The forming die is placed at the thermoforming site and the plastic sheet is extruded within the forming die to ultimately form the preform cup. The prefabricated cup is provided with a cup rim, a cup body and a decorative strip, wherein the cup rim and the cup body are of an integral structure, the cup body is of an inverted truncated cone-shaped structure, the cup rim is positioned at the end with the largest width of the cup body and protrudes out of the surface of the cup body, the cup rim is of a circular ring-shaped structure as a whole and is provided with a film-lifting protrusion with a large width and extending in the radial direction, and the decorative strip is arranged on the cup body in a curled state; one end of the body 16 of the ornamental strip is covered on the connecting part 17 and is connected with the connecting part 17 to be curled into an inverted truncated cone shape, and the straight edge at one end of the body 16 is connected with the straight edge at the other end of the body 16, namely, the two straight edges are overlapped in the direction vertical to the center line of the cup body. As shown in fig. 9, the connecting portion 17 is shielded by the body 16 so that only the continuous decorative strip is visible on the surface of the preform. The two straight edges of the body 16 are located on the cup body at positions offset from the side of the cup body where the film raising protrusions are located.
The two straight edges of the body 16 and the film-forming protrusions may also be located on the same side of the cup body, thereby forming another embodiment.
