Fig. 3 schematically shows a flow chart of an information recommendation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the method may include operations S301 to S307.
In operation S301, in response to a recommendation information instruction, first recommendation information for a specific user identifier is generated, where the first recommendation information includes link information and commodity attribute information of a commodity, and the link information is used to jump to a commodity display interface of the commodity.
In this embodiment, the first recommendation information may be related information of a product generated for a specific user and having a high purchase rate for the specific user. In addition, the first recommendation information can also be related information of products to be promoted, which is released by a bank. Of course, users with high purchase success rate can be selected from a plurality of users for promotion based on products to be promoted. The designated user identifier may be a unique identifier allocated to each user by the server, or a user mobile phone number or the like may be used as the user identifier.
The commodity attribute information may be introduction information for the commodity, such as various parameter information of the commodity. Such as average annual benefit rate, periodicity, risk level of evaluation, etc., of the fund product. For example, information on the production amount, composition, equivalent currency, etc. of the commemorative coin, etc. In addition, attribute information of investment goods such as gold bricks, such as unit price, purity, recovery condition, and the like, may be included.
The linking information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: web page links, application links, or location-specific links, etc. For example, a user may jump to a display interface of a web link by clicking on the web link in the related art.
In operation S303, a link identification is acquired, and the link identification is generated based on the link information.
In this embodiment, the server stores the mapping relationship between the link information and the link identifier. Accordingly, obtaining the link identification may include: and determining a link identifier according to the link information and the mapping relation. For example, the server side stores the mapping relation between the webpage link of the sales interface of the fund product and the unique link identification. That is, the server may determine the link identifier corresponding to the link information by looking up a table or the like based on the link information. The link identifier may be character information such as a short password, such as a numeric string, an alphabetic string, a symbol string, and so on. Reference to 35XX12 in FIG. 1 is the link ID.
In operation S305, the link identification is substituted for the link information, and second recommendation information is generated.
In this embodiment, the link identifier may be replaced by directly using a preset template. Referring to FIG. 1, the "click www.xxxxbank.com/… … buy" is replaced directly with "enter short password in XX application: 35XX12, make purchase ". The second recommendation information does not include illegal links which are easy to counterfeit by illegal molecules, and the property safety of the user is improved.
In operation S307, second recommendation information is sent to the client corresponding to the user identifier.
Specifically, the second recommendation information may be directly sent to a specified client, for example, directly sent to a specified mobile phone number in a short message manner. Of course, the user identifier may be a mobile phone number, a micro signal, a QQ number, a mailbox address, a micro blog number, and the like, which can be used to determine various identifiers of the user.
According to the information recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the link in the recommendation information is replaced by the link identifier, the link identifier can search the corresponding link information through the designated application, and the designated application is subjected to security authentication and has higher reliability. Therefore, the problem that the short message marketing website link is easy to counterfeit and possibly causes user loss is at least partially solved.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of an information recommendation method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, after performing operation S307 to send the second recommendation information to the client corresponding to the user identifier, the method may further include operations S401 to S405.
In operation S401, a link identifier is received from a client installed with a first application, the link identifier being input via the first application.
For example, after the user sees the second recommendation information in the short message, the user knows that the link identifier needs to be input in the first application from the second recommendation information to purchase the desired product. The first application may be a bank-certified secure application, such as a bank mobile phone application, and various other bank-certified applications. The first application can perform information interaction with the server, such as sending a link identifier, displaying information of a commodity corresponding to the link identifier, and the like.
In operation S403, it is determined whether link information corresponding to the link identifier exists in response to the link identifier.
Specifically, whether the link information corresponding to the link identifier exists may be determined by table lookup, database search, or the like.
In operation S405, if there is link information corresponding to the link identifier, commodity display interface information of a commodity corresponding to the link information is sent to the client.
For example, after the first application receives the link identifier and sends the link identifier to the server, if the server finds a commodity corresponding to the link identifier, the server may directly send the relevant information of the sales display interface of the commodity to the client for display. It should be noted that the sales display interface of the commodity may be directly displayed in the first application, or the sales display interface of the commodity may be displayed by opening another application, such as a browser.
Because the first application is the application of the bank after the bank is subjected to the security authentication, the property loss caused by the fact that a user clicks an unknown link in the recommendation information to enter an unsafe webpage and the like is effectively avoided.
In another embodiment, after receiving the link identification from the client, the method may further include the following operations.
Firstly, storing and updating the attribute information of the link identifier, wherein the attribute information of the link identifier comprises at least one of receiving times, receiving time, commodity display interface display duration and commodity transaction information.
For example, if the user views the corresponding product using the link identifier, the viewing operation may be recorded in the information related to the personal account of the user. In addition, information such as the viewing time length, whether to purchase, the purchasing time and the like can be recorded.
