本发明公开了一种具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,所述洗发香波按质量百分比计包括:生发剂0.35%~1.4%、保湿剂0.94%~2.9%、营养剂0.25%~2.01%、表面活性剂13%、助剂5.15%~5.56%,其余为去离子水,所述生发剂包括咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油,且咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油的重量配比为1~5∶0.5~1∶1~2∶2~6。本发明提供的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,能够修复毛囊,激活毛囊的活跃周期,同时,还能够提供头发生长所需营样物质,促进头发生长,修复受损发质,具有生发护发的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化洗护产品技术领域,特别涉及一种具有生发护发作用的洗发香波。
背景技术
头发是人体重要的部分,不但可以保护头皮,还具有美化仪表的作用,在个人仪表形象中占有特殊地位,也是健康的表现之一。在代谢过程中,会出现生理性脱发,这种脱发毛囊还会继续生长新的头发,因此在数量上能维持平衡。但是现代人,由于工作压力大、环境日趋恶化及在最求美的过程进行染发、烫发、拉直头发,造成对头发及毛囊极大的伤害,使得断发脱发成为困惑着许多人的问题,而且越来越趋年轻化。
脱发的主要情况主要有三种,第一种是普脱,一般是整个头的头发将近全掉落,第二种是斑脱,一般情况是不同区域的头发分别掉落,第三种也就是最常见的一种,雄激素源性脱发,也称为脂溢性脱发,亦称为发线逐渐后移。雄激素源性脱发最主要的原因就是睾酮含量过多,睾酮俗称雄激素,睾酮含量过高容易使毛囊退化和萎缩,使发根提早进入休止期,从而造成脱发。雄激素源性脱发的种类主要分为神经性脱发、内分泌脱发及营养缺失性脱发,都表现在毛囊退化和萎缩,尤其是受饮食不当,睡眠不足,精神紧张,情绪低落,工作负荷重等外界因素的影响,更易引起雌雄激素分泌失衡,进而加速毛囊的退化和萎缩,加速脱发。
脱发的普遍性及年轻化,使得防止脱发断发的产品备受青睐,其中以护发素和洗发水最为常见,但是功能多数都比较单一,不能同时兼顾生发和护发的作用,且效果也不太明显。可见,现有技术还有待改进和提高。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,旨在解决现有技术中没有兼顾生发作用和护发作用的洗发香波,以改善现代人脱发断发严重的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,其中,所述洗发香波按质量百分比计包括:生发剂0.35%~1.4%、保湿剂0.94%~2.9%、营养剂0.25%~2.01%、表面活性剂13%、助剂5.15%~5.56%,其余为去离子水,所述生发剂包括咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油,且咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油的配比为1~5∶0.5~1∶1~2∶2~6。
所述具有生发护发作用的洗发香波中,所述保湿剂包括芦荟提取液、聚季铵盐-10、聚二甲基硅氧烷、透明质酸钠、甘油、丁二醇中的几种。
所述具有生发护发作用的洗发香波中,所述营养剂包括角蛋白、亮氨酸、组氨酸。
所述具有生发护发作用的洗发香波中,所述表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。

本发明提供了一种具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,所述洗发香波通过添加生发剂、保湿剂及营养剂,得到一种既具清洁功能,又具有生发功能和护发功能的洗发香波。所述生发剂中含有咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油,其中侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物中的黄酮能够修复毛囊,而咖啡因是一种生长刺激剂,能够解除睾酮对营养物质运输的阻碍,使毛囊获得充足的营养,避免萎缩,同时刺激毛发的生长,激活毛囊的生发周期;而橄榄油富含单不饱和脂肪酸、多种维生素及抗氧化物等,能够滋养毛囊,促进头皮血液循环,加速毛囊对营养物质的吸收,促进生发。所述保湿剂能够修复干枯分叉的头发,防止断发,所述营养剂能为毛囊及头发提供充足的营养,使修复后的毛囊加速生发,同时也为头发补充营养,使头发更为强韧,避免断发的出现。

本发明提供一种具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,所述洗发香波按质量百分比计包括:生发剂0.35%~1.4%、保湿剂0.36%~2%、营养剂0.3%~3.03%、表面活性剂15.4%~20%、助剂8.05%~8.62%,其余为去离子水,所述生发剂包括咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油,且咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油的配比为1~5∶0.5~1∶1~2∶2~6。
