closed, therefore, the energy consumption of the equipment for supplying air is developed into the dust removing function, so that the wasted energy is utilized, the equipment is very environment-friendly and convenient for users to use, by means of the contact rod 24 provided on the second push rod 23 and the contact pad 28 provided on the mounting rod 27, the user, when using the device, blows the test tube 10 against the empty bottle of detergent, the air pressure sensor 9 detects the air pressure, if the air pressure changes abnormally, the empty bottle leaks air, the air pressure sensor 9 transmits a signal to the central processing unit 14, the central processing unit 14 controls the third push rod 26, the third push rod 26 drives the contact pad 28 to move To sum up, the empty bottle leakage detection device for producing the liquid detergent is characterized in that through the fan 6 arranged on the seal box 5 and the filter screen 29 arranged on the isolation plate 16, when a user uses the device, the fan 6 is started, the fan 6 blows air out through the extension pipe 7, the test box 8 and the test pipe 10, the test pipe 10 is in butt joint with the empty bottle of the liquid detergent, the air pressure sensor 9 detects air pressure, if the air pressure changes abnormally, the empty bottle leaks air, the fan 6 blows air and simultaneously extracts air in the seal box 5, the seal box 5 extracts air in the filter box 15 through the extension pipe 7, the filter box 15 extracts outside air through the external hose 19, the user places the external hose 19 in an area needing dust removal, the air with dust enters the filter box 15, the right side of the isolation plate 16 in the filter box 15 is filled with water, the dust is blocked at the right side of the filter screen 29 when the fan 6 is started, and the dust falls into the water when the fan 6 is closed, thus, the energy consumption of the equipment for supplying air is developed to realize the dust removal function, so that the wasted energy is utilized, the equipment is very environment-friendly and is convenient for users to use, through the contact rod 24 arranged on the second push rod 23 and the contact pad 28 arranged on the mounting rod 27, when the users use the equipment, the test tube 10 is in butt joint with the empty bottle of the liquid detergent to blow air, the air pressure sensor 9 detects air pressure, if the air pressure changes abnormally, the empty bottle leaks air, the air pressure sensor 9 transmits a signal to the central processing unit 14, the central processing unit 14 controls the third push rod 26, the third push rod 26 drives the contact pad 28 to move downwards, the central processing unit 14 controls the second push rod 23, the second push rod 23 drives the contact rod 24 to move leftwards to push the empty bottle of the liquid detergent, the empty bottle falls down to the conveying track in a stacking way, the users recover bad empty bottles, therefore, the users do not need to take down the unqualified bottles manually, and further facilitate the use of the users, the problem of traditional detergent production with empty bottle leak hunting device generally all be the gas detection method who uses is solved, but equipment produce atmospheric pressure but only serve with this detection device, the suction effect that equipment produced atmospheric pressure is but neglected, this just leads to at least general energy consumption to be wasted, very not environmental protection is solved.
