Abstract
The present invention relates to an adjustable chain tensioner; the method is characterized in that: comprises a rotating shaft, an adjusting screw, a chain wheel mounting plate connected to the rotating shaft and a tensioning chain wheel arranged on the chain wheel mounting plate; the adjusting screw pushes the sprocket mounting plate to swing along the rotating shaft. The problems that the chain is easy to loosen, abrasion among the chains is easy to cause, the position of the chain wheel is required to be continuously adjusted, time and labor are wasted and the like caused by the existing scheme are solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a tensioning device, in particular to an adjustable chain tensioning device.
Background
In general, in the conveyor industry, skid conveying systems are widely used, and particularly in welding and coating workshops such as automobiles and engineering machinery, roller beds are used in a large number. The rolling machine is usually driven by a belt or a chain. In which the elongation of the chain must be controlled within a reasonable range for chain transmission, otherwise the chain transmission is affected, resulting in chain transmission tooth disengagement, chain striking of other parts, and chain breakage, etc., and thus tensioning of the chain is a very critical issue. The proper tensioning mechanism can be adjusted in time to compensate the elongation of the chain, so that the conveying chain is in a good running state.
In the prior art, the chain is wound on the chain wheels at two sides, a chain wheel is additionally arranged between the chain wheels, and the chain is tensioned inwards by the added chain wheels. Such a solution has the following problems: (1) The tension generated by the added chain wheel is smaller, so that the chain is easy to loosen; (2) The increased sprockets tension the chains inward, easily resulting in wear between the chains; (3) A single sprocket tightens the chain, and the distance that the sprocket needs to move is greater if the same amount of tension is required.

The adjustable chain tensioner brings about the following effects: (1) The two tensioning chain wheels are adopted to tension the chain from different directions, so that the formed tensioning force is large, and the loosening of the chain is avoided; (2) The tensioning chain wheel does not need to inwards tension the chains, and abrasion does not exist between the chains; (3) The swing angle of the sprocket mounting plate can be quickly adjusted through the adjusting screw; (4) The adjusting screw can be fixed through the fixing nut, and can continuously prop against the sprocket mounting plate, so that the adjusting time is saved; (5) A guide shaft penetrates through the guide hole to limit the swing range of the sprocket mounting plate; (6) The chain is tensioned by two chain wheels, and the chain wheels only need to move a short distance, so that the same tensioning allowance can be finished.

Fig. 1 is a front view of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, an adjustable chain tensioner is disclosed. The direction of X in the figure is the front end of the front view of the invention, and the direction of Y in the figure is the right end of the front view of the invention. The adjustable chain tensioner comprises a rotary shaft 4, an adjusting screw 3, a sprocket mounting plate 1 connected to the rotary shaft 4 and a tensioning sprocket 2 mounted on the sprocket mounting plate 1. The adjusting screw 3 pushes the sprocket mounting plate 1 to swing along the rotation shaft 4.
An adjustable chain tensioner is mounted on the mounting base 10. An adjustable chain tensioner is mounted at the upper end of the mounting base 10.
Fig. 1 is a front view of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a top view of the present invention. As shown in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, the mounting base 10 includes a mounting plate 11, a bottom plate 12, and a support plate 13. The chain tensioner is mounted on the mounting plate 11. A support plate 13 is mounted on the base plate 12, the support plate 13 supporting the mounting plate 11.
Preferably, the bottom plate 12 is square. A support plate 13 is mounted on the upper end of the base plate 12. The lower surface of the support plate 13 is attached to the upper surface of the bottom plate 12. Preferably, the mounting plate 11 is square. The mounting plate 11 is mounted on the upper end of the support plate 13. The lower surface of the mounting plate 11 is attached to the upper surface of the support plate 13.
The mounting base 10 functions to fixedly support the adjustable chain tensioner. The adjustable chain tensioning device is fixed, so that the adjustable chain tensioning device can work stably and does not shake.
The adjusting screw 3 is connected with the fixed block 8 in a threaded way. The adjusting screw 3 is provided with a fixing nut 9 for fixing the adjusting screw 3.
Preferably, the number of the fixing blocks 8 is two. The fixed blocks 8 are symmetrically connected with the left and right ends of the upper surface of the mounting plate 11. The fixed block 8 is provided with a threaded hole.
The front end of the adjusting screw 3 passes through the fixed block 8, and the front end of the adjusting screw 3 props against the sprocket mounting plate 1. The adjusting screw 3 is screwed in or out along the fixed block 8.

