The fixed mounting is to directly mount the fixing buckle 14 inside the cabinet body through the first mounting hole 141 by using a screw, as shown in fig. 10, the fixing buckle 14 serving as the first mounting hole 141 is of a telescopic design and can be pulled out when required.
The pluggable module can be freely switched between the two installation modes, and no additional accessories are required to be installed, so that the requirements of different use scenes are met. The fixing buckle 14 can be used as a connecting piece in mutual splicing, and can be retracted into the shell when not needed, so that interference with other equipment in the cabinet body can be avoided.
The wiring terminals are used for connecting the modules with cables of other devices in the cabinet body to form a loop to realize functions. There are two types of terminals commonly found in current power systems, namely japanese standard terminals and european standard terminals. The two terminals are structurally different in that the Japanese style is an open fence style, the European style is a semi-closed style, the appearance of the two types of terminals is different from that of the Japanese style, the left side is an open fence style, and the right side is a semi-closed style, which is shown in fig. 11.
The pluggable module can simultaneously meet the two types of terminals, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the openable and closable movable cover plate 111 is designed on the wiring terminal 11, so that the wiring terminal 11 can be switched between the japanese style and the european style, and two use requirements are met.
The pluggable module structure has the characteristics of being platform-type, standardized, spliced, pluggable, capable of meeting Japanese standard terminals, european standard terminals and the like.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the invention, it being noted that: it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and adaptations are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the invention.