上述配比的洗发香波,不仅具有清洁头发和头皮的作用,还具有促进生发,修护头发的功效。添加的生发剂中,包括有促进头发生长的咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油。所述咖啡因是一种头发生长刺激剂,对于脂溢性脱发,咖啡因能解除睾酮对营养物质运输的阻碍问题,避免发根过早进入休止期,使头发得到该有的营养能量,防止脱发,同时延长发根的活跃期,有效保护发根;另外,咖啡因也是一种头发生长刺激剂,能刺激头发生长;再者,咖啡因的渗透速度快,渗入头皮仅需两分钟,当洗头时,头皮在热水的作用下毛囊打开,咖啡因能迅速渗入头皮,降低睾酮对头发生长的消极影响,激活毛囊的生长周期。所述侧柏叶提取物中含有多种黄酮类化合物、挥发油、鞣质等,黄酮可以激活毛母细胞、促进血液循环,使毛发生长能力衰退的毛囊复活,并且在促进头皮血液循环的基材上,加速对毛囊补充营养成分,从而发挥出养发、生发的作用;同时,侧柏叶提取物能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌等,具有去屑止痒,增强毛囊的代谢功能。所述银杏叶提取物中也富含黄酮类化合物,具有抗氧化、扩张血管、改善末梢血液循环的作用,具有促进毛发生长的效果;所述橄榄油富含单不饱和脂肪酸、多种维生素及抗氧化物等,具有养发护发的作用,能够促进局部血液循环,排出毒物,修复头发,避免断发脱发。上述四种生发剂,具有修复毛囊、激活毛囊、延长毛囊的活跃周期的作用,同时,通过加速头皮血液循环,促进毛囊对营养物质的吸收,促进毛发生长。上述各成分相互协同作用,在修复毛囊的同时,提高毛囊对营养物质的吸收,促进头发的生长。
上述配比的洗发香波中,所述咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油的配比为1~5∶0.5~1∶1~2∶2~6。各成分的添加量,将影响相互之间的协同作用,单一成分的添加虽然也能促进头发的生长,但是由于各成分所起的作用不同,单方面添加,只能起到短期的作用,要使毛囊持续恢复生发功能,不仅需要阻断睾酮对毛囊的影响,还需在激活毛囊的同时,加速毛囊对营养物质的吸收。上述配比中,咖啡因能阻止睾酮对毛囊的破坏,而侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物能修复毛囊,抑制细菌,加速头皮的血液循环,促进毛囊对营养物质的吸收,橄榄油能修复发根和头发,提供头发生长的营养物质,从而能促进头发生长。当咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油的配比为1~5∶0.5~1∶1~2∶2~6时,具有较佳的生发效果。
上述配比的洗发香波中,所述保湿剂包括芦荟提取液、聚季铵盐-10、聚二甲基硅氧烷、透明质酸钠、甘油、丁二醇中的几种的组合。所述保湿剂具有深层保湿的作用,能滋养头皮及头发,使头皮润滑,使头发光亮,避免头发开支分叉,干枯断裂,并易于梳理。其中,所述芦荟提取物含有多种有益成分,具有消炎杀菌、补水保湿的作用;聚季铵盐-10具有优异的保湿作用,能修复受损发质,减少分叉,使头发柔软顺滑,富有弹性,并且聚季铵盐-10具有较佳的渗透性,洗护时,聚季铵盐-10能发质表面形成保护层,从而防止头发失水开叉,保持头发的湿润柔滑;所述透明质酸钠、甘油、丁二醇是常用的保湿剂,能促进表皮细胞的增殖、分化和吸湿,使头发表面保持湿润,防止干枯分叉,对发质具有较好的滋养作用。其中透明质酸钠本身即是皮肤固有的生物物质,小分子量的透明质酸钠在皮肤表层中的渗透性好,是皮肤重要的营养物质。
上述配比的洗发香波中,所述营养剂包括角蛋白、亮氨酸、组氨酸。所述营养剂能提供发根及头发生长所需的营养物质,当毛囊在生发剂的作用下恢复正常时,头发的生长需要大量的营养物质,洗发香波中添加的营养物质,能满足头发生长所需,促进头发的生长发育,对受损头发也有较好的修复作用。所述角蛋白是构成毛皮毛囊的主要蛋白质,所述亮氨酸、组氨酸是头发的重要组成部分,是头发生长的关键营养,也是构成角蛋白的氨基酸。实际应用过程中,当生发剂将毛囊修复后,毛囊恢复生发功能,添加的营养剂能满足生发所需营养,从而促进头发的生长和修复。
上述配比的洗发香波中,所述表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。所述表面活性剂作为洗发水的清洁成分,能将头发、头皮的污垢和油脂溶解,清洗干净。上述表面活性剂不但具有清洁作用,还具有乳化、发泡、渗透、分散的作用。并且对皮肤的刺激性较小,多种表面活性剂同时使用,具有在中性条件下较佳的乳化、增稠、发泡的效果。
上述配比的洗发香波中,所述助剂包括增稠剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂、香精。所述增稠剂包括瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、椰油酰胺MEA、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇,具有增加洗发香波粘稠度,使产品较好的流动性,同时具有乳化的功能。上述增稠剂可单独使用,也可多种复配使用,当多种增稠剂复配使用时,具有较佳的增稠效果,同时还具有乳化与分散的作用。所述防腐剂包括甲基异噻唑啉酮/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/硝酸镁/氯化镁的复合防腐剂,甲基异噻唑啉酮∶甲基氯异噻唑啉酮∶硝酸镁∶氯化镁的配比为1.15∶035∶20∶0.9,所述防腐剂能抑制细菌、霉菌的生长,使添加的活性物质保持活性。上述防腐剂的添加量为0.07%~0.09%,虽然添加量少,但是抑菌效果明显。所述pH调节剂包括柠檬酸,用于调节体系的pH值,在本发明中,通过添加pH调节剂,使洗发香波的pH值接近中性,对皮肤无刺激,同时也提高头发及毛囊对活性成分的吸收。所述香精包括茉莉花香精、玫瑰香精、桂花香精、栀子花香精等,也可以是其他香精,在此不一一列出,通过添加香精改变洗发香波的香型,使使用者更易接受。
