The oil acts on the valve core 5 at the port A of the hydraulic control main valve, under the action of oil pressure, the valve core 5 moves leftwards, the oil enters the cavity B through the port A of the hydraulic control main valve, and the oil flows out from the port D. Meanwhile, oil enters the cavity C through the throttling hole E of the pressure taking screw plug, flows out of the connector E through the hole channel G and enters the float guide valve through the connecting pipe. When the liquid level is low, the float guide valve is in an opening state, the oil flow entering and exiting the cavity C flows out from the interface E, the oil flow of the cavity C is in a balanced state, and the valve core 5 is opened to enter oil under the action of oil pressure; when the control liquid level is reached, the float guide valve is closed, the closing pressure of the oil outlet of the C cavity is raised to be the same as the oil inlet pressure, and the valve core is closed under the combined action of the oil pressure of the C cavity and the spring force to stop oil inlet.
2 float pilot valve

The float 21 is used for driving the valve clack 24 to rotate through the valve rod 23, the pilot valve body 22 is connected with and supports various parts, the valve rod 23 is used for connecting the float 21 and the valve clack 24, the valve clack 24 is used for being matched with the valve seat 6 to control the opening and closing of the float pilot valve, the second spring 25 is used for pressing the valve clack 24 against the valve seat 26, the valve seat 26 is used for being matched with the valve clack 24 to control the opening and closing of the float pilot valve, the connecting pipe 27 is used for connecting the second pipe joint 29 with the valve body, the connecting flange 28 is used for installing and fixing the float pilot valve, and the second pipe joint 29 is used for being connected with the pilot-controlled main valve 1 through the connecting pipe 3.
The oil flowing out of the port F of the pilot-controlled main valve enters the port H of the float pilot valve through the connecting pipe and flows out of the port K of the float pilot valve. When the liquid level is low, the float 1 of the float pilot valve is at a low level, the float 1 drives the valve clack 4 to be at an opening position through the valve rod 3, so that the valve clack 4 is communicated with the channel of the valve seat 6, oil enters from the opening H of the float pilot valve and flows out from the opening K of the float pilot valve, and the pilot main valve is in an opening state. When the control liquid level is reached, the float 1 drives the valve clack 4 to rotate to the closing position through the valve rod 3, so that the passage of the valve clack 4 and the valve seat 6 is closed, oil entering the float pilot valve H cannot flow, and the pilot main valve is closed.
The hydraulic control main valve is arranged at the inlet of the oil tank, the floater guide valve is arranged at the top of the oil tank, and the floater guide valve is communicated with the hydraulic control main valve through a connecting pipe.
