At present, the domestic geotextile production process and the heat setting process in the textile industry are very mature, but the modified asphalt coiled material has certain requirements on the tire base fabric because the modified asphalt coiled material is different from the production processes in other industries; particularly, in the standard of the coiled material product, taking the national mandatory standard GB18242 of the SBS elastomer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material product as an example, the standard requirements such as heat resistance, oil permeability, mass increase after water immersion and the like are greatly related to the quality of the tire base cloth; if the water content of the tire base fabric is high, the tire base fabric is easy to generate bubbles in the process of high-temperature pre-immersion oil and coating materials, so that the pre-immersion oil penetration effect is poor, small pits can appear on the surface of a finished product after construction, and the waterproof cross fruit is influenced.