Then, the attribute information of the link identifier is analyzed to determine the information recommendation effect and the user preference corresponding to the link identifier.
Specifically, the information such as the number of times the link identifier is used and whether the user purchases the electronic device or the time of purchase can be statistically analyzed to obtain the favorite portrait of the user.
The information recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure facilitates generation of personalized recommendation information according to the favorite portrait of the user. Or, the users with high success rate of successful delivery are screened out from the multiple users aiming at specific products, and product recommendation is carried out, so that the recommendation effect is favorably improved.
In a particular embodiment, generating the first recommendation information for the specified user identification may include the following operations.
First, historical transaction information specifying a user identification is obtained.
Then, a recommended commodity is determined based on the historical transaction information. Such as which products the user has historically purchased, whether similar or more cost effective products exist, whether matching products exist, etc.
Then, first recommendation information is generated based on the recommended commodity.
FIG. 5 schematically shows a schematic diagram of user preferences according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, mr. guo X logs in the mobile phone application of XX bank by using its mobile phone number as the user name, so that there is historical transaction related information of mr. guo X in the server, for example, recently purchased XX fund, the transaction time is morning, and the consumption capability is strong. In addition, the server side can also inquire or store some account attribute information of mr guo X, such as whether the balance is sufficient or not. The server may analyze some preferences of mr. guo X based on such historical transaction-related information, etc. For example, a bank may prefer to purchase a short-term fund product when the current balance is high, and the success rate of purchasing the product in the morning is higher than that in the evening. The user preference information helps the server side to recommend products which are more valuable for the user to the client side.
According to the information recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the link information is searched through the link identifier, and statistics of relevant indexes such as the product identifier, the marketing code number and the event code number of the checked product is facilitated. The effectiveness, the profit effect and the like of short message marketing recommendation can be further counted through the related indexes, and data guarantee is provided for iteratively updating related marketing recommendation algorithms.
Another aspect of the present disclosure provides an information recommendation method performed by a client, where the client is in communication connection with a server.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a flow chart of an information recommendation method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, the method may include operations S601 to S607.
In operation S601, second recommendation information is received and displayed, where the second recommendation information is generated by a server and includes a link identifier and commodity attribute information of a commodity, the link identifier has corresponding link information, and the link information is used to jump to a commodity display interface of the commodity.
In this embodiment, the link information corresponding to the link identifier may be stored in the server and is not directly sent to the client. Therefore, the user may not include the link information in the recommendation information seen by the client. The user needs to use the link information to search for a web page link or the like from the server side that can jump to a specific web page.
In operation S603, a user operation is received.
User actions include, but are not limited to: click, slide, long press or drag, etc.
In operation S605, a link identification is obtained in response to a user operation. For example, the user clicks or long-presses the link identifier in the display interface of the short message application to copy the link identifier.
In operation S607, the link identifier is transmitted to the server, so that the server determines a goods display interface of the goods required by the user based on the link identifier.
Fig. 7 schematically shows a flowchart of an information recommendation method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, the method may further include operation S701: after operation S607 is executed to send the link identifier to the server, the information of the product display interface from the server is received and displayed.
For example, after receiving the information of the goods display interface from the server, the first application directly performs the goods display. For another example, the server side sends a web page link to the client side, and the client side automatically jumps to a corresponding web page and displays a commodity based on a browser and the like.
In addition, in order to promote the convenience degree that the user carries out the commodity purchase. The present disclosure also provides a method as shown below. The client is provided with a first application and a second application.
Accordingly, presenting the second recommendation information may include: and presenting the second recommendation information in the second application. For example, the second recommendation information is displayed in a short message application.
Accordingly, in response to a user operation, obtaining the link identification may include the following operations.
First, in response to a user operation on the second recommendation information by the user, switching to the first application. For example, the connection identifier or the second recommendation information may have a hyperlink attribute, directly linking to the first application. And jumping to the first application when the user clicks the second recommendation information or the link identification therein.
Then, the first application identifies the second recommendation information to obtain the link identifier. For example, the first application identifies whether the link identifier is included in the second recommendation information based on a preset rule. If the link identifier is a 6 digit number, the first application may identify consecutive 6 digits in the second recommendation information. For another example, if the start bit of the link identifier is a specific character, the first application may recognize a specific number of character strings in the second recommendation information, which start with the specific character.
In addition, after the first application recognizes the link identifier, the link identifier may be directly displayed on a display interface of the first application. In addition, the first application can also be started in the background, and the link identifier is automatically sent to the server side by the first application for searching so as to determine the corresponding link information; and then receiving the link information sent to the client by the server.
