the upper surface of the lamp holder is provided with a positioning block, the outer side surface of the turntable body is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves matched with the positioning block, the positioning grooves are arranged in an annular interval manner, the positioning grooves correspond to the light holes one by one, and the turntable body can be clamped with the positioning block through the positioning grooves, so that the turntable body can be rotated and positioned;
