Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments of the present invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The invention provides a folding assembly, which comprises a plurality of supporting plates, a plurality of rotating pieces and a plurality of matching parts 113, wherein the supporting plates are arranged at intervals, at least one rotating piece is arranged between every two adjacent supporting plates, any adjacent supporting plate and any adjacent rotating piece are connected through the matching parts 113, and therefore the supporting plates and the rotating pieces are assembled into a whole, namely the folding assembly, the supporting plates are provided with screen supporting surfaces 111, and correspondingly, the surface where the screen supporting surfaces 111 are located is the installation surface where a flexible screen 23 is installed on the folding assembly. In order to ensure that the length of the installation surface for installing the flexible screen 23 is unchanged during the mutual switching between the unfolded state and the folded state of the folding assembly, the invention can realize that the length of the installation surface where the screen supporting surface 111 is located is unchanged after the relative rotation of the support plates by making the guide groove of the matching part 113 in the folding assembly have an arc structure so as to reduce the length of the side surface of the support plate away from the screen supporting surface 111 during the relative rotation of the plurality of support plates, so that when the flexible screen 23 is installed on the folding assembly, even if the folding assembly is mutually switched between the folded state and the unfolded state, namely two support plates located at two end parts in the folding assembly rotate in the direction away from the screen supporting surface 111 within the set angle alpha, the length of the flexible screen 23 installed on the folding assembly is basically not changed, it is thus possible to ensure a high service life of the flexible screen 23.
In particular, the support plates may be provided with two, three, four or more, and at least one rotating member is provided between any two adjacent support plates to connect the two support plates together. Preferably, an even number of support plates may be provided, so that during the mutual switching between the folded and unfolded states of the folding assembly, the plurality of support plates may be evenly divided into two groups, and the distance between the two groups of support plates is relatively small, thereby minimizing the volume of the entire folding assembly when in the folded state. More preferably, the backup pad can be provided with two, and the total number of spare part in the at utmost reduces folding assembly on the one hand to reduce the processing degree of difficulty, promote the packaging efficiency, on the other hand, can also reduce the size of the space that occupies when this folding assembly is under fold condition to the maximize. The supporting plate can be made of plastic, metal, high polymer materials and other hard materials, the area and the thickness of the supporting plate can be determined according to the actual situation, and the supporting plate is not limited in the position; the shape of the supporting plate can be rectangular, circular or other shape structures, preferably, the shapes and the sizes of the supporting plates can be the same, and the shape of the supporting plate is preferably rectangular.
Correspondingly, the rotating members may also be provided with three, four, five or more, in the case that the supporting plates are provided with more than two, at least one rotating member may be provided between any two adjacent supporting plates, and in the case that the supporting plates are provided with two, the plurality of rotating members may be all provided between the two supporting plates, that is, by means of the plurality of rotating members, the two supporting plates at the two end portions of the folding assembly can rotate within a set angle α in the direction departing from the screen supporting surface 111, so as to achieve the purpose of folding and unfolding the flexible screen 23 installed on the folding assembly. Preferably, the rotating part can be provided with threely, and three rotating part is mutually supported, can make a plurality of backup pads possess relative pivoted function, and can not cause the backup pad to appear the problem of tensile flexible screen 23 in rotatory in-process. The rotating piece can be made of metal and other materials, so that the rotating piece is guaranteed to have higher structural strength, and the rotating piece cannot deform or break in the rotating process; the rotating piece can be of a cylindrical structure, or can be of a square cylindrical structure or an elliptic cylindrical structure; in order to prevent the rotating members from interfering with each other in the rotating process, a set gap can be arranged between every two adjacent rotating members and the supporting plate.
Likewise, the fitting portions 113 may be provided with four, five or more groups, and the number of the fitting portions 113 is related to the number of both the rotating portions and the support plates, for example, in the case where the support plates are provided with two and the rotating portions are provided with three, the fitting portions 113 may be provided with four groups, and any adjacent ones of the support plates and the rotating portions, and adjacent ones of the two rotating portions may be connected by one group of the fitting portions 113, so that the plurality of components form one body. Of course, any two adjacent supporting plates and rotating parts or two adjacent rotating parts can be connected by two or more sets of matching parts 113, which can improve the connection stability between any two aforementioned parts, but the structure of the sets of matching parts 113 and the arrangement of the guide slots connecting the two aforementioned parts need to be the same, so as to ensure that the rotation path between the two aforementioned parts is kept unique.
