Abstract
The invention relates to a rotating shaft connector which comprises an FPC fixing seat and a rotating shaft assembly. The FPC fixing seat is fixed on a main board of the tablet personal computer and used for fixing an FPC cable from the tablet personal computer, and a plurality of notches are formed in the contact surface of the FPC fixing seat and the FPC cable; the rotating shaft assembly comprises a shaft core and a plurality of power signal modules sleeved on the shaft core, wherein the power signal modules comprise spring fixing seats, power signal contact seats, insulating rings and connecting rings which are sequentially connected with the shaft core in series, the power signal contact seats are electrically connected with the connecting rings, protruding contacts are arranged on the power signal contact seats, the contacts are clamped in the notch, and parts of the contacts, exposed out of the notch, are welded on golden fingers on the FPC cable. Compared with the prior art, the invention can realize arbitrary angle and arbitrary direction butt joint when the tablet personal computer is connected with the keyboard, solves the problem of current interruption through the multipoint touch technology, and can realize multi-signal source access through a plurality of modules.

Further, one side of the spring fixing seat is provided with a plurality of bulges for fixing the spring, one end of the spring is fixed on the bulges, and the other end of the spring is propped against the side wall of the power signal contact seat.
Further, a convex round table is arranged on one side wall, far away from the spring, of the power signal contact seat, a plurality of fixing grooves are formed in the round table, the contact steel balls are arranged in the fixing grooves, and the parts, exposed out of the fixing grooves, of the contact steel balls can be abutted against the side face of the connecting ring.
Furthermore, the power signal contact seat and the connecting ring are blocked by adopting a universal insulating ring, so that multiple groups of power supplies and multiple groups of signal transmission can be realized, and the number of the power supplies can be increased or reduced according to the requirement of the power supply signals.

and the rotating shaft assembly comprises: the power signal module comprises a shaft core (11) and a plurality of power signal modules which are sleeved on the shaft core (11), wherein the power signal modules comprise a spring fixing seat (4), a power signal contact seat (3), an insulating ring (6) and a connecting ring (7) which are sequentially connected with the shaft core (11) in series, the connecting ring (7) is electrically connected with a PCB (printed circuit board) in a tablet personal computer keyboard, the power signal contact seat (3), the insulating ring (6) and the connecting ring (7) are of annular structures with the same outer diameter, the power signal contact seat (3) is electrically connected with the connecting ring (7), a raised contact (31) is arranged on the power signal contact seat (3), the contact (31) is clamped in a notch, and the part of the contact (31) exposed out of the notch is welded on a golden finger on an FPC cable (2);
one side of the spring fixing seat (4) is provided with a plurality of bulges for fixing the springs (5), one end of each spring (5) is fixed on each bulge, and the other end of each spring is propped against the side wall of the power signal contact seat (3);
a convex round table is arranged on one side wall, far away from the spring (5), of the power signal contact seat (3), a plurality of fixing grooves are formed in the round table, the contact steel balls (8) are arranged in the fixing grooves, and the parts, exposed out of the fixing grooves, of the contact steel balls (8) can be abutted against the side face of the connecting ring (7);
the insulating ring (6) is sleeved on the round table;