The front end of the fixing nut 9 abuts against the rear end of the fixing block 8.
When the adjusting screw 3 no longer abuts the sprocket mounting plate 1, the fixing nut 9 needs to be loosened. The adjusting screw 3 rotates along the outer surface of the fixing nut 9, and the fixing nut 9 is far away from the fixing block 8. The front end of the fixing nut 9 no longer abuts against the rear end of the fixing block 8.
The swing angle of the sprocket mounting plate 1 can be quickly adjusted by the adjusting screw 3. The fixing nut 9 plays a role in fixing. The fixing nut 9 allows the adjusting screw 3 to be held against the sprocket mounting plate 1 continuously.
The rotation shaft 4 is mounted on the mounting base 10. The rotation shaft 4 is mounted on the upper surface of the mounting plate 11. The lower surface of the rotary shaft 4 is attached to the upper surface of the mounting plate 11. Preferably, the rotation shaft 4 is cylindrical. The upper end of the rotating shaft 4 is connected with the sprocket mounting plate 1. The rotation shaft 4 is vertically installed. The outer surface of the rotary shaft 4 passes through the rear end of the lower surface of the sprocket mounting plate 1. The sprocket mounting plate 1 swings along the outer surface of the rotary shaft 4.
The adjustable chain tensioning device comprises a guide hole 7 formed on the sprocket mounting plate 1 and a guide shaft 6 for limiting the swing of the sprocket mounting plate 1. The guide shaft 6 is inserted into the guide hole 7. Preferably, the guide hole 7 is a circular arc waist-shaped hole.
The guide shaft 6 is mounted on the mounting base 10. The guide shaft 6 is mounted on the upper surface of the mounting plate 11. The lower surface of the guide shaft 6 is attached to the upper surface of the mounting plate 11. Preferably, the guide shaft 6 is cylindrical. The upper end of the guide shaft 6 is connected with the sprocket mounting plate 1. The guide shaft 6 is located at the front end of the rotation shaft 4. The guide hole 7 is formed in the upper surface of the sprocket mounting plate 1. The guide hole 7 is horizontally opened in the left-right direction. The guide shaft 6 is vertically installed. The outer surface of the guide shaft 6 passes through the guide hole 7.
When the sprocket mounting plate 1 swings to the right by a certain angle, the guide shaft 6 is located at the left end of the guide hole 7. The outer surface of the guide shaft 6 abuts against the left end of the guide hole 7. The guide shaft 6 restricts the sprocket mounting plate 1 from continuing to swing rightward.
When the sprocket mounting plate 1 swings to the left by a certain angle, the guide shaft 6 is located at the right end of the guide hole 7. The outer surface of the guide shaft 6 abuts against the right end of the guide hole 7. The guide shaft 6 restricts the sprocket mounting plate 1 from continuing to swing leftward.
The guide shaft 6 and the guide hole 7 play a role in swinging guide, and the guide shaft 6 and the guide hole 7 play a role in protecting the chain and the tensioning sprocket 2. The guide shaft 6 and the guide hole 7 prevent the swing angle of the sprocket mounting plate 1 from being too large, and the tensioning sprocket 2 pulls the chain, so that the chain is damaged.
Preferably, the sprocket mounting plate 1 is triangular. The sprocket mounting plate 1 is located at the upper end of the mounting base 10.
The sprocket mounting plate 1 is provided with a sprocket mounting shaft 5. The tension sprocket 2 is mounted on a sprocket mounting shaft 5.

When the adjustable chain tensioning device is installed, the chain is wound on the tensioning chain wheel 2 in an S shape. The tensioning sprocket 2 creates a forward and a backward force on the chain, respectively. The tensioning sprocket 2 develops two tensioning forces in different directions.
The adjusting screw 3 abuts against the sprocket mounting plate 1, and the sprocket mounting plate 1 swings along the outer surface of the rotary shaft 4. When the sprocket mounting plate 1 swings to a limit angle, the outer surface of the guide shaft 6 abuts against the guide hole 7, and the guide shaft 6 restricts the swing of the sprocket mounting plate 1. Tightening the fixing nut 9 fixes the adjusting screw 3. The tensioning chain wheels 2 are arranged in a staggered way. The tensioning sprocket 2 effects tensioning of the chain.
