The rear mould 2 and the movable block 3 are kept static, the front mould 1 moves towards the rear mould 2 under the action of the injection molding machine, and is firstly contacted with the surface of the movable block 3, the front mould 1, the rear mould 2 and the movable block 3 form a closed glue injection cavity, and the thickness of the glue injection cavity between the front mould core 11 and the rear mould cavity 21 is 2.8mm. Injecting hot glue into the glue injection cavity through the pouring gate positioned in the middle of the rear mould 2, wherein the glue injection quantity is the glue consumption for forming an automobile hatchback door inner decorative plate product piece, the volume of the glue injection cavity is larger than that of the hot glue in the glue injection cavity, and part of gas in the glue injection cavity is discharged to the outside of the mould through the exhaust groove in the glue injection process.
After the glue injection is completed, the front mould 1 starts to move towards the rear mould 2 again, at this time, the oil cylinder 43 drives the movable block 3 to move towards one side of the rear mould 2 through the needle plate 41 and the straight ejector rod 42, the movement of the front mould 1 is synchronous with the movement of the movable block 3, the surface of the movable block 3 is always pressed on the parting surface of the front mould 1, hot glue is prevented from being pressed out from the surface of the movable block 3, in the synchronous movement process of the front mould 1 and the movable block 3, the glue injection cavity is gradually reduced, and gas in the glue injection cavity is continuously discharged to the outside of the mould from the exhaust groove. When the thickness between the front mold core 11 and the rear mold cavity 21 is 1.8mm, the front mold 1 and the movable block 2 stop moving, the injection cavity becomes the injection cavity, the whole injection cavity is filled with hot glue, and the gas in the injection cavity is exhausted. After cooling, the front mould 1 and the rear mould 2 are opened, the manipulator takes away the product piece of the inner decorative plate of the back door of the automobile, and the movable block 3 is in a state before the mould is closed under the action of the movable block driving mechanism 4 and waits for the next mould closing and glue injection.
