Background
The electric heating table is also called an electric heating table, and is a novel heating appliance integrating a table and a heater into a whole. On the basis of the traditional table, the traditional science and technology and aesthetics are integrated, and convection heating is utilized.
The warmer on the market at present has: 1) the PTC ceramic heater heating mode, the PTC ceramic heater heating mode element is a heating element made by sintering and fixing an electric heating body and ceramic together at high temperature, and has the defects of large power consumption and small heating area; 2) the oil warmer heating mode is the most common oil warmer on the market, namely the oil warmer, which is called as an oil-filled warmer, and has the defects of large thermal inertia, slow temperature rise and more welding spots, and cannot meet the use requirement of an electric heating table.
Most of the existing tables are of an integral structure, and the requirements of users cannot be well met in office and home life. Most of existing tables are foldable to solve the problem that an integral table is large in occupied space, but certain defects exist, and the tables cannot be detached for use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provides an intelligent heating system based on furniture equipment, which has the advantages of low power consumption, large heating area, low thermal inertia and no welding spot and solves the problem that the existing table cannot be detached for use.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an intelligent heating system based on furniture equipment comprises a desktop, wherein a support is fixedly connected to the lower end of the desktop, the desktop comprises a main desk board and an auxiliary desk board, and the auxiliary desk board surrounds the periphery of the main desk board; the support comprises a first support leg, the first support leg is fixedly connected with the auxiliary table plate, the first support leg is composed of a semicircular first splicing rod and a semicircular second splicing rod, fixing grooves are formed in the surfaces of the first splicing rod and the second splicing rod, connecting blocks are arranged in the fixing grooves and can rotate in the fixing grooves, the first splicing rod can be separated from the second splicing rod when the connecting blocks are located at one ends of the fixing grooves, and the first splicing rod can be separated from the second splicing rod when the connecting blocks are located at the other ends of the fixing grooves; a rotating shaft capable of rotating freely is arranged in the auxiliary table board, a gear is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft, a first knife switch and a second knife switch capable of stretching out and drawing back are further arranged in the auxiliary table board, racks are arranged on all the knife switches, and when the rotating shaft rotates, the knife switches can extend out of the adjacent table board; each table is formed by splicing a plurality of single bodies with the same structure, a clamping groove is formed in one end of each single body, a clamping piece matched with the clamping groove is arranged at the other end of each single body, and a fixing piece used for fixing a heating body is arranged inside each single body.
The number of the auxiliary table plates is four, the four auxiliary table plates are wrapped on four side faces of the main table plate, and rotating shafts are arranged in two opposite auxiliary table plates.
The number of the first knife switches is two, the two first knife switches are respectively positioned on two sides of the rotating shaft, and when the rotating shaft rotates, the two first knife switches can move in opposite directions and are inserted into the adjacent auxiliary table plates; when the rotating shaft rotates, the second knife switch can be inserted into the main table board.
Switches are arranged in the main table board and the auxiliary table board, the output ends of the switches are connected with the input ends of the heating bodies, and when the main table board and the auxiliary table board are fixedly connected, the heating bodies positioned in the table boards are mutually communicated to form a whole and are controlled by the switches positioned in the main table board; when the main table board is separated from the auxiliary table board, the switch in each table board controls the heating body in the table board.
The second knife switch is provided with two identical extension plates, when the second knife switch extends into the main table plate, one extension plate extends into the switch, and the other extension plate is separated from the switch, so that the heating element in the auxiliary table plate is communicated with the heating element in the main table plate; when the first knife switch extends into the adjacent auxiliary table plate, the first conducting strip and the second conducting strip are contacted with each other to communicate the inner heating bodies of the auxiliary table plate with each other.
The quantity of first stabilizer blade is four, and every first stabilizer blade structure is the same, has the bottom plate of semicircle form at the equal rigid coupling of the lower extreme of first concatenation pole and second concatenation pole, and the rigid coupling has the horizontal pole between two adjacent first stabilizer blades.
The lower end of the main table plate is fixedly connected with a second support leg.
The monomer is made of aluminum.
The heating bodies are arranged in the table board in an S shape.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
through the monomer that is provided with heat-generating body, switch and aluminium system, can convenience of customers heat this device, and when using this device, have that thermal inertia is little, power consumption is little, the big advantage of heating area.
Through being provided with the desktop that the monomer concatenation formed for no solder joint on the desktop not only makes this device more pleasing to the eye, can also make this device assemble production more easily.
Through being provided with support, main table and vice table, can carry out the split with this device and use to multiple demand of user when using has been satisfied.
Through being provided with gear, first plug-in strip and second plug-in strip, when fixing main table and vice table, can integrate the heat-generating body in the desktop to a circuit to made things convenient for the user to control it.

