Detailed Description
In order to make the present application solution better understood by those skilled in the art, the following description will clearly and completely describe the technical solution in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
The embodiments of the present application are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1A, fig. 1A is a flow chart of a method for acquiring a component attribute, which is applied to a cost system, and as shown in fig. 1A, the method for acquiring a component attribute includes the following steps:
101. and receiving file contents uploaded by a user, and determining whether the file contents are building information model BIM.
Specifically, in a cost system, a server monitors the operation of a user in the system in real time. If the operation of uploading the file by the user is monitored, acquiring the content of the file uploaded by the user, and then analyzing the content of the file, or directly acquiring the format of the file uploaded by the user, and determining whether the content of the file uploaded by the user is the building information model BIM. BIM corresponding software comprises Revit building, structure and equipment software, bentley building, structure and equipment series, and ArchiCAD, and corresponding file formats comprise DWG or DXF, etc. From these features, it is possible to parse and determine if the content of the file uploaded by the user is BIM.
102. And if the file content is determined to be BIM, acquiring the existing component attribute in the BIM.
The existing component attributes refer to component attributes that can be directly acquired in BIM uploaded by a user or can be directly acquired by analysis. If components and component attributes have been described in BIM, these data may be obtained directly, and if only a BIM model diagram is included, components and component attributes need to be obtained from the model by analysis.
Referring to fig. 1B, fig. 1B is a schematic diagram of a BIM model provided in the embodiment of the present application, and when a server determines that the received file content is BIM, the BIM model is parsed according to a preset rule to obtain different structural components at different positions.
Optionally, obtaining the existing component property in the BIM includes: performing contour positioning on the BIM to obtain peripheral contour components in the BIM; performing space contour positioning on the BIM to obtain an internal space component in the BIM; performing functional structure positioning on the BIM to obtain functional structure components in the BIM; positioning the internal position or shape of the BIM to obtain facility components in the BIM; acquiring geometric information, physical information and attribute information of the peripheral outline part, the inner space part, the functional structural part and the facility part; geometric information, physical information, and attribute information are taken as existing component attributes.
Specifically, the BIM is a three-dimensional model of a building engineering, including geometric information, professional properties, and status information of building elements, and also includes status information of non-element objects (such as space, movement behaviors). Among these numerous pieces of information, it is first necessary to acquire structural members therein and classify the structural members. For example, in the three-dimensional model in fig. 1B, the relevant structural components may be first analyzed, and the structural components may be directly obtained from the information database corresponding to the BIM, or may be analyzed from the three-dimensional model. For example, performing contour positioning on the BIM, analyzing the peripheral contour in the BIM, and determining the contour shape, contour trend and contour connection mode in the BIM to obtain the peripheral contour component in the BIM; the BIM is subjected to space contour positioning, namely an internal space structure formed by various contours, including a circular space, a rectangular space or an arc space and the like, so that an internal space component in the BIM can be obtained; the BIM is positioned in a functional structure, the functional structure in the BIM can be positioned at the top end of a building, near the wall surface, near the bottom of the building or the like, or the functional structure can be presented in different expression forms, such as a cylindrical pipeline, a bent pipeline and the like, the special forms are positioned, the positioning of the functional structure can be completed, and the functional structure component can be obtained through the positioning of the functional structure; the BIM is internally positioned or positioned in a shape, such as a power socket, is square and porous in shape, is positioned on the surface of a wall, and an object in the shape or position is analyzed to determine that the object is a facility component.
After positioning the components in the BIM and determining the names of the components, the component attributes of the components can be further acquired, wherein the component attributes comprise geometric information, such as area, thickness, radian or inclination, physical information, such as component information, section information or node information, and attribute information, such as load information, material information and the like. The existing components and component attributes in the BIM can be obtained according to the steps.
103. And matching the existing component attribute with the existing component attribute in the attribute template library.
After the existing component attribute corresponding to the BIM uploaded by the user is obtained, the existing component attribute is matched with the existing component attribute in the attribute template library, wherein the matching comprises matching of component names, matching of component attribute values and matching of component attribute numbers.
