And if the second trash content does not meet the requirement of the preset standard trash content threshold, the quality of the mechanically-picked cotton does not meet the requirement and the trash cleaning is continued, at the moment, an instruction is transmitted to the trash cleaning device of the electrostatic and wind-driven cotton picker to continuously clean the trash of the mechanically-picked cotton under the action of the static electricity and the wind power, the mechanically-picked cotton enters secondary detection after the trash cleaning again until the trash content of the mechanically-picked cotton is detected to meet the requirement of the preset standard trash content threshold, and the mechanically-picked cotton is output. The impurity removal effect of the mechanically-picked cotton is ensured, the impurity content of the mechanically-picked cotton is reduced, the mechanically-picked cotton meets the standard requirement, and the quality of the mechanically-picked cotton is improved.
Further, the impurity removing device further comprises a third image collector, the third image collector is close to the impurity inlet end, and the method further comprises: obtaining third image information through the third image collector, wherein the third image is the image information of impurities separated from the mechanically harvested cotton; obtaining the type information of the impurities according to the third image information; and classifying the impurities according to the type information of the impurities.

In addition, the removed impurities can enter an impurity opening of the impurity removing device of the static and wind power cotton picker to be removed, a third image collector is further arranged at the position of the impurity removing opening, the image of the removed impurities is collected, feature extraction and operation processing are carried out on the obtained third image information, specific types of the impurities are obtained, and classification processing is carried out according to the types of the impurities, so that the pollution to the environment is reduced.
Further, after obtaining the third image information by the third image collector, the method further includes: obtaining the dust content in the impurities according to the third image information; obtaining a predetermined dust content threshold; judging whether the dust content in the impurities exceeds the preset dust content threshold value or not; and if the dust content in the impurities exceeds the preset dust content threshold value, obtaining a first dust-settling instruction.
Specifically, a third image collector at a foreign matter opening is used for collecting images of the foreign matters removed from cotton picked by the machine to obtain third image information, an image information processing system is used for extracting information from the third image information, a characteristic extraction layer of a neural network model can be used for extracting a characteristic vector which accords with dust in the third image information to obtain the dust amount in the foreign matters, other intelligent tools can be used for analyzing and processing data to obtain the dust amount in the foreign matters, the calculation is carried out according to the dust amount to obtain the dust content in the foreign matters, whether the dust content exceeds the requirement is judged, if the dust content exceeds a preset dust content threshold value, the dust content in the foreign matters is over high, if the dust content is directly processed, the surrounding environment and the physical health of workers are affected, at the moment, a corresponding first dust reduction instruction is obtained according to the dust content, carry out the dust fall operation to impurity according to first dust fall instruction, can control atomizer or other dust fall equipment and spray impurity to reduce the dust in the impurity, further clear away, cause air pollution in avoiding the dust to discharge into the air.
Further, after obtaining the third image information by the third image collector, the method further includes: obtaining the content of harmful substances in the impurities according to the third image information; obtaining a predetermined harmful substance content threshold; judging whether the content of harmful substances in the impurities exceeds the preset harmful substance content threshold value or not; and if the content of the harmful substances in the impurities exceeds the preset harmful substance content threshold value, obtaining a first recovery instruction.

Further, the obtaining a first trash content of the cotton picked by the trash remover according to the first image information includes: according to the first image information, extracting the cotton quantity of cotton picked by the impurity removing machine in the first image information; extracting the impurity content in the first image information according to the first image information; and obtaining a first impurity content of the cotton picked by the impurity machine to be cleaned according to the cotton picking content and the impurity content.
Specifically, when the first trash content is calculated, firstly, extraction is carried out according to first image information, and the cotton quantity of the cotton picked by the trash remover to be cleaned in the first image information is obtained through information processing calculation; then, extracting the first image information, and performing operation processing on the first image information by using image processing software to obtain the impurity content in cotton picked by the impurity removing machine to be cleaned, namely the impurity content in the first image information; and finally, calculating according to the impurity content and the cotton content of the cotton to be cleaned by the impurity cleaning machine to obtain the impurity content of the cotton to be cleaned by the impurity cleaning machine, namely the impurity content/the cotton content of the cotton to be cleaned by the impurity cleaning machine is 100%, wherein the obtained impurity content is the first impurity content.

Based on the same inventive concept as the method for processing the mechanical cotton picking and impurity removing information fusing static electricity and wind power in the previous embodiment, the invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor realizes the following steps: acquiring first image information of cotton picked by the impurity removing machine to be removed through the first image collector; according to the first image information, obtaining a first trash content rate of cotton picked by the trash remover to be cleaned; obtaining a standard trash content threshold value of the mechanically harvested cotton; judging whether the first trash content of the cotton picked by the trash remover to be cleaned exceeds the standard trash content threshold value or not; if the first trash content of the cotton picked by the trash remover exceeds the standard trash content threshold, carrying out trash removal treatment on the cotton picked by the trash remover; and if the first trash content of the cotton picked by the trash separator to be cleaned does not exceed the standard trash content threshold, directly outputting the cotton picked by the trash separator to be cleaned.

Thereby solving the technical problems that the impurity discharging effect of the mechanically picked cotton is poor, the impurity content in the mechanically picked cotton is high, the quality and the storage of the mechanically picked cotton are influenced, and the economic loss is caused in the prior art.

according to the first image information, obtaining a first trash content rate of cotton picked by the trash remover to be cleaned;
obtaining a standard trash content threshold value of the mechanically harvested cotton;
judging whether the first trash content of the cotton picked by the trash remover to be cleaned exceeds the standard trash content threshold value or not;
if the first trash content of the cotton picked by the trash remover exceeds the standard trash content threshold, carrying out trash removal treatment on the cotton picked by the trash remover;
if the first trash content of the cotton picked by the trash separator to be cleaned does not exceed the standard trash content threshold, directly outputting the cotton picked by the trash separator to be cleaned;
obtaining second image information of the mechanically harvested cotton after impurity removal treatment through the second image collector;
performing secondary detection on the machine-harvested cotton subjected to impurity removal treatment according to the second image information;
obtaining a second impurity content of the mechanically harvested cotton after impurity removal treatment;

after the third image information is obtained by the third image collector, the method further includes:
obtaining the dust content in the impurities according to the third image information; obtaining a predetermined dust content threshold;
judging whether the dust content in the impurities exceeds the preset dust content threshold value or not;
if the dust content in the impurities exceeds the preset dust content threshold value, obtaining a first dust-settling instruction;
after the third image information is obtained by the third image collector, the method further includes:
obtaining the content of harmful substances in the impurities according to the third image information;
obtaining a predetermined harmful substance content threshold;
judging whether the content of harmful substances in the impurities exceeds the preset harmful substance content threshold value or not;
if the content of the harmful substances in the impurities exceeds the preset harmful substance content threshold value, obtaining a first recovery instruction;

obtaining second image information of the mechanically harvested cotton after impurity removal treatment through a second image collector;
performing secondary detection on the machine-harvested cotton subjected to impurity removal treatment according to the second image information;
obtaining a second impurity content of the mechanically harvested cotton after impurity removal treatment;
judging whether the second impurity content of the mechanically harvested cotton subjected to impurity removal treatment exceeds the standard impurity content threshold value or not;
stopping impurity removing treatment on the mechanically harvested cotton after impurity removing treatment until the second impurity content of the mechanically harvested cotton after impurity removing treatment does not exceed the standard impurity content threshold value;