as shown in fig. 1-7, an intelligent heating system based on furniture equipment comprises a desktop 1, wherein a support 2 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the desktop 1, the desktop 1 comprises a main desk board 101 and an auxiliary desk board 102, and the auxiliary desk board 102 surrounds the main desk board 101; the support 2 comprises a first supporting leg 201, the first supporting leg 201 is fixedly connected with the auxiliary table board 102, the first supporting leg 201 is composed of a semicircular first splicing rod 5 and a semicircular second splicing rod 6, a fixing groove 7 is formed in the surface of the first splicing rod 5 and the surface of the second splicing rod 6, a connecting block 204 is arranged in the fixing groove 7, the connecting block 204 can rotate in the fixing groove 7, when the connecting block 204 is located at one end of the fixing groove 7, the first splicing rod 5 can be separated from the second splicing rod 6, and when the connecting block 204 is located at the other end of the fixing groove 7, the first splicing rod 5 can be separated from the second splicing rod 6. A rotating shaft 3 capable of rotating freely is arranged in the auxiliary table board 102, a gear 11 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 3, a first knife switch 8 and a second knife switch 9 capable of extending and retracting are further arranged in the auxiliary table board 102, all the knife switches are provided with racks, and when the rotating shaft 3 rotates, the knife switches can extend out of the adjacent table boards. The number of the first knife switches 8 is two, and the two first knife switches 8 are respectively located at two sides of the rotating shaft 3, when the rotating shaft 3 rotates, the two first knife switches 8 can move in opposite directions and be inserted into the adjacent sub-desk boards 102. When the extending end of the first knife switch 8 extends into another auxiliary table plate 102, the first knife switch 8 can play a role in connecting the two auxiliary table plates 102 on one hand, and can also toggle the switch 12 in the other auxiliary table plate 102 on the other hand, so that the heating bodies 19 in the two adjacent auxiliary table plates 102 are mutually communicated, and a user can conveniently control the heating bodies. When the rotating shaft 3 rotates, the second knife switch 9 can be inserted into the main table board 101, and along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 3, the second knife switch 9 can extend outwards to extend into the main table board 101, so that the auxiliary table board 102 is connected with the main table board 101, the stability of the device during connection is ensured, and the heating body 19 in the auxiliary table board 102 is communicated with the heating body 19 in the main table board 101.
The switches 12 are arranged in the main table board 101 and the auxiliary table board 102, the output end of the switch 12 is connected with the input end of the heating element 19, when the main table board 101 is separated from the auxiliary table board 102, the switch 12 can control the heating element 19 in the circuit where the switch 12 is respectively arranged, and when the main table board 101 is connected with the auxiliary table board 102, the switch 12 in the auxiliary table board 102 is in a pass-through state, and at the moment, only the switch 12 in the main table board 101 plays a role in controlling the heating element 19 which is connected into a whole. When the main desk board 101 and the auxiliary desk board 102 are fixedly connected, the heating elements 19 positioned in the desk boards are communicated with each other to form a whole and are controlled by the switch 12 positioned in the main desk board 101; when the main table 101 and the sub-table 102 are separated from each other, the switch 12 in each table controls the heating element 19 in the table in which it is located.
Two identical extension plates 10 are provided on the second blade 9, the two extension plates 10 being able to be connected alternately to a switch 12, when the second knife switch 9 is positioned in the sub-table 102 in a state where the connection between the heating element 19 in the sub-table 102 and the heating element 19 in the main table 101 is changed, one of the extension plates 10 is positioned in the switch 12 in the auxiliary table plate 102, and the other extension plate 10 is not in contact with the switch 12, at the moment, the switch 12 can control the heating body 19 in the auxiliary table plate 102, when the second knife 9 is inserted into the main table 101, the contact relationship between the two extension plates 10 and the switch 12 is changed, so that the switch 12 in the auxiliary table board 102 can not control the heating element 19 in the auxiliary table board 102 any more, and at the moment, the main table board 101 is communicated with the heating element 19 in the auxiliary table board 102, thus, the heating element 19 in the sub-table 102 and the heating element 19 in the main table 101 are controlled by the switch 12 in the main table 101. A first conductive sheet 13 is fixedly connected to the first knife switch 8, a second conductive sheet 14 is fixedly connected to the second knife switch 9, and when the first knife switch 8 extends into the adjacent sub-table 102, the first conductive sheet 13 and the second conductive sheet 14 contact with each other to communicate the inner heating elements 19 of the sub-table 102 with each other.
The number of the first supporting legs 201 is four, the structures of the first supporting legs 201 are the same, semicircular bottom plates 203 are fixedly connected to the lower ends of the first splicing rods 5 and the lower ends of the second splicing rods 6, and cross rods 202 are fixedly connected between two adjacent first supporting legs 201. When this device concatenation is used together, first concatenation pole 5 is in the same place with the combination of second concatenation pole 6 to form a columniform first leg 201 when this device split is used, first concatenation pole 5 separates with second concatenation pole 6, still can play the effect of support to vice table 102, is cooperating the use of bottom plate 203, can guarantee that vice table 102 is in stable condition.

The material of monomer 15 is aluminium, and the aluminium material not only density is less makes this device weight lighter, and heat conduction speed is fast moreover, has made things convenient for the use of this device when the heating.
The heating bodies 19 are arranged in the table plate in an S shape, and the heating bodies 19 arranged in the S shape can enable the temperature of the table top 1 to rise faster when the device is used.