For example, for a drain, existing component properties include, materials: polyvinyl chloride, (Polyvinyl chloride, PVC); inner diameter: 110mm; length: 2m. Then the component name is first matched with the attribute template library to obtain the existing components, blow-down pipe 1, blow-down pipe 2 and blow-down pipe 3. And then respectively acquiring attribute information corresponding to the three blow-down pipes as the attribute of the existing component, and then respectively matching with the attribute of the existing component corresponding to the blow-down pipes in the BIM. As shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 Member Attribute matching Table
Because the importance of different attributes of the components is different, the different attributes should have different weights, for example, the weight of the material is alpha, the weight of the inner diameter is beta, the weight of the length is gamma, wherein beta is larger than or equal to alpha > gamma, alpha+beta+gamma=1, each attribute is matched and a matching score is obtained, the matching scores of the material and the inner diameter are respectively represented by A and B, the values of A and B only comprise 0 or 1, wherein 0 represents mismatch, 1 represents match, the matching score C=the length of the existing component/the length of the existing component, and then the matching degree of the attribute of the existing component and the attribute of the existing component is: p=α×a+β×b+γ×c.
104. And if the existing component attribute is successfully matched with the existing component attribute, acquiring an attribute constraint relation in the attribute template library according to the existing component attribute, wherein the attribute constraint relation comprises a cost increase relation, a cost reduction relation and a cost coverage relation.
When matching the existing component attribute with the existing component attribute, a 100% degree of matching may not be achieved, and thus when the degree of matching is above a first degree of matching threshold, it is determined that the matching of the existing component attribute with the existing component attribute is successful. That is, the degree of matching between the existing component attribute and the existing component attribute is known to be P, the first degree of matching threshold is P1, and P1 is more than 50%, and when P is more than P1, the matching between the existing component attribute and the existing component attribute is determined to be successful.
Optionally, before acquiring the attribute constraint relation in the attribute template library according to the existing component attribute, the method further comprises: acquiring existing component attributes corresponding to a plurality of BIMs, unit price costs corresponding to the existing component attributes, and actual costs corresponding to the plurality of BIMs; performing cost estimation corresponding to a plurality of BIMs according to the existing component attribute and the unit price cost corresponding to the existing component attribute, and determining estimated cost corresponding to the plurality of BIMs; calculating the difference between the estimated cost and the actual cost corresponding to the BIMs; if the difference value is smaller than a first preset threshold value, determining that the attribute constraint relation corresponding to the existing component attribute of the BIM is a cost reduction relation; if the difference value is larger than a second preset threshold value, determining that the attribute constraint relation corresponding to the existing component attribute of the BIM is a cost increase relation, wherein the first preset threshold value is smaller than the second preset threshold value; if the difference value is not smaller than the first preset threshold value and is not larger than the second preset threshold value, determining that the attribute constraint relation corresponding to the existing component attribute of the BIM is a cost coverage relation; and correspondingly storing the existing component attribute corresponding to each BIM in the plurality of BIMs and the attribute constraint relation corresponding to the existing component attribute in the attribute template library.
The attribute template library comprises the existing component attributes and corresponding attribute constraint relations, wherein the attribute constraint relations represent relations between each component attribute in the BIM and BIM cost, and the attribute constraint relations comprise cost increasing relations, cost reducing relations and cost covering relations. That is, the existence of some component attributes indicates that the building corresponding to the BIM has additional added cost, and the attribute constraint relationship corresponding to the existing component attribute is a cost added relationship; the existence of some component attributes indicates that the building corresponding to the BIM has cost reduction, and the attribute constraint relation corresponding to the existing component attributes is a cost reduction relation; the existence of some component attributes indicates that the BIM can obtain the building cost as the component attributes are normally preset, and the attribute constraint relationship corresponding to the existing component attributes is a cost coverage relationship.
To obtain the correspondence between the existing component attributes and attribute constraint relationships, model training determination needs to be performed through a lot of historical data. The historical data is BIM data which has completed cost accounting and even building construction, wherein the BIM data comprises all component attributes of the BIM, including some hidden component attributes which cannot be directly obtained, costs corresponding to components with different attributes and actual costs corresponding to the whole BIM are obtained through manual uploading or manual analysis. And carrying out cost estimation on the components corresponding to the existing component attributes in the BIM to obtain estimated cost corresponding to the BIM. Because there may be a gap between the estimated cost and the actual cost of the BIM because there is no cost corresponding to the hidden component attribute calculated in the cost estimation, the difference D between the estimated cost and the actual cost is calculated, assuming that the first preset threshold is S1, S1 is less than or equal to 0, and when D < S1 is less than or equal to 0, the actual cost is higher than the estimated cost, which indicates that the building cost is increased by the hidden component attribute in the BIM, and therefore, the attribute constraint relationship corresponding to the existing component attribute of the BIM is determined as the cost increase relationship. Assuming that the second preset threshold is S2, S is greater than or equal to 0, when D is greater than S2 and greater than or equal to 0, the estimated cost is higher than the actual cost, which indicates that the building cost is reduced due to the existence of the hidden component attribute in the BIM, and therefore the attribute constraint relationship corresponding to the existing component attribute of the BIM is determined to be a cost reduction relationship. When S1 is equal to or less than D is equal to or less than S2, the difference between the estimated cost and the actual cost is not large, and the estimated cost and the actual cost can be considered to be basically equal to each other, so that the attribute constraint relation corresponding to the attribute of the existing component is determined to be a cost coverage relation.
