A steam discharge pipe 6 is arranged between the cooking cavity 1a and the second exhaust channel 12d, two ends of the steam discharge pipe 6 are respectively connected with the top wall of the cooking cavity 1a and the side wall of the second exhaust channel 12d, and at least one steam outlet 6a is formed at the part of the steam discharge pipe 6 positioned at the second exhaust channel 12 d.
Therefore, when the cooking appliance 100 performs cooking, if food needs to be steamed, the steam generator can be started; if the food is baked, the heating element 42 and the circulating fan 41 can be started, the circulating fan 41 drives the air flow in the cooking cavity 1a to exchange heat with the heating element 42, so that the temperature in the cooking cavity 1a is increased, the circulating fan 41 can drive the air flow to enter the hot air cavity from the air inlet hole 43a on the hot air cover 43, the temperature is increased after the air flow exchanges heat with the heating element 42, and the air flow flows into other parts of the cooking cavity 1a from the air outlet hole 43b on the hot air cover 43, so that the food placed in the cooking cavity 1a can be baked.
Furthermore, when the cooking appliance 100 performs a cooking operation, due to the pressure increase in the cooking cavity 1a, the air flow in the cooking cavity 1a, such as steam, can flow into the second exhaust channel 12d through the steam discharge pipe 6 and the steam outlet 6a on the steam discharge pipe 6, and finally is discharged to the external environment from the air outlet 1 c. Meanwhile, the external air can enter the air suction channel 2a from the air inlet 1b, then sequentially flows through the first exhaust channel 11d, the exhaust cavity 13d and the second exhaust channel 12d, and is finally exhausted to the external environment through the air outlet 1c, and due to the fact that the temperature of the external air is relatively low, when the introduced external air flows through the second exhaust channel 12d, the heat generated by the control circuit board 7 of the cooking appliance 100 can be taken away, and the heat dissipation effect is achieved on the control circuit board 7.
When the odor removing operation is required after the cooking appliance 100 finishes cooking food, the light emitting device and the circulating fan 41 may be turned on, so that the light emitting device emits light, and the light emitted from the light emitting device irradiates the photocatalytic portion. The photocatalyst of the photocatalytic portion is excited by the light irradiation, and organic matters (for example, organic volatile matters) in the cooking cavity 1a can be decomposed, so that the odor in the cooking cavity 1a can be removed. Meanwhile, the circulating fan 41 can drive the gas in the cooking cavity 1a to flow, and accelerate the gas flow in the cooking cavity 1a, so that organic molecules in the cooking cavity 1a can be fully and effectively contacted with the photocatalytic part, and the odor removing effect is further improved. After the light emitting device is turned off after the set time of operation, the heating element 42 is turned on, the circulating fan 41 still operates at this time, the cooking cavity 1a can be dried, the moisture remaining in the cooking cavity 1a is heated and evaporated into steam, and then the steam can be discharged from the steam discharge pipe 6 and the steam outlet 6a to the second exhaust passage 12d, and finally discharged to the outside through the air outlet 1 c.
Further, in this embodiment, the main body 1 may be formed with a fresh air inlet communicating with the cooking cavity 1a, and a top wall of the cooking cavity 1a may be formed with a vent communicating the cooking cavity 1a and the first exhaust passage 11 d. Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in accordance with the odor removing method of the cooking appliance 100 according to the second aspect of the present invention, the cooking appliance 100 includes a body 1, a light emitting device, a circulating fan 41, a steam generator and a heating element 42, the body 1 has a cooking cavity 1a therein, the cooking cavity 1a has a photocatalytic portion therein, the photocatalytic portion includes a photocatalytic coating 32 coated on an inner wall of the cooking cavity 1a, the photocatalytic coating 32 includes a photocatalyst, the light emitting device and the steam generator are both disposed on the body 1, the circulating fan 41 and the heating element 42 are both disposed in the cooking cavity 1a, the light emitted from the light emitting device is adapted to irradiate the photocatalytic coating 32 to activate the photocatalyst, the circulating fan 41 is adapted to drive a flow of an air in the cooking cavity 1a, the heating element 42 is adapted to heat the air in the cooking cavity 1a, the steam generator is adapted to deliver steam into the cooking cavity 1a, the body 1 is provided with a steam outlet 6a communicating with the cooking cavity, the method for removing the peculiar smell comprises the following steps:
the control circuit board 7 of the cooking appliance 100 receives the odor removing instruction, for example, the odor removing button can be pressed, so that the control circuit board 7 can receive the odor removing instruction;
