The conventional secondary air device is characterized in that a fan is arranged on a rotary kiln cylinder and rotates along with the cylinder, the fan is powered by a slip ring power supply device, and in a three-phase four-wire system circuit, 4 slip rings and a current collector are needed for each independently controlled fan to supply power. The above solution has two problems: on one hand, the fans are arranged on the kiln body in the open air, so that the environment temperatures of the fans and the motor are high, the fans are not beneficial to long-term stable use, and the fans are difficult to overhaul and maintain; on the other hand, the high-quality and reliable slip ring power supply device is high in price and needs to be replaced regularly, so that the construction and operation costs of engineering are greatly increased.