Storing the obtained existing component attribute corresponding to each BIM and the attribute constraint relation corresponding to each BIM in the attribute template library correspondingly, 3 large items are generated, as shown in table 2:
table 2 schematic table of attribute template library
After the attribute template library is obtained, the existing component attributes in the BIM uploaded by the user can be matched with the existing component attributes in the attribute template library, and the attribute constraint relation corresponding to the existing component attributes is obtained.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, by acquiring BIM in the plurality of historical data and the corresponding existing component attribute thereof, the unit price cost corresponding to the existing component attribute, and the actual cost corresponding to the BIM, the estimated cost corresponding to the BIM and the difference between the estimated cost and the actual cost are calculated, so as to determine the corresponding relationship between the existing component attribute and the attribute constraint relationship in the historical BIM. In the process, the relation between the attribute of the existing component and the attribute constraint relation is calculated and determined, so that the accuracy and the reliability of relation determination are improved.
105. And acquiring hidden component attributes in the BIM according to the attribute constraint relation, and determining all component attributes corresponding to the BIM by the existing component attributes and the hidden component attributes.
After the attribute constraint relation corresponding to the existing component attribute is obtained, determining the hidden component attribute contained in the BIM uploaded by the user according to the attribute constraint relation. Hidden component attributes are component attributes that cannot be obtained directly from BIM uploaded by the user, including parameters that cannot be obtained directly from the parameters, and also cannot be obtained from the visual model map. Such as concrete grade and concrete volume.
Optionally, obtaining the attribute of the hidden member in the BIM according to the attribute constraint relationship includes: if the attribute constraint relationship is a cost coverage relationship, determining that the BIM does not contain the attribute of the hidden component; if the attribute constraint relationship is a cost reduction relationship, matching the existing component attribute corresponding to the BIM with the existing component attribute in the first hidden component library to obtain a hidden component attribute corresponding to the existing component attribute with the highest matching degree of the existing component attribute as a hidden component attribute corresponding to the BIM; and if the attribute constraint relationship is a cost increase relationship, matching the existing component attribute corresponding to the BIM with the existing component attribute in the second hidden component library, and acquiring the hidden component attribute corresponding to the existing component attribute with the highest matching degree of the existing component attribute as the hidden component attribute corresponding to the BIM.
Specifically, if it is determined that the attribute constraint relationship corresponding to the existing component attributes in the BIM uploaded by the user is a cost coverage relationship, it is determined that the component attributes do not bring about a change in building cost corresponding to the BIM, or the change is within a reasonable range, and then it is determined that the hidden component attributes are not included in the BIM. If the attribute constraint relation corresponding to the existing component attribute is a cost reduction relation, matching the existing component attribute with the existing component attribute in the first hidden component library, and obtaining the hidden component attribute corresponding to the existing component attribute with the highest matching degree of the existing component attribute as the hidden component attribute corresponding to the BIM, wherein the hidden component attribute which possibly causes cost reduction and the existing component attribute corresponding to the hidden component attribute are exclusively stored in the first hidden component library. And if the attribute constraint relation corresponding to the existing component attribute is a cost increase relation, matching the existing component attribute with the existing component attribute in the second hidden component library, and obtaining the hidden component attribute corresponding to the existing component attribute with the highest matching degree of the existing component attribute as the hidden component attribute corresponding to the BIM. The correspondence between the existing component attribute and the hidden component attribute may be manually set, or may be obtained according to a priori data.
Optionally, the method further comprises: when the existing component attribute corresponding to the BIM is matched with the existing component attribute in the first hidden component library, if the number of the existing components with the highest matching degree with the existing component attribute is obtained to be more than 1, selecting the hidden component attribute with low cost as the hidden component attribute corresponding to the BIM; when the existing component attribute corresponding to the BIM is matched with the existing firmware attribute in the second hidden component library, if the number of the existing components with the highest matching degree with the existing component attribute is obtained to be larger than 1, the hidden component attribute quantity with the least number is obtained to be used as the hidden component attribute corresponding to the BIM.