the control circuit board 7 controls the steam generator to be started, the steam generator conveys steam into the cooking cavity 1a, the steam mist wets and cleans the inner wall of the cooking cavity 1a, solid residues and grease and the like remained on the inner wall of the cooking cavity 1a are cleaned, and the influence of the solid residues, the grease and the like on the photocatalytic coating 32 coated on the inner wall of the cooking cavity 1a on the photocatalytic effect is reduced;
the control circuit board 7 controls the light emitting device and the circulation fan 41 to be turned on, so that the light emitting device emits light, and light emitted from the light emitting device is irradiated onto the photocatalytic portion. The photocatalyst of the photocatalytic part is excited under the irradiation of light, organic matters (such as organic volatile matters) in the cooking cavity 1a can be decomposed, so that peculiar smell in the cooking cavity 1a is removed, meanwhile, the circulating fan 41 can drive gas in the cooking cavity 1a to flow, the gas flow in the cooking cavity 1a can be accelerated, organic matter molecules in the cooking cavity 1a can be fully and effectively contacted with the photocatalytic part, and the peculiar smell removal effect is further improved;
after the light emitting device is operated for a set time, the light emitting device is turned off, the heating element 42 is controlled to be turned on, and the circulating fan 41 is still operated to remove residual water in the cooking cavity 1a, so that the cooking cavity 1a can be dried, and the water remained in the cooking cavity 1a can be discharged to the outside from the steam outlet 6a after being heated and evaporated into steam;
after the heating member 42 is operated for a set time, the heating member 42 and the circulation fan 41 are turned off, and the deodorization operation is completed.
According to the method for removing the odor of the cooking appliance 100, the odor in the cooking cavity 1a can be automatically removed, the residual water in the cooking cavity 1a can be removed, and the effects of removing the odor in the cooking cavity 1a and preventing long-term humidity and mildew in the cooking cavity 1a can be simultaneously achieved.

the light-emitting device is arranged on the machine body, and light emitted by the light-emitting device is suitable for irradiating the photocatalytic part to excite the photocatalyst;
the exhaust fan, be formed with on the organism with the exhaust passage of culinary art chamber intercommunication, exhaust fan establishes in the exhaust passage, be formed with on the organism with the new trend import of culinary art chamber intercommunication and the air outlet with the exhaust passage intercommunication, the new trend import is used for introducing outside fresh air to in the culinary art intracavity, exhaust fan is used for driving the air current follow the new trend import gets into the culinary art chamber and follow the air outlet is discharged to external environment.
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the photocatalytic portion comprises a photocatalytic coating coated on an inner wall of the cooking cavity, the photocatalytic coating comprising the photocatalyst.
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the photocatalytic coating has a hydrophilic nature.
4. Cooking appliance according to claim 3, characterized in that the contact angle of water with the photocatalytic coating is less than 10 °.
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, characterized in that it comprises: the cooking machine comprises a liner and a door body used for opening and closing the cooking cavity, the liner is arranged in the machine body, the door body is arranged on the machine body, the liner, the door body and the machine body define the cooking cavity therebetween, and at least one of the inner wall of the liner and the inner wall of the door body is coated with a photocatalytic coating.
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the photocatalytic portion comprises: a catalytic carrier and a photocatalyst coated on the catalytic carrier.
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the catalytic carrier is a porous structure and the photocatalyst is coated on the surface of the catalytic carrier.
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the light emitting device is disposed opposite to at least a portion of the photocatalytic portion.
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 8, wherein the light emitting device is provided on a top wall of the cooking cavity and at least a portion of the photocatalytic portion is provided on a bottom wall of the cooking cavity.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 1 wherein the photocatalyst comprises at least one of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
11. The cooking appliance according to any of the claims 1 to 10, comprising: and the circulating fan is arranged in the cooking cavity and is used for driving the airflow in the cooking cavity to flow.
12. The cooking appliance according to claim 11, characterized in that it comprises: the steam generator is arranged on the machine body and suitable for conveying steam into the cooking cavity, and a steam outlet communicated with the cooking cavity is formed in the machine body.
13. The cooking appliance according to claim 12, characterized in that it comprises: a heating element disposed within the cooking chamber, the heating element adapted to heat the airflow within the cooking chamber.
