技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体为防辐射金属纤维布料及带防辐射加强效果的纺织方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,电子设备应用越来越广泛,然而其辐射的电磁波对人体健康的影响越来越受到人类的关注,通常用于抗电子设备电磁波辐射的防辐射服,在纺织过程中加入防辐射金属丝,依靠特种金属丝混纺纱线织成的防辐射服,起到保护人体不受电磁辐射影响,然而,金属丝在纺纱和织布中,可纺性差,需要对金属丝的柔韧性具有一定要求,因此,往往效果理想的防辐射服价格昂贵;且传统的防辐射金属纤维构成的防辐射服在人们穿戴后,皮肤会产生微微的刺痒感;为此本发明提出防辐射金属纤维布料及带防辐射加强效果的纺织方法用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供防辐射金属纤维布料及带防辐射加强效果的纺织方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:防辐射金属纤维布料,包括防辐射编织线体,所述防辐射编织线体由多组防辐射金属纤维组件盘卷成柱后,在柱体外侧套设一连接环组件,并在连接环组件表面连接弹性连接组件构成,防辐射编织线体设置有多组,多组防辐射编织线体编织成网格状,网格的上侧设置有外衬层,且网格的下侧设置有内里层,所述内里层与外衬层之间连接有防错位连接垫,所述内里层表面同时开设贯通组件,且内里层的表面设置柔软亲肤组件。
优选的,所述防辐射金属纤维组件为防辐射金属纤维丝,防辐射金属纤维丝设置有四个,四个防辐射金属纤维丝螺旋缠绕成圆形柱体结构,圆形柱体结构的两端均套设有连接环组件。
优选的,所述连接环组件为布袋环,圆形柱体结构设置有多组,相邻两组套设有布袋环的圆形柱体结构之间通过多组弹性连接组件连接。
优选的,所述弹性连接组件为弹性纤维线条,多个弹性纤维线条呈圆周形排列在相连两组圆形柱体结构端部的布袋环上构成防辐射编织线体,防辐射编织线体设置有多组,多组防辐射编织线体首尾连接后形成长线体,横向长线体与纵向长线体编织成网格状。
优选的,所述网格状为防辐射网格层,防辐射网格层有多组长线体十字交叉并交错叠穿而成,防辐射网格层夹持在外衬层和内里层之间,且内里层和外衬层之间通过防错位连接垫连接。

防辐射金属纤维布料及带防辐射加强效果的纺织方法,包含以下步骤:
步骤一:撵搓金属纤维线体,将四根防辐射金属纤维丝两端对齐后,一端被固定不同(可从过手指捏住实现固定),然后从另一端同时撵搓四根防辐射金属纤维丝,使四根防辐射金属纤维丝螺旋在一起形成圆形柱体结构;

步骤四:编织防辐射网格,将由步骤三构成的长线体分为横向线体和纵向线体,横向纤体和纵向线体十字交叉分布,且交叉处交错叠压构成防辐射网格层;
步骤五:面料成型,在透气棉布层的表面粘接连接棉片,透气棉布层和连接棉片的表面预先压合形成透气孔,连接棉片的分布位置与防辐射网格层的网格位置对应,将防辐射网格层搭接在透气棉布层的表面上,此时连接棉片对接在防辐射网格层的网格中,接着将蕾丝面料层粘接在连接棉片的上端,如此蕾丝面料层和透气棉布层对蕾丝面料层夹持,避免蕾丝面料层直接与人体接触带来微微刺痒的感觉,为提升面料的舒适性,在透气棉布层的表面粘接兔绒亲肤层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设置合理,功能性强,具有以下优点:
1.本发明提出的防辐射金属纤维布料通过布袋环将防辐射金属纤维丝构成的线体与弹性纤维线条连接在一起,构成编织线体,解决了传统防辐射金属丝可防纺差的问题;
2.本发明提出的防辐射金属纤维布料在防辐射网格层的两侧分别加设蕾丝面料层和透气棉布层,避免防辐射金属直接与人体接触带来的微微刺痒感;
3.本发明提出的带防辐射加强效果的纺织方法操作简单,使得生产出的防辐射面料结构紧凑,设计合理,保证防辐射效果的同时,提 高纱线的整体光洁紧凑度,从而提高接触舒适度。

