The vertical clamping device is composed of a fixing rod, a screw rod and an adjusting nut, wherein the fixing rod is fixed on the side of the workbench, the screw rod is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the fixing rod, the adjusting nut is screwed with the screw rod, and the disc type oil cooler is fixed in the vertical direction by rotating the adjusting nut.
The universal coupling is connected with the universal coupling through a spline, and meanwhile, the length of flexible transmission is adjusted through the spline.
A fixed seat is arranged between the horizontal clamping device and the flexible transmission device and is used for forming positioning support for the plug during air supply.
The gears are two cylindrical bevel gears meshed with each other, and self-locking of the universal coupling is achieved through the bevel gears.
The flexible transmission device is divided into a left path and a right path, one path is connected by a driving gear in a control way, and the tail end of the flexible transmission device is connected with an air outlet of the disc-type engine oil cooler; the other route is connected by the driven gear control, and the tail end of the driven gear is connected with the air inlet of the disc type engine oil cooler.