上述配比的洗发香波中,所述助剂还包括EDTA二钠和氯化钠,EDTA二钠能够络合金属离子,使体系稳定,并且本身有一定的抑菌作用,能够鳌合细菌所需微量金属元素,抑制其活性。同时,它与防腐剂复配有明显的增效作用,添加的助剂与洗发香波中的其他活性成分协同作用,使各成分发挥较佳的作用。
上述配比的洗发香波中,所述表面活性剂和助剂为洗发香波的基础材料,可实现清洁头皮和头发,而添加的生发剂和保湿剂,能够促进头发生长,提供头发所需营养,避免头发毛糙和断发,使头发更为健康。

一种优选的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,所述洗发香波按质量百分比计包括以下组分:咖啡因0.4%、侧柏叶提取物0.08%、银杏叶提取物0.15%、橄榄油0.1%、芦荟提取液0.08%、聚季铵盐-10 0.05%、透明质酸钠0.05%、甘油0.2%、丁二醇0.5%、角蛋白0.05%、亮氨酸0.5%、组氨酸0.5%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.2%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1%、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠11%、月桂醇硫酸酯铵1%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.25%、椰油酰胺MEA0.8%、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.5%、氯化钠2.3%、甲基异噻唑啉酮/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/硝酸镁/氯化镁0.08%、柠檬酸0.03%、EDTA二钠0.1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%,香精0.3%,去离子水76.78%。
上述具有生发护发作用的洗发香波由以下步骤制备得到,所述步骤包括:按配比称取各组分,先往搅拌锅中加入去离子水,边搅拌边依次加入瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、聚季铵盐-10,搅拌10min使其充分混合均匀,然后加入柠檬酸调节pH值,加热至60℃,待各成分充分溶解后,边搅拌边缓慢加入EDTA二钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,用甘油、丁二醇分散透明质酸钠加入搅拌锅中,加入椰油酰胺MEA、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、橄榄油,边搅拌边升温至80℃,待完全溶解后,继续在80℃搅拌15min,然后加入氯化钠,继续搅拌5min后,停止加热。然后将与水事先混合后的咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物、芦荟提取液、角蛋白、亮氨酸、组氨酸加入,继续搅拌至完全混合,然后待温度降至50℃以下,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷、防腐剂、香精,继续搅拌约15min。冷却后得洗发香波。
下述实施例的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例2
一种具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,所述洗发香波按质量百分比计包括以下组分:咖啡因0.1%、侧柏叶提取物0.05%、银杏叶提取物0.1%、橄榄油0.1%、芦荟提取液0.08%、聚季铵盐-10 0.05%、透明质酸钠0.01%、甘油0.3%、丁二醇0.5%、角蛋白0.05%、亮氨酸0.1%、组氨酸0.1%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.2%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1%、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠11%、月桂醇硫酸酯铵1%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.1%、椰油酰胺MEA0.8%、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.5%、氯化钠2.3%、甲基异噻唑啉酮/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/硝酸镁/氯化镁0.07%、柠檬酸0.02%、EDTA二钠0.1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%,香精0.3%,去离子水80.07%。