请参阅图1至图3,本发明提供一种技术方案:防辐射金属纤维布料,包括防辐射编织线体,防辐射编织线体由多组防辐射金属纤维组件盘卷成柱后,在柱体外侧套设一连接环组件,并在连接环组件表面连接弹性连接组件构成,其中,防辐射金属纤维组件为防辐射金属纤维丝1,防辐射金属纤维丝1设置有四个,四个防辐射金属纤维丝1螺旋缠绕成圆形柱体结构,圆形柱体结构的两端均套设有连接环组件,连接环组件为布袋环2,圆形柱体结构设置有多组,相邻两组套设有布袋环2的圆形柱体结构之间通过多组弹性连接组件连接,弹性连接组件为弹性纤维线条3,多个弹性纤维线条3呈圆周形排列在相连两组圆形柱体结构端部的布袋环2上构成防辐射编织线体,防辐射编织线体设置有多组,多组防辐射编织线体首尾连接后形成长线体,横向长线体与纵向长线体编织成网格状;
网格的上侧设置有外衬层,且网格的下侧设置有内里层,内里层与外衬层之间连接有防错位连接垫,其中,网格状为防辐射网格层4,防辐射网格层4有多组长线体十字交叉并交错叠穿而成,防辐射网格层4夹持在外衬层和内里层之间,且内里层和外衬层之间通过防错位连接垫连接,外衬层为蕾丝面料层5,内里层为透气棉布层6,防错位连接垫为连接棉片7,连接棉片7和透气棉布层6同时被贯通组件贯穿;
内里层表面同时开设贯通组件,且内里层的表面设置柔软亲肤组件,其中,贯通组件为透气孔8,透气孔8处于透气棉布层6表面的开口四周包围着柔软亲肤组件,柔软亲肤组件为兔绒亲肤层9,兔绒亲肤层9布满整个透气棉布层6的底面设置。
防辐射金属纤维布料及带防辐射加强效果的纺织方法,包含以下步骤:
步骤一:撵搓金属纤维线体,将四根防辐射金属纤维丝1两端对齐后,一端被固定不同(可从过手指捏住实现固定),然后从另一端同时撵搓四根防辐射金属纤维丝1,使四根防辐射金属纤维丝1螺旋在一起形成圆形柱体结构;
步骤二:固定连接环体,在一方形布条表面涂抹粘接胶体,然后将方形布条缠绕在步骤一撵搓成的圆形柱体结构的端部,此时方形布条形成圆环形结构套设在圆形柱体结构的外侧,如此在圆形柱体结构的两端均套设连接环体;
步骤三:防辐射编织线体成型,在两组由步骤二构成的柱体的布袋环2之间缝合或者粘接多根呈圆周形排列分布的弹性纤维线条3,如此形成防辐射编织线体,根据需要可将多组防辐射编织线体首尾通过弹性纤维线条3连接构成长线体;
步骤四:编织防辐射网格,将由步骤三构成的长线体分为横向线体和纵向线体,横向纤体和纵向线体十字交叉分布,且交叉处交错叠压构成防辐射网格层4;
步骤五:面料成型,在透气棉布层6的表面粘接连接棉片7,透气棉布层6和连接棉片7的表面预先压合形成透气孔8,连接棉片7的分布位置与防辐射网格层4的网格位置对应,将防辐射网格层4搭接在透气棉布层6的表面上,此时连接棉片7对接在防辐射网格层4的网格中,接着将蕾丝面料层5粘接在连接棉片7的上端,如此蕾丝面料层5和透气棉布层6对蕾丝面料层5夹持,避免蕾丝面料层5直接与人体接触带来微微刺痒的感觉,为提升面料的舒适性,在透气棉布层6的表面粘接兔绒亲肤层9。
工作原理:将四根防辐射金属纤维丝1两端对齐后,一端被固定不同(可从过手指捏住实现固定),然后从另一端同时撵搓四根防辐射金属纤维丝1,使四根防辐射金属纤维丝1螺旋在一起形成圆形柱体结构,在一方形布条表面涂抹粘接胶体,然后将方形布条缠绕在撵搓成的圆形柱体结构的端部,此时方形布条形成圆环形结构套设在圆形柱体结构的外侧,如此在圆形柱体结构的两端均套设连接环体,在两组上述柱体的布袋环2之间缝合或者粘接多根呈圆周形排列分布的弹性纤维线条3,如此形成防辐射编织线体,根据需要可将多组防辐射编织线体首尾通过弹性纤维线条3连接构成长线体,由长线体分为横向线体和纵向线体,横向纤体和纵向线体十字交叉分布,且交叉处交错叠压构成防辐射网格层4,在透气棉布层6的表面粘接连接棉片7,透气棉布层6和连接棉片7的表面预先压合形成透气孔8,连接棉片7的分布位置与防辐射网格层4的网格位置对应,将防辐射网格层4搭接在透气棉布层6的表面上,此时连接棉片7对接在防辐射网格层4的网格中,接着将蕾丝面料层5粘接在连接棉片7的上端,如此蕾丝面料层5和透气棉布层6对蕾丝面料层5夹持,避免蕾丝面料层5直接与人体接触带来微微刺痒的感觉,为提升面料的舒适性,在透气棉布层6的表面粘接兔绒亲肤层9。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (9)
