In addition, referring to fig. 2, in order to improve the reliability of the installation of the barrel cover 212, in this embodiment, the outer side surface of the barrel cover 212 is further provided with a plurality of supporting ribs 212c in a protruding manner, and the outer side surface of the supporting ribs 212c is arranged in contact with the inner side surface of the filter element joint 11; of course, in other embodiments, the outer side surface of the supporting rib 212c may also be abutted against the inner wall surface of the outer barrel 12, and the design is not limited thereto.
Further, at least one of the first filter element 3 and the second filter element 4 includes at least two stages of filter media. It can be understood that the arrangement can effectively improve the filtering effect of the composite filter element or meet different water purifying demands of users; for example, in the existing water purifying equipment only adopting the granular filter materials, users often find the problem that the first cup of water contains filter material particles in the use process, and the drinking experience of the users is seriously affected; in this embodiment, the first filter element 3 and/or the second filter element 4 are/is configured to include a granular filter material and a coiled filter material, and the coiled filter material is located at the rear side of the water path of the granular filter material, so that the coiled filter material can effectively block the filter material particles, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the above problems.
Further, in this embodiment, at least two stages of filter materials corresponding to the same filter element are arranged in a cylindrical shape and along a radial direction. It can be understood that the arrangement just needs to divide the cylindrical filter element made of single filter material into two-stage different filter materials along the radial direction, has little influence on the original water path, reduces the overall design difficulty of the composite filter element, improves the production efficiency of the composite filter element, and the radial arrangement mode can fully utilize the radial space below the separation disc 22 to avoid increasing the overall height of the composite filter element. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, at least two stages of filter materials corresponding to the same filter element are cylindrical and arranged vertically.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the first filter element 3 is a front filter element, and the second filter element 4 is a rear filter element, so the second filter element 4 should have a better filtering effect than the first filter element 3, so the second filter element 4 is composed of at least two filter materials. In the present embodiment, the second filter element 4 includes an outer filter material 41 and an inner filter material 42, and preferably, the outer filter material 41 is a granular filter material and the inner filter material 42 is a roll-type filter material. In this embodiment, the outer filter material 41 is a carbon rod, and the inner filter material 42 is PP cotton, so that the water to be filtered entering the second filter cavity 13 is attached with carbon powder after passing through the carbon rod, but in the process of continuing to pass through the PP cotton, the carbon powder is filtered by the PP cotton, so that the problem that the first cup of water is black when a user drinks water is effectively avoided. Of course, in other embodiments, the outer filter 41 may be embodied as other granular filter, and the inner filter 42 may be embodied as other coiled filter, but the design is not limited thereto. In the present embodiment, the lower end of the water guide pipe 5 is abutted against the upper periphery of the water passing hole 221 of the partition plate 22 to communicate with the inner space of the inner filter 42, however, in other embodiments, the lower end of the water guide pipe 5 may penetrate through the partition plate 22 and extend into the inner space of the inner filter 42, and the design is not limited thereto.
It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the water conduit 5 is convexly provided with a plurality of strip-shaped ribs 51, the extending direction of the strip-shaped ribs 51 is consistent with the axial direction of the water conduit 5, the upper ends of the strip-shaped ribs 51 are abutted against the periphery of the second opening 241, and the outer side surfaces of the strip-shaped ribs 51 can be effectively abutted against the inner side surfaces of the coiled filter material, so that the outer peripheral surface of the water conduit 5 is prevented from being tightly attached to the outer peripheral surface of the water conduit 5, and the formation of a flow passage is hindered; of course, in other embodiments, the outer peripheral surface of the water guide tube 5 may be specifically provided with other rib structures, and the design is not limited thereto. In this embodiment, the water guide pipe 5 and the upper cover 24 are integrally formed, so as to effectively simplify the overall structure of the composite filter element, however, in other embodiments, the water guide pipe 5 and the upper cover 24 may be separately arranged, and the design is not limited thereto.
Example 2
According to another embodiment of the composite filter element according to the present invention, referring to fig. 6 to 10, the difference from embodiment 1 is that the filter element assembly does not include the lower cover 6, but includes a filter drum 7, the upper end of the filter drum 7 is sealed and fixed with a separation disc 22, the second filter chamber 13 is formed in the filter drum 7, the sixth flow passage 131 is formed by spacing the outer wall surface of the filter element and isolation assembly 2 from the inner wall surface of the housing 1, and the second filter element 4 is disposed in the second filter chamber 13. It can be appreciated that so set up, on the one hand, improve the installation convenience of second filter core 4, on the other hand, the inside water route that can form of filter vat 7 to realize the diversified arrangement of the multistage filter media of second filter core 4.
Further, the bottom wall of the filter vat 7 is provided with a water outlet 71 communicating the sixth flow passage 131 with the inside of the filter vat 7, in this embodiment, the water outlet 71 is a water inlet for water to be filtered to enter the filter vat 7, however, in other embodiments, the water outlet 71 may be a water outlet for water to be filtered to flow out of the filter vat 7; the bottom end surface of the second filter element 4 is covered at the water passing port 71 to better ensure that the second filter element 4 fully plays a filtering role, and simultaneously prevent water to be filtered from directly reaching the water guide pipe 5 without passing through the second filter element 4. It should be noted that the present design is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the water passing port 71 is provided on the sidewall of the filter vat 7. In the present embodiment, the shape of the water outlet 71 is not limited, and may be a hole or a slit.
The invention also provides a water purifying device which comprises the composite filter element, and the specific structure of the composite filter element refers to the embodiment, and as the water purifying device adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the water purifying device at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the description is omitted herein.