实施例3
一种优选的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,所述洗发香波按质量百分比计包括以下组分:咖啡因0.5%、侧柏叶提取物0.1%、银杏叶提取物0.2%、橄榄油0.1%、芦荟提取液0.02%、聚季铵盐-10 0.1%、透明质酸钠0.1%、甘油0.5%、丁二醇0.5%、角蛋白0.01%、亮氨酸0.8%、组氨酸1.2%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.2%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1%、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠11%、月桂醇硫酸酯铵1%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.3%、椰油酰胺MEA 0.8%、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.5%、氯化钠2.3%、甲基异噻唑啉酮/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/硝酸镁/氯化镁0.09%、柠檬酸0.04%、EDTA二钠0.1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%,香精0.3%,去离子水77.24%。
实施例4
一种优选的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,所述洗发香波按质量百分比计包括以下组分:咖啡因0.3%、侧柏叶提取物0.06%、银杏叶提取物0.18%、橄榄油0.1%、芦荟提取液0.3%、聚季铵盐-10 0.1%、透明质酸钠0.1%、甘油0.5%、丁二醇0.8%、角蛋白0.07%、亮氨酸1.2%、组氨酸0.5%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.2%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1%、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠11%、月桂醇硫酸酯铵1%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.15%、椰油酰胺MEA 0.8%、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.2%、氯化钠2.3%、甲基异噻唑啉酮/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/硝酸镁/氯化镁0.08%、柠檬酸0.02%、EDTA二钠0.1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.6%,香精0.3%,去离子水77.64%。
实施例5
一种具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,所述洗发香波按质量百分比计包括以下组分:咖啡因0.2%、侧柏叶提取物0.07%、银杏叶提取物0.12%、橄榄油0.1%、芦荟提取液0.1%、聚季铵盐-10 0.08%、透明质酸钠0.12%、甘油0.4%、丁二醇0.6%、角蛋白0.02%、亮氨酸0.5%、组氨酸0.6%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.2%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1%、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠11%、月桂醇硫酸酯铵1%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.15%、椰油酰胺MEA 0.8%、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.6%、氯化钠2.3%、甲基异噻唑啉酮/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/硝酸镁/氯化镁0.08%、柠檬酸0.02%、EDTA二钠0.1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷1.6%,香精0.3%,去离子水76.94%。
上述1-5各实施例中,所述基础材料的成分配比比较接近,通过添加不同的配比的生发剂和保湿剂,获得具有生发护发功能的洗发香波。
将实施例1-5所得洗发香波编号为1#、2#、3#、4#、5#,进行理化性质测定和功能性测定。所述理化性质测定包括粘度、pH值、稳定性,所述稳定性测试包括耐热稳定性、耐寒稳定性、耐热寒稳定性、离心稳定性。所述功能性测定包括清洁性能、梳理性能、修复性能及生发性能测定,功能性测定采用感官评价的方式进行。所有测定结果如表1所示。