And, the guide slot specifically can be formed on the flat structure, and guide pillar and guide slot mutually support, and the guide slot is arc structure. When two adjacent rotating portions are connected by the engaging portion 113, one of the flat plate structure and the guide post may be connected to one rotating portion, and the other may be connected to the other rotating portion, so that the guide post is moved in the guide groove, thereby rotating the one rotating portion relative to the other rotating portion. Similarly, the same is true in the process of connecting the adjacent support plate and rotation part by the fitting part 113. Optionally, in the process of producing each part of the whole folding assembly, the guide post and the structure matched with the guide post may be formed in an integrally formed manner, and correspondingly, the flat plate structure and the structure matched with the flat plate structure may also be formed in an integrally formed manner, which may improve the production and assembly efficiency on one hand, and may also improve the matching stability between adjacent parts on the other hand. Of course, it is also possible to form the guide groove in a circular arc shape directly at the corresponding position of the support plate and the rotating portion.
More specifically, the protruding direction of the guide grooves with the circular arc structure determines the relative rotation direction of the two support plates at the two ends of the folding assembly, and by making each guide groove protrude in the direction away from the screen support surface 111, it can be ensured that each support surface rotates in the direction away from the screen support surface 111 during the rotation and folding of the folding assembly. Moreover, the angles corresponding to all the guide grooves determine the maximum rotation angle between the two support plates at the two end parts of the folding assembly, for example, the sum of the angles corresponding to the guide grooves is 90 °, and then the maximum angle α of the relative rotation of the two support plates does not exceed 90 °; the sum of the angles corresponding to the guide grooves is 180 degrees, and the maximum angle alpha of the relative rotation of the two support plates does not exceed 180 degrees. Meanwhile, the corresponding angles of the guide grooves can be the same or different.
Optionally, in the case that the sizes of the plurality of rotating members are large, α is larger than or equal to 0 ° and smaller than or equal to 200 °, in this case, the distance between the two support plates at the two end portions of the folding assembly can be made as small as possible, that is, after the two support plates are rotated to the maximum angle, the edges of the two support plates can contact each other, thereby reducing the size of the space occupied by the whole folding assembly;
alternatively, by optimally designing the structure and the size of the rotating member, and when the number of the support plates is even, the angle alpha is more than or equal to 0 degrees and less than or equal to 180 degrees. Under this condition, the part that is located whole folding assembly "pivot" both sides can adopt the mode of symmetry design to assemble, thereby after two backup pads that are located folding assembly both ends rotate to maximum size, make two backup pads laminate each other, and aforementioned "pivot" is located one side of two backup pads, and in two backup pad thickness directions, the size of "pivot" equals with two backup pads sizes, guarantee that the size of whole folding assembly is as little as possible on the one hand, on the other hand still makes two backup pads, and even the structural stability when whole folding assembly is in fold condition reaches the highest.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, two support plates may be provided, one of the two support plates being a first support plate 11 and the other being a second support plate 12; the rotating members may be provided in three, which are a first rotating member 13, a second rotating member 14, and a third rotating member 15, respectively; accordingly, four sets of the fitting parts 113 may be provided, and the four sets of the fitting parts 113 may be respectively connected between the first support plate 11, the first rotating member 13, the second rotating member 14, the third rotating member 15, and the second support plate 12, thereby integrally connecting the aforementioned five components. The four sets of engaging portions 113 may have different or identical structures, and the extending directions of the plurality of guide grooves may be the same or different.