Specifically, since matching of the existing component attribute and the existing component attribute is not unique, it is possible to match simultaneously to a plurality of existing component attributes having highest degree of matching with the existing component attribute. Then in the matching process with the first hidden building library, because all hidden component attributes corresponding to the cost reduction relationship are stored in the first hidden building library, the hidden component attribute with the lowest cost in the plurality of hidden component attributes corresponding to the plurality of existing component attributes with the highest matching degree of the existing component attributes is selected as the hidden component attribute corresponding to the BIM. Correspondingly, in the matching process with the second hidden building library, because all hidden component attributes corresponding to the cost increasing relationship are stored in the second hidden building library, the hidden component attributes are mainly not used for saving cost, but improving building quality or improving building efficiency, so that the corresponding minimum hidden component attribute in a plurality of existing component attributes with the highest matching degree with the existing component attribute is selected as the BIM corresponding hidden component attribute. As the simplest direct hidden member properties are usually most commonly employed.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, the corresponding hidden construction library is located through the attribute constraint relationship, and the existing component attribute is matched with the hidden component library to obtain the corresponding hidden component attribute, the hidden construction library is classified through the attribute constraint relationship, so that pertinence and efficiency of obtaining the hidden component attribute through matching are improved, and further, when the number of the existing component attribute and the existing component attribute in the hidden component library meeting the matching condition is greater than 1, the hidden component attribute with low cost or low complexity is selected as the hidden component attribute corresponding to the BIM. The process can further promote the accuracy and effectiveness of the obtained hidden member attributes.
Optionally, after acquiring the existing component attribute in the BIM, the method further includes: matching the existing component attribute in the BIM with the template component attribute in the BIM template; if the matching degree of the existing component attribute and the template component attribute is larger than the first preset matching degree, all component attributes in the BIM template corresponding to the template component attribute are obtained and used as all component attributes corresponding to the BIM.
Specifically, after the existing component attribute in the BIM uploaded by the user is obtained, the existing component attribute can be directly matched with the template component attribute corresponding to a plurality of BIM templates in the BIM template library, if the matching degree of the template component attribute corresponding to a certain BIM template is greater than the first preset matching degree, it is indicated that the similarity between the BIM uploaded by the user and the BIM template is high, and other component attributes corresponding to the BIM template, including the hidden component attribute, are the component attribute corresponding to the BIM uploaded by the user with high probability, so that all the component attributes in the BIM template corresponding to the template component attribute are obtained as all the component attributes corresponding to the BIM.
Optionally, after receiving the file content uploaded by the user and determining whether the file content is the building information model BIM, the method further includes: the server acquires a client identifier corresponding to a user; determining whether the client is an authorized client according to the client identifier; if the client is determined not to be an authorized user, providing service for acquiring all component attributes for the client, wherein the number of times of the service is smaller than that of the first prediction; if the client is determined to be an authorized client, detecting the number of times of uploading file contents by the client, and if the number of times is larger than a first preset uploading number of times, marking the authorized client as a trusted user; if the number of times is not greater than the first preset uploading number of times, marking the authorized client as a conventional user; after determining all component attributes corresponding to the BIM from the existing component attributes and the hidden component attributes, the method further includes: storing BIM corresponding to the trusted user as a BIM template into a BIM template library; and correspondingly storing the existing component attributes and attribute constraint relations of the BIM corresponding to the conventional user in the attribute template library.
The client identifier includes a physical address (Media Access Control Address, MCA) of the computer, a motherboard ID, an international mobile equipment identification (International Mobile Equipment Identity, IMEI) of the handset, a globally unique identifier (Universally Unique Identifier, UUID), etc. Different clients have different corresponding authorities, if the user is not an authorized user, the system can only be tried out, namely, the service of acquiring the component attribute smaller than a first preset threshold value is provided for the user, and if the client is the authorized client, the service of not limiting the times can be provided for the user. In addition, for the clients with the times of uploading files being larger than the first preset times, the clients are indicated to upload BIM files to users of the system frequently, the users have high trust degree on the system, the analysis results obtained by the BIM files uploaded by the users are also approved by the users, and the analysis results are indicated to be accurate, so that the users have high trust degree on the users, the users are set as trusted users, and the uploaded BIMs can be stored in a BIM template library as templates; the trust degree of the conventional user to the system is general, and the uploaded BIM can be used as a component attribute material to be uploaded into an attribute template library. Finally, the BIM template library can also be only opened for trusted users.