感官评价:随机选取同一地区志愿者100位,年龄结构为30-40岁,其中男性56位,女性44位。男性中有29位头顶存在头发稀疏的现象,有1位顶部无发。女性中有26位认为自己脱发严重,有18位最近半年有做过染发、烫发及拉发。将100志愿者随机分为5组,分别使用1-5#洗发香波,洗发频率保持在一天1次或两天1次,试用时间为2个月,试用期间中不使用其他护发及生发产品,也不服用养生护发类的产品。每隔一个月记录使用者的感官体验。
所述感官体验包括对清洁性能、梳理性能、修复性能及生发性能的评价,评价等级分为5个等级:5分-非常好、4分-好、3分-一般、2分-不好、1分-非常不好,然后根据统计结果,取平均值。所述清洁性能包括:清洁效果、去屑效果、止痒效果、去油效果。所述梳理性能包括:梳理是否顺畅,有无打结情况。所述修复性能包括:对发质的修复情况及对毛囊的修复情况,并随机取试用者头发,通过电子显微镜观测毛发情况,在使用前及试用2个月后分别取样分析,同时测试者评定试用前后脱发情况。所述生发性能包括对头发稀疏部进行观察,测试前后拍照比较。

从表1可知,所述pH值接近中性,粘度适中,稳定性较好,清洁性能、梳理性能、修复性能及生发性能都较好,试用者对产品的整体效果评价较高,普遍反映有助于生发,脱发情况也有好转,试用过程中无出现过敏现象。关于修复性能,图1、图2头发样品取自与同一试用者,图1为试用前头发的电子显微镜图,图2为试用2个月后头发的电子显微镜图,显然试用后的发质更为光滑。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述洗发香波按质量百分比计包括:生发剂0.35%~1.4%、保湿剂0.94%~2.9%、营养剂0.25%~2.01%、表面活性剂13%、助剂5.15%~5.56%,其余为去离子水,所述生发剂包括咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油,且咖啡因、侧柏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物及橄榄油的配比为1~5∶0.5~1∶1~2∶2~6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括芦荟提取液、聚季铵盐-10、聚二甲基硅氧烷、透明质酸钠、甘油、丁二醇中的几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述营养剂包括角蛋白、亮氨酸、组氨酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述助剂包括增稠剂、防腐剂、PH调节剂、香精。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述增稠剂包括瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、椰油酰胺MEA、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇。
7.根据权利要求5所述的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述防腐剂包括含有甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、硝酸镁、氯化镁的复合防腐剂,且甲基异噻唑啉酮∶甲基氯异噻唑啉酮∶硝酸镁∶氯化镁的配比为1.15∶035∶20∶0.9。
8.根据权利要求5所述的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂包括柠檬酸。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述助剂还包括EDTA二钠、氯化钠。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的具有生发护发作用的洗发香波,其特征在于,所述洗发香波按质量百分比计包括以下组分:咖啡因0.4%、侧柏叶提取物0.08%、银杏叶提取物0.15%、橄榄油0.1%、芦荟提取液0.08%、聚季铵盐-10 0.05%、透明质酸钠0.05%、甘油0.2%、丁二醇0.5%、角蛋白0.05%、亮氨酸0.5%、组氨酸0.5%、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.2%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1%、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠11%、月桂醇硫酸酯铵1%、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.25%、椰油酰胺MEA 0.8%、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1.5%、氯化钠2.3%、甲基异噻唑啉酮/甲基氯异噻唑啉酮/硝酸镁/氯化镁0.08%、柠檬酸0.03%、EDTA二钠0.1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%,香精0.3%,去离子水76.78%。