More specifically, the plurality of mating portions 113 include a first mating portion 113 and a second mating portion 113, the first mating portion 113 includes a first guide groove 16 and a first guide post 17, and the first guide groove 16 and the first guide post 17 are mated with each other; the second fitting portion 113 includes a second guide groove 18 and a second guide post, the second guide groove 18 and the second guide post fitting each other; the first guide groove 16 and the second guide groove 18 are both arc-shaped structures, both of which protrude in a direction away from the screen supporting surface 111, and the first guide groove 16 and the second guide groove 18 are arranged opposite to each other. During the process of assembling the folding assembly, the first support plate 11 and the first rotating member 13, and the first rotating member 13 and the second rotating member 14 are rotatably connected through the first matching part 113; the second rotating member 14 and the third rotating member 15, and the third rotating member 15 and the second support plate 12 are rotatably connected by a second fitting portion 113. Under the condition that the matching part 113 adopts the structure, in the folding process of the formed folding assembly, the first supporting plate 11 and the second supporting plate 12 can both rotate relative to the rotating piece between the two, so that the rotating shaft of the whole folding assembly is at a fixed position, and the problem that the whole folding assembly is not rotated in place can not occur.
Of course, in this case, the angle of rotation of the first support plate 11 with respect to the rotation axis of the entire folding assembly may be different from the angle of rotation of the second support plate 12 with respect to the aforementioned rotation axis, which depends on the sum of the angles corresponding to the first and second engagement portions 113 and 113.
Alternatively, the sum of the angles corresponding to the first guide slots 16 may be equal to the sum of the angles corresponding to the second guide slots 18, in which case the maximum angles of rotation of the first support plate 11 and the second support plate 12 with respect to the rotation axis of the entire folding assembly are the same, so as to ensure that, on the one hand, the space occupied by the entire folding assembly is small after the first support plate 11 and the second support plate 12 are close to each other; on the other hand, when the flexible screen 23 is mounted on the folding assembly, the flexible screen 23 can be bent to substantially the same degree at different positions, so that the flexible screen 23 is prevented from being bent relatively more at certain positions and is more easily damaged.
Further, the structures of the first guide grooves 16 may be the same, in this case, the maximum angles at which two adjacent components of the same component can rotate relative to the component are the same, on one hand, an excessive angle corresponding to a certain first guide groove 16 is prevented from occurring, and mutual interference between adjacent components due to too much approach is prevented from occurring, and on the other hand, after the flexible screen 23 is installed on the folding assembly, an excessive angle corresponding to a certain first guide groove 16 is prevented from occurring, and the flexible screen 23 at the position is accelerated in damage rate due to frequent large bending. Meanwhile, in combination with the previous embodiment, when the sum of the angles corresponding to the first guide grooves 16 is equal to the sum of the angles corresponding to the second guide grooves 18, the angles corresponding to the first guide grooves 16 and the second guide grooves 18 are also equal; similarly, the second guide grooves 18 may have the same configuration, and in the above case, if the set angle α is 180 °, the angles corresponding to the first guide grooves 16 and the second guide grooves 18 may be 45 °.
Alternatively, when three of the first rotating member 13, the second rotating member 14 and the third rotating member 15 are disposed between the first support plate 11 and the second support plate 12, the second rotating member 14 can be used as a rotation axis of the whole folding assembly, in this case, the first rotating member 13 and the third rotating member 15 can be made to have substantially similar sizes, and preferably, the first rotating member 13 and the third rotating member 15 can be mirror images of each other, so as to ensure that the whole folding assembly can rotate around the second rotating member 14 as the rotation axis. In this case, the first rotating member 13 is provided with a first guide slot 16, the second rotating member 14 is provided with a first guide slot 16 and a second guide slot 18, and the third rotating member 15 is provided with a second guide slot 18, which substantially ensures that the position of the second rotating member 14 is not changed during the folding process of the folding assembly, so that the relative rotation between the first support plate 11 and the second support plate 12 is stable, which can improve the overall performance of the folding assembly.
