Abstract
The invention discloses a bottle cap of a reagent bottle for storing and transporting trace biochemical reagents at low temperature, which comprises a cap body and a ventilation mechanism arranged on the cap body and communicated with an inner cavity of the reagent bottle through ventilation holes; the ventilation mechanism comprises a valve body, a valve core arranged on the valve body in a sliding manner, a spring which is convenient for pressing the valve core on the valve body, and a ventilation plug which limits the spring in an inner cavity of the valve body. According to the invention, the ventilation mechanism is arranged on the bottle cap, and in the process of opening the bottle cap of the reagent bottle, the protective cap is pressed to push the valve core to move, so that the pressure in the reagent bottle is equal to the pressure outside, and the bottle cap is convenient to unscrew.

the valve body is sequentially provided with a threaded hole, a first sliding hole, a sealing taper hole, a vent hole and a connecting hole, wherein the threaded hole is convenient to connect the vent plug, the first sliding hole is convenient to accommodate sliding of the valve core, and the connecting hole is convenient to press the valve core from left to right;