Claims (10)

1. The filter element assembly is used for a composite filter element and is characterized by comprising a first filter element, a second filter element and an isolation assembly, wherein a first filter cavity is formed in the isolation assembly;
the first filter element is positioned in the first filter cavity, and the second filter element is positioned outside the first filter cavity and is arranged above or below the isolation component; wherein,
at least one of the first filter element and the second filter element comprises at least two stages of filter materials, and the at least two stages of filter materials are cylindrical and are distributed along the radial direction;
the isolation assembly comprises an inner barrel and a separation disc which is fixed at the lower end of the inner barrel in a sealing way, and the second filter element is arranged below the isolation assembly; the isolation assembly further comprises a barrel cover and an upper cover, the barrel cover is fixed at the upper end of the inner barrel in a sealing mode, a first opening is formed in the barrel cover, the upper cover is arranged in the first opening, the upper cover is provided with a second opening, a first flow channel is formed between the inner side face of the barrel cover and the outer side face of the upper cover at intervals, and the inner side space of the first filter element is communicated with the second opening and forms a second flow channel.
2. The filter cartridge assembly of claim 1, wherein the second filter cartridge comprises the at least two-stage filter media.
3. The filter cartridge assembly of claim 1, wherein the at least two stages of filter media corresponding to the same filter cartridge comprise a coiled filter media and a granular filter media.
4. The filter element assembly of claim 1, further comprising a water conduit having an upper end that is threaded through the second opening, the second flow passage being formed between an outer peripheral surface of the water conduit and an interior space of the first filter element, a third flow passage being formed between an outer peripheral surface of the water conduit and a periphery of the second opening, the third flow passage being in communication with the second flow passage;
the lower extreme of aqueduct runs through the separation dish sets up, perhaps be equipped with on the separation dish and correspond the water hole of aqueduct, the lower extreme butt of aqueduct the upper periphery of water hole sets up, in order to communicate the inboard space of second filter core.
5. The filter cartridge assembly of claim 1, further comprising a lower cap positioned on an underside of the divider disk, the second filter cartridge being mounted between the lower cap and the divider disk.

The filter element assembly of claim 5, wherein an end face of the first filter element is in sealing engagement with an inner wall surface of the inner tub, an upper end face of the second filter element is in sealing engagement with a lower disc face of the divider disc, and a lower end face of the second filter element is in sealing engagement with an upper side face of the lower cover.
7. The filter element assembly of claim 1, further comprising a filter cartridge, wherein the divider plate is sealingly secured to an upper end of the filter cartridge, wherein a second filter chamber is formed in the filter cartridge, wherein the second filter element is disposed in the second filter chamber, and wherein a sidewall or bottom wall of the filter cartridge is provided with a water port communicating with the second filter chamber.
8. A composite filter element for water purification equipment, which is characterized by comprising a shell and a filter element assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the filter element assembly is arranged in the shell, a second filter cavity is formed between the inner wall surface of the shell and the outer wall surface of the isolation assembly, and the first filter cavity and the second filter cavity are mutually independent; the second filter element is arranged in the second filter cavity.
9. A composite filter element for water purifying equipment, which is characterized by comprising a shell and the filter element assembly as claimed in claim 7, wherein the filter element assembly is arranged in the shell, and a runner communicated with the water passing port is formed between the inner wall surface of the shell and the outer wall surfaces of the isolation assembly and the filter barrel.
10. A water purification apparatus comprising a composite filter element as claimed in claim 8 or 9.