1.防辐射金属纤维布料,包括防辐射编织线体,其特征在于:所述防辐射编织线体由多组防辐射金属纤维组件盘卷成柱后,在柱体外侧套设一连接环组件,并在连接环组件表面连接弹性连接组件构成,防辐射编织线体设置有多组,多组防辐射编织线体编织成网格状,网格的上侧设置有外衬层,且网格的下侧设置有内里层,所述内里层与外衬层之间连接有防错位连接垫,所述内里层表面同时开设贯通组件,且内里层的表面设置柔软亲肤组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防辐射金属纤维布料,其特征在于:所述防辐射金属纤维组件为防辐射金属纤维丝(1),防辐射金属纤维丝(1)设置有四个,四个防辐射金属纤维丝(1)螺旋缠绕成圆形柱体结构,圆形柱体结构的两端均套设有连接环组件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防辐射金属纤维布料,其特征在于:所述连接环组件为布袋环(2),圆形柱体结构设置有多组,相邻两组套设有布袋环(2)的圆形柱体结构之间通过多组弹性连接组件连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防辐射金属纤维布料,其特征在于:所述弹性连接组件为弹性纤维线条(3),多个弹性纤维线条(3)呈圆周形排列在相连两组圆形柱体结构端部的布袋环(2)上构成防辐射编织线体,防辐射编织线体设置有多组,多组防辐射编织线体首尾连接后形成长线体,横向长线体与纵向长线体编织成网格状。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防辐射金属纤维布料,其特征在于:所述网格状为防辐射网格层(4),防辐射网格层(4)有多组长线体十字交叉并交错叠穿而成,防辐射网格层(4)夹持在外衬层和内里层之间,且内里层和外衬层之间通过防错位连接垫连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防辐射金属纤维布料,其特征在于:所述外衬层为蕾丝面料层(5),内里层为透气棉布层(6),防错位连接垫为连接棉片(7),连接棉片(7)和透气棉布层(6)同时被贯通组件贯穿。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防辐射金属纤维布料,其特征在于:所述贯通组件为透气孔(8),透气孔(8)处于透气棉布层(6)表面的开口四周包围着柔软亲肤组件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防辐射金属纤维布料,其特征在于:所述柔软亲肤组件为兔绒亲肤层(9),兔绒亲肤层(9)布满整个透气棉布层(6)的底面设置。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的防辐射金属纤维布料及带防辐射加强效果的纺织方法,其特征在于:此产品的加工流程包含以下步骤:
步骤一:撵搓金属纤维线体,将四根防辐射金属纤维丝(1)两端对齐后,一端被固定不同(可从过手指捏住实现固定),然后从另一端同时撵搓四根防辐射金属纤维丝(1),使四根防辐射金属纤维丝(1)螺旋在一起形成圆形柱体结构;
步骤二:固定连接环体,在一方形布条表面涂抹粘接胶体,然后将方形布条缠绕在步骤一撵搓成的圆形柱体结构的端部,此时方形布条形成圆环形结构套设在圆形柱体结构的外侧,如此在圆形柱体结构的两端均套设连接环体;
步骤三:防辐射编织线体成型,在两组由步骤二构成的柱体的布袋环(2)之间缝合或者粘接多根呈圆周形排列分布的弹性纤维线条(3),如此形成防辐射编织线体,根据需要可将多组防辐射编织线体首尾通过弹性纤维线条(3)连接构成长线体;
步骤四:编织防辐射网格,将由步骤三构成的长线体分为横向线体和纵向线体,横向纤体和纵向线体十字交叉分布,且交叉处交错叠压构成防辐射网格层(4);
步骤五:面料成型,在透气棉布层(6)的表面粘接连接棉片(7),透气棉布层(6)和连接棉片(7)的表面预先压合形成透气孔(8),连接棉片(7)的分布位置与防辐射网格层(4)的网格位置对应,将防辐射网格层(4)搭接在透气棉布层(6)的表面上,此时连接棉片(7)对接在防辐射网格层(4)的网格中,接着将蕾丝面料层(5)粘接在连接棉片(7)的上端,如此蕾丝面料层(5)和透气棉布层(6)对蕾丝面料层(5)夹持,避免蕾丝面料层(5)直接与人体接触带来微微刺痒的感觉,为提升面料的舒适性,在透气棉布层(6)的表面粘接兔绒亲肤层(9)。
