Abstract

本发明涉及到危化车载罐体领域,是一种内衬交联聚乙烯的车载罐体制备方法。其特征是在加工焊接完成的罐体内部,边角过渡处需平滑过渡;罐体内表面采用合理的物理/化学方法除油除锈,在罐外加装滚塑装置,开工艺加热窗口孔,在罐体内部涂附着力增强剂;前期加温时确保材料在发生交联反应前全部融化,并均匀附着在罐内表面,后期加温到材料的交联反应所需温度及保温时长,确保关联反应均匀充分完成,目测衬塑后罐内表面无不良后,再经过导电检测,合格后进入下道工序。由于采用了本技术方案,利用交联聚乙烯材料,并用化学的方法增强交联聚乙烯与金属间的附着力以取代点焊钢网工序,缩短加工周期,大幅减轻罐体自重,提高了防腐材料的耐环境应力。

技术领域
本发明涉及到危化车载罐体领域,是一种内衬交联聚乙烯的车载罐体制备方法。
技术背景
目前危险化学品罐体普遍采用内部焊接金属网后衬低密度线型聚乙烯材料,此种罐体能满足一般无机化学材料的防腐要求,对有机化学材料及部分氧化性强的无机化学材料如次氯酸钠等实用性差,且加工周期长、自重大(每平方米衬塑层重17公斤以上)、耐环境应力开裂性差等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种内衬交联聚乙烯的车载罐体制备方法。
本发明是这样来实现的:一种内衬交联聚乙烯的车载罐体制备方法,其特征是在加工焊接完成的罐体内部,先检查有无异常的凸起尖角,确保所有需附着交联聚乙烯的内表面光滑,边角过渡处需平滑过渡;罐体内表面采用合理的物理/化学方法除油除锈,确保内表面无油污、锈渍等影响衬塑品质稳定的不良点;在罐外加装滚塑装置,开工艺加热窗口孔;复查罐体有无焊接缺陷,加工不良等不良项;在罐体内部涂附着力增强剂;封罐体底口,加入交联聚乙烯粉末后封进料口;加温烧制罐体,因材料需交联反应,前期加温时确保材料在发生交联反应前全部融化,并均匀附着在罐内表面,后期加温到材料的交联反应所需温度及保温时长,确保关联反应均匀充分完成;待罐体温度自然冷却后,将罐外滚塑装置取下,并补好工艺加热窗口孔;目测衬塑后罐内表面无不良后,再经过导电检测,合格后进入下道工序。
由于采用了上述技术方案,利用交联聚乙烯材料,并用化学的方法增强交联聚乙烯与金属间的附着力以取代点焊钢网工序,缩短加工周期,大幅减轻罐体自重(每平方米衬塑层重不足6公斤),提高了防腐材料的耐环境应力。

下面结合实例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
1、在加工焊接完成的罐体内部,先检查有无异常的凸起尖角,确保所有需附着交联聚乙烯的内表面光滑,边角过渡处需平滑过渡;
2、罐体内表面采用合理的物理/化学方法除油除锈,确保内表面无油污、锈渍等影响衬塑品质稳定的不良点;
3、在罐外加装滚塑装置,开工艺加热窗口孔;
4、复查罐体有无焊接缺陷,加工不良等不良项;
5、在罐体内部涂附着力增强剂;
6、封罐体底口,加入交联聚乙烯粉末后封进料口;
7、加温烧制罐体,因材料需交联反应,前期加温时确保材料在发生交联反应前全部融化,并均匀附着在罐内表面,后期加温到材料的交联反应所需温度及保温时长,确保关联反应均匀充分完成;
8、待罐体温度自然冷却后,将罐外滚塑装置取下,并补好工艺加热窗口孔;
9、目测衬塑后罐内表面无不良后,再经过导电检测,合格后进入下道工序。
