Background
Since the intellectual property strategy is implemented in China, the patent application amount of enterprises and public institutions is increased year by year, and the role of patents in the operational development of enterprises and public institutions is more and more important. Patent certificates are important archived files and become important objects of enterprise file management. In 2013, the State administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine and the State Committee of standardization management jointly issue the Enterprise intellectual Property management Specification, which stipulates that conditional enterprises carry out classified management on intellectual Properties.
Patent certificates belong to important intellectual property documents, and at present, the following problems exist in the management of enterprises on the patent certificates: the management is not standard enough, the management by year and type is not convenient, and the loss is easily caused after long storage time; it is inconvenient to query.
When some patent certificates are stored in the existing storage cabinet, particularly the storage cabinet is arranged in a humid environment all year round, humid air flow and water drops are easily generated in the storage cabinet for a long time, and most of the patent certificates are placed in the storage cabinet through file bags or in an exposed mode.
Most of the existing storage cabinets discharge moist gas in the cabinet body through an exhaust fan or a heating fan, so that the problem that water drops or gathered moist gas generated on patent certificates or file bags is discharged is difficult to fundamentally solved, and the patent certificates placed in the storage cabinets for a long time are mildewed or damaged; patent certificates are stored, and a large number of patent certificates are difficult to find and take out quickly when being stored.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the intelligent storage cabinet for the patent certificates is mainly used for solving the problems that the existing storage cabinets mostly discharge moist gas in the cabinet body through an exhaust fan or a heating fan, the discharge of water drops or gathered moist gas generated on the patent certificates or file bags is difficult to fundamentally solve, and further the patent certificates placed in the storage cabinets for a long time are mildewed or damaged.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the patent certificate intelligent storage cabinet comprises a cabinet body; a plurality of layers of supporting plates are arranged in the cabinet body, a plurality of mounting auxiliary boxes are uniformly arranged on the supporting plates, and a controller is arranged on the cabinet body; the cabinet body is provided with a vacuum pump, and the vacuum pump is connected into the mounting auxiliary box through an air duct; a sliding groove is formed in the mounting auxiliary box; the mounting auxiliary box is internally sleeved with a splicing main box, the splicing main box is provided with a sliding convex strip, and the sliding convex strip is matched with the sliding groove in a sliding splicing manner; the mounting auxiliary box is communicated with the air guide pipe through a connecting pipe, and a sliding sealing groove is formed in the connecting pipe; a sliding seat is arranged on the side face of the connecting pipe, a T-shaped sliding column is connected in the sliding seat through a pressure spring, and an air guide hole is formed in the T-shaped sliding column; the top end part of the T-shaped sliding column is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding manner; an LED display screen is arranged on the side wall of the splicing main box; the LED display screen and the vacuum pump are electrically connected to the controller; when the device works, when a patent certificate needs to be stored in the cabinet body, scanning and recording are conducted in a mode of scanning a patent certificate; meanwhile, a plurality of mounting auxiliary boxes arranged in the cabinet body are labeled through a controller and a control terminal computer connected with the outside, and then a patent certificate is put into the splicing main box in an inserting mode, the splicing main box is inserted into the mounting auxiliary boxes in an inserting mode, the splicing main box is continuously inserted into the sliding groove along with the sliding convex strip, and then the sliding convex strip extrudes the T-shaped sliding column arranged in the sliding groove, so that the T-shaped sliding column slides in the sliding seat, and further the air guide hole formed in the sliding column is communicated with the connecting pipe, and meanwhile, the patent certificate inserted into the splicing main box can be fixed in the mounting auxiliary box in an inserting mode, after the mounting auxiliary box and the splicing main box are mounted, a vacuum pump is started through the controller, and then air in the mounting auxiliary boxes and the splicing main box is pumped out through the connecting pipe, so that the mounting auxiliary boxes and the splicing main box form a vacuum state, the phenomenon that a patent certificate placed in the cabinet body is mildewed or damaged due to a damp environment in the cabinet body can be effectively prevented; the LED display screen that sets up simultaneously can show the content and the position of the patent certificate after placing, and the staff of being convenient for seeks and draws patent certificate.

As shown in fig. 3, a screw rod 14 is arranged on the side wall of the T-shaped sliding column 8, and the screw rod 14 is inserted into the pressure spring; the end part of the screw rod 14 penetrates through the sliding seat 7 and is positioned in the flow guide cavity 33, and the screw rod 14 is connected with the sliding seat 7 through a nut; the end part of the screw rod 14 is provided with a rotating fan blade 15; when the auxiliary box 3 works, when the T-shaped sliding column 8 slides, the screw rod 14 can rotate on the sliding seat 7, and further, the rotating fan blades arranged on the screw rod 14 can rotate in the diversion cavity 33, so that the mixing effect of limestone and liquid water filled in the diversion cavity 33 is increased, and the dehumidification effect of the auxiliary box 3 is increased; meanwhile, the rotating fan blades 15 can increase the flowing effect of hot gas in the flow cavity 52, and further increase the heating area of the hot gas on the installation auxiliary box 3.
The specific working process is as follows:
