Although there are many types of current switchgears, many switchgears suffer from the following problems: when using, can prevent to a certain extent because the inside humidity of block terminal that leads to of the indoor air humidity of mill to cause the influence to the normal work of block terminal, moreover, also can not conveniently carry out work such as the installation maintenance of block terminal when using, consequently will improve present block terminal.

The invention aims to provide a moistureproof distribution box, which solves the problems that when the distribution box in the market is used, the humidity in the distribution box caused by the humidity of the indoor air of a factory can be prevented to a certain extent, so that the normal work of the distribution box is influenced, and the distribution box can not be conveniently installed and overhauled in use.

the wire inlet hole is formed in the bottom of the box body, a rubber plug is arranged inside the wire inlet hole, a hole is formed in the top of the rubber plug, a wire outlet hole is formed in the side face of the wire inlet hole in the bottom of the box body, and the rubber plug is arranged inside the wire outlet hole;

2. the sliding bin is arranged, after the power distribution switch is connected, the sliding bin in the groove in the top of the mounting seat is pulled upwards through the pushing block, so that the locking bolt at the bottom of the sliding bin is pulled out from the inside of the locking groove, the sliding bin can be taken out from the inside of the groove in a sliding mode, then the silica gel drying agent is put into the sliding bin, then the sliding bin is arranged in the groove in the top of the mounting seat, the pushing block is pushed, the locking bolt is arranged in the locking groove, and in the using process, water vapor in the box body can be absorbed to a certain degree, and moisture prevention is effectively achieved;
3. after the box body is used for a long time, the sliding bin in the groove in the top of the mounting seat is pulled upwards through the pushing block, so that the locking bolt at the bottom of the sliding bin is pulled out from the locking groove, the sliding bin can be taken out from the groove in a sliding mode, and the silica gel drying agent in the sliding bin can be replaced, so that the drying degree in the box body is ensured, and the effect of absorbing water vapor of the silica gel drying agent after the silica gel drying agent is used for a long time is prevented from being reduced;
4. the distribution box is provided with the storage bin, tools and connecting wires which are necessary to be used for maintenance can be placed into the storage bin in the box body when the distribution box is used, the storage bin is taken out in a sliding mode through the sliding block in the sliding groove, the tools and the connecting wires are placed into the storage bin, the tools and the connecting wires can be taken and used more conveniently during daily maintenance, and the maintenance can be performed timely and quickly when problems occur;

The working principle is as follows: when the moistureproof distribution box is used, firstly, the box cover 16 on the side surface of the box body 1 is opened, the distribution switch 2 can be connected with distribution equipment through a connecting wire, when the moistureproof distribution box is connected, the connecting wire passes through the inside of the hole 14 of the rubber plug 13 in the wire inlet hole 12 and the wire outlet hole 15, then the rubber plug 13 is tightly plugged in the wire inlet hole 12 and the wire outlet hole 15, dust and water vapor can be prevented from entering the box body 1 to a certain extent, after the connection is completed, the sliding bin 8 in the groove 7 at the top of the mounting seat 6 is pulled upwards through the pushing block 11, so that the locking bolt 9 at the bottom of the sliding bin 8 is pulled out from the inside of the locking groove 10, the sliding bin 8 can be taken out from the inside of the groove 7 in a sliding way, then silica gel desiccant is put into the sliding bin 8, next, the sliding bin 8 is mounted in the groove 7 at the top of the mounting seat, in the using process, the water vapor in the box body 1 can be absorbed to a certain degree, effective moisture resistance is realized, after long-time use, the sliding bin 8 in the groove 7 at the top of the mounting seat 6 can be pulled upwards through the pushing block 11 by the method, so that the locking bolt 9 at the bottom of the sliding bin 8 is pulled out from the locking groove 10, the sliding bin 8 can be taken out from the groove 7 in a sliding manner, the silica gel drying agent in the sliding bin 8 can be replaced, the drying degree in the box body 1 is ensured, the water vapor absorption effect of the silica gel drying agent after long-time use is prevented from being reduced, when the distribution box is used, tools and connecting wires which need to be used for maintenance can be put into the storage bin 4 in the box body 1, the storage bin 4 is taken out in the sliding chute 5 through the sliding block 3, the tools and the connecting wires are put into the distribution box, and can be taken out more conveniently during daily maintenance, when a problem occurs, the distribution box can be overhauled timely and quickly, when the distribution box is overhauled, the supporting plate 20 on the side surface of the box cover 16 can be pulled, so that the supporting plate 20 is opened on the side surface of the fixing frame 18 through the rotating shaft 19 until the supporting plate 20 rotates to a horizontal angle, tools and replaced accessories used in the overhauling process can be placed at the top of the supporting plate 20, so that the tools and the replaced accessories are more convenient to take in the overhauling process, after the overhauling is completed, the supporting plate 20 can be folded and stored, the supporting plate 20 is lifted upwards, so that the supporting plate 20 is rotated and lifted through the rotating shaft 19, the first connecting rod 21 and the second connecting rod 22 are rotated and stored through the rotating shaft 19, finally the supporting plate 20 is lifted to the inside of the fixing frame 18, the supporting plate 20 can be stored, the normal work of the distribution switch 2 in the box body 1 can be prevented from, the fixing ring 23 at the side of the supporting plate 20 is hung on the top of the fixing post 24, so that the supporting plate 20 is completely received in the fixing frame 18, and the supporting plate 20 is fixed by the fixing ring 23, so as to prevent the supporting plate 20 from sliding off the fixing frame 18, which affects the use, and the content not described in detail in this specification belongs to the prior art known to those skilled in the art.