Considering that the current folding screen is generally rectangular in shape, the first support plate 11 and the second support plate 12 may each have a rectangular structure, in which case, three of the first rotating member 13, the second rotating member 14 and the third rotating member 15 may be disposed in the middle of the gap between the first support plate 11 and the second support plate 12, so that the purpose of rotatably connecting the first support plate 11 and the second support plate 12 is achieved by a set of structures. In order to improve the stability of the fit between the first support plate 11 and the second support plate 12, two first rotating members 13, two second rotating members 14, and two third rotating members 15 may be provided, and the two first rotating members 13 may be disposed opposite to each other in a first direction perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the first support plate 11 and the second support plate 12, and correspondingly, the two second rotating members 14 and the two third rotating members 15 are also provided, in which case, one first rotating member 13, one second rotating member 14, and one third rotating member 15 constitute one rotating group, and the two rotating groups may be connected to two opposite ends of the first support plate 11 in the first direction, respectively. Through making first backup pad 11 and second backup pad 12 connect with the help of two sets of rotatory groups, can promote the cooperation stability between first backup pad 11 and the second backup pad 12 by a wide margin to greatly promote whole folding assembly's working property.
Specifically, the length of the first rotating member 13 in the first direction may be determined according to actual conditions; in addition, the interval between two first rotating parts 13 can be connected with the help of connecting long rod 22, specifically, all can be provided with the connecting hole of mutually supporting on first rotating part 13 and the connecting long rod 22, at the in-process of equipment folding assembly, can be connected through connecting pieces such as bolt or rivet between connecting long rod 22 and the first rotating part 13, guarantee on the one hand that whole folding assembly has higher structural stability, on the other hand can also make the first rotating part synchronization action that is located 11 both sides of first backup pad, with the working property and the motion stability of further promoting whole folding assembly. Likewise, the second 14 and third 15 rotating members may also be assembled in the manner described above.
In order to prevent the guide posts from being removed from the guide slots during the operation of the folding assembly, preferably, the first guide slots 16 may be disposed outside the first guide posts 17 along the first direction, so that when two first rotating members 13 are disposed, the positions of the first guide posts 17 may be limited by the two first rotating members 13, the first guide posts 17 are prevented from moving along the first direction, and thus it is ensured that the two first guide posts 17 and the two first guide slots 16 can both form a stable fit relationship.
Specifically, taking the first rotating portion and the first supporting plate 11 as an example, the first rotating portion may be provided with a first guide slot 16, the first guide slot 16 faces another first rotating portion, the first supporting plate 11 is provided with a first guide pillar 17, and the first guide pillar 17 protrudes outwards. In the process of assembling the first rotating part and the first supporting plate 11, the partial structure sleeve at the first guide slot 16 on the first rotating part is arranged on the outer side of the first guide pillar 17, the first rotating part is respectively arranged on the two opposite sides of the first supporting plate 11 along the first direction, and the two first rotating parts are connected through the long connecting rod 22, so that the first rotating part can be basically ensured not to be separated from the first supporting plate 11. Similarly, the same applies to the space between the third rotating portion and the second support plate 12. In addition, according to the above-mentioned embodiment, the second rotating member 14 may be provided with a first guiding slot 16 and a second guiding slot 18, in this case, the first rotating part is further provided with a first guiding post 17, the third rotating part is further provided with a second guiding post to respectively cooperate with the second rotating member 14, and in the first direction, the respective partial structures of the first rotating part and the third rotating part are located outside the second rotating member 14, and meanwhile, the two third rotating parts may be connected by the connecting long rod 22, which substantially ensures that the whole folding assembly has high structural stability.
In order to further improve the structural stability of the entire folding assembly, preferably, the folding assembly provided by the embodiment of the present invention may further include a first sliding member 19 and a second sliding member 20, where the first sliding member 19 and the second sliding member 20 are rotatably connected, and the first sliding member 19 and the second sliding member 20 are disposed on a side away from the screen supporting surface 111, by enabling the first sliding member 19 and the first supporting plate 11 to be in limit fit in the thickness direction of the first supporting plate 11, and enabling the first sliding member 19 and the first supporting plate 11 to be movably connected in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the first supporting plate 11; and the second sliding part 20 and the second supporting plate 12 are in limit fit in the thickness direction of the second supporting plate 12, and the second sliding part 20 and the second supporting plate 12 are movably connected in the direction perpendicular to the thickness direction of the second supporting plate 12, so that the first rotating part 13 and the first supporting plate 11, and the third rotating part 15 and the second supporting plate 12 both rotate by taking the second rotating part 14 as a rotating shaft in the folding and rotating process of the folding assembly, and the rotating and folding process is more stable.
