本发明涉及一种锂电池防漏液储存柜,包括柜体及转动安装在柜体上的柜门,其特征在于:所述柜体的两侧壁上分别设置有左滑槽及右滑槽,所述左滑槽及右滑槽之间平行设置有若干水平置物板,所述若干水平置物板上设置有漏液孔,所述柜体的底端设置有集液槽。本发明设置科学合理,能够对废旧锂电池的废液进行收集,防止锂电池燃爆发生,且根据锂电池的尺寸可调节水平置物板间的距离,适用范围广。

技术领域
本发明属于物流运输技术领域,涉及锂电池储存柜,特别涉及一种锂电池防漏液储存柜。
背景技术
锂电池,是一类由锂金属或锂合金为负极材料、使用非水电解质溶液的电池。由于锂金属的化学特性非常活泼,使得锂金属的加工、保存、使用,对环境要求非常高。随着科学技术的发展,现在锂电池已经成为了主流。
对于使用出现问题的废旧锂电池,需要进行返厂检修,废旧的锂电池经常会出现漏液现象,如果储存放置不当,将会引起漏液乱流,锂电池的漏液遇到高温时容易引发火灾,造成危险。因此,废旧锂电池的安全储存是很有必要的。
通过对公开专利文献的检索,并未发现与本专利申请相同的公开专利文献。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够对废旧锂电池的废液进行收集,且防止锂电池燃爆发生的锂电池防漏液储存柜。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种锂电池防漏液储存柜,包括柜体及转动安装在柜体上的柜门,其特征在于:所述柜体的两侧壁上分别设置有左滑槽及右滑槽,所述左滑槽及右滑槽之间平行设置有若干水平置物板,所述若干水平置物板上设置有漏液孔,所述柜体的底端设置有集液槽。
而且,所述左滑槽及右滑槽均为两个,分别位于柜体两侧壁的前端与后端。
而且,所述柜体的顶端安装有自动感应灭火器。
而且,所述柜体及柜门上均设置有空气流通孔。
而且,所述柜门包括左柜门及右柜门,所述左柜门与右柜门之间设置有门锁。
而且,所述柜体及柜门外侧均涂有防腐阻燃油漆层。
而且,所述柜体底端四角设置有支撑垫。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、本发明的锂电池防漏液储存柜,柜体的两侧壁上分别设置有左滑槽及右滑槽,左滑槽及右滑槽之间平行设置有若干水平置物板,若干水平置物板上设置有漏液孔,柜体的底端设置有集液槽,放置在水平置物板上的锂电池产生的漏液可滴落到集液槽中,再集中进行收集处理,能够避免漏液的四处乱流,防止危险发生,且能够根据不同规格锂电池的大小调整水平置物板的间隔,调节方便,适用性强。
2、本发明的锂电池防漏液储存柜,左滑槽及右滑槽均为两个,分别位于柜体两侧壁的前端与后端,保证水平置物板调节时的统一性,防止水平置物板发生倾斜影响正常储存。
3、本发明的锂电池防漏液储存柜,柜体的顶端安装有自动感应灭火器,当锂电池漏液或出现燃爆危险时,自动感应灭火器能够自动开启工作,防止危险发生,保证安全。
4、本发明的锂电池防漏液储存柜,柜体及柜门上均设置有空气流通孔,保证储存柜内的空气流通,防止内部密闭环境产生燃爆危险。
5、本发明的锂电池防漏液储存柜,柜门包括左柜门及右柜门,左柜门与右柜门之间设置有门锁,锂电池的放置快速方便,且提高储存安全性。
6、本发明的锂电池防漏液储存柜,柜体及柜门外侧均涂有防腐阻燃油漆层,提高储存柜的安全性,防止燃爆危险造成人员伤害。
7、本发明的锂电池防漏液储存柜,柜体底端四角设置有支撑垫,保证柜体的放置稳定性,防止其倾斜产生锂电池窜动。
8、本发明设置科学合理,能够对废旧锂电池的废液进行收集,防止锂电池燃爆发生,且根据锂电池的尺寸可调节水平置物板间的距离,适用范围广。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种锂电池防漏液储存柜,包括柜体8及转动安装在柜体上的柜门,其创新之处在于:柜体的两侧壁上分别设置有左滑槽9及右滑槽10,左滑槽及右滑槽之间平行设置有若干水平置物板6,若干水平置物板上设置有漏液孔11,柜体的底端设置有集液槽7,放置在水平置物板上的锂电池产生的漏液可滴落到集液槽中,再集中进行收集处理,能够避免漏液的四处乱流,防止危险发生,且能够根据不同规格锂电池的大小调整水平置物板的间隔,调节方便,适用性强。
左滑槽及右滑槽均为两个,分别位于柜体两侧壁的前端与后端,保证水平置物板调节时的统一性,防止水平置物板发生倾斜影响正常储存。
柜体的顶端安装有自动感应灭火器2,当锂电池漏液或出现燃爆危险时,自动感应灭火器能够自动开启工作,防止危险发生,保证安全。
柜体及柜门上均设置有空气流通孔4,保证储存柜内的空气流通,防止内部密闭环境产生燃爆危险。
柜门包括左柜门1及右柜门3,左柜门与右柜门之间设置有门锁5,锂电池的放置快速方便,且提高储存安全性。
柜体及柜门外侧均涂有防腐阻燃油漆层13,提高储存柜的安全性,防止燃爆危险造成人员伤害。
柜体底端四角设置有支撑垫12,保证柜体的放置稳定性,防止其倾斜产生锂电池窜动。

1.一种锂电池防漏液储存柜,包括柜体及转动安装在柜体上的柜门,其特征在于:所述柜体的两侧壁上分别设置有左滑槽及右滑槽,所述左滑槽及右滑槽之间平行设置有若干水平置物板,所述若干水平置物板上设置有漏液孔,所述柜体的底端设置有集液槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池防漏液储存柜,其特征在于:所述左滑槽及右滑槽均为两个,分别位于柜体两侧壁的前端与后端。
