Because the air conditioner indoor fan is judged whether to have a fault by adopting the heat exchange temperature difference and the heat exchange quantity together, compared with the existing detection method for judging whether to have a fault by simply adopting the heat exchange temperature difference or the temperature change of the heat exchanger when the windshield is changed, the air conditioner indoor fan fault detection method can effectively reduce the misjudgment probability of the indoor fan caused by the changeability of the operation working condition or the operation state, thereby improving the fault detection accuracy and further ensuring the operation reliability of an air conditioning system.

Based on the hardware framework of the air conditioner indoor fan fault detection device, the embodiment of the air conditioner indoor fan fault detection method is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of a method for detecting a fault of an indoor fan of an air conditioner according to the present invention, which includes the following steps:
and step S10, obtaining the heat exchange temperature difference and the heat exchange quantity of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner.
In the embodiment, an air conditioner indoor unit is controlled to be started firstly, and in the process of refrigerating or heating of the air conditioner, after the indoor unit operates stably, a fault detection step of an indoor fan of the air conditioner is started, wherein the starting fan fault detection process can be set in a fault detection device of the air conditioner indoor unit in advance, and after the indoor unit operates stably, the indoor fan fault detection process is automatically started, and can be an automatic periodic detection process; or when research personnel need to detect the fault of the indoor fan, a control instruction can be issued at the control terminal to start an automatic detection program of the indoor fan. The control terminal can be a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet and the like. When the indoor unit of the air conditioner operates stably, the heat exchange temperature difference and the heat exchange quantity of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner are obtained, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner is always in an operating state in the process of detecting the indoor fan. The heat exchange temperature difference and the heat exchange quantity are obtained after the air conditioner indoor unit operates stably, and the influence on the accuracy of data caused by short starting time of the indoor unit can be effectively avoided.
It should be noted that, the heat exchange temperature difference of the heat exchanger may be a related quantity related to the temperature difference of the heat exchanger, such as an indoor environment temperature, an indoor heat exchanger air pipe temperature, an indoor heat exchanger liquid pipe temperature, and the like, which is detected first, and then the heat exchange temperature difference of the heat exchanger is calculated according to the related quantity. Similarly, the method for obtaining the heat exchange amount may be to first detect a related amount related to the heat exchange amount, such as a gas pipe temperature of the heat exchanger, a liquid pipe temperature of the heat exchanger, a gas-liquid two-phase region temperature of the heat exchanger, an air inlet temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit, an air outlet temperature of the air conditioner indoor unit, and the like, and then calculate the heat exchange amount of the heat exchanger according to the detected related amount. The heat exchange temperature difference and the heat exchange quantity of the heat exchanger are obtained according to the related quantity in the prior art, and are not described in detail herein.
And step S20, judging whether the air conditioner indoor fan is in failure according to the heat exchange temperature difference and the heat exchange quantity.
When the indoor fan breaks down, the following physical phenomena often appear: the heat exchange temperature difference is large, the heat exchange quantity is small and the like, so that whether the indoor fan breaks down or not can be judged according to the obtained heat exchange temperature difference and the obtained heat exchange quantity.
And step S30, if the air conditioner indoor fan is in fault, outputting a fault signal of the air conditioner indoor fan.
When the air conditioner indoor fan is detected to be out of order, a fan failure signal is output at the terminal to prompt a user that the air conditioner indoor fan is in a failure state, the user can immediately stop the operation of the air conditioner after receiving the failure signal, and find maintenance personnel to remove the failure of the indoor fan, so that the air conditioner can be effectively prevented from operating for a long time under the condition that the indoor fan fails. Therefore, the fault of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be effectively detected, and the problems that the temperature of an indoor fan coil is too high, the refrigeration effect is poor or refrigeration is not performed, a refrigerant returns liquid, lubricating oil is diluted and the like caused by the fault of the indoor fan of the air conditioner are effectively avoided, so that the air conditioner is prevented from being damaged due to the fault of the indoor fan, and the reliability of the operation of an air conditioning system is ensured. The indoor fan fault signal here may be in the form of a warning tone or a warning light.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the air conditioner indoor fan fault acquires the heat exchange temperature difference and the heat exchange quantity of the air conditioner indoor heat exchanger, and judges whether the air conditioner indoor fan has a fault according to the heat exchange temperature difference and the heat exchange quantity, and if the air conditioner indoor fan has a fault, then outputs an air conditioner indoor fan fault signal. Because the air conditioner indoor fan is judged whether to have a fault by adopting the heat exchange temperature difference and the heat exchange quantity together, compared with the existing method for judging whether to have a fault by simply adopting the heat exchange temperature difference or the temperature change of the heat exchanger when the windshield is changed, the air conditioner indoor fan fault detection method can effectively reduce the misjudgment probability of the indoor fan caused by the changeability of the operation working condition or the operation state, thereby improving the fault detection accuracy and ensuring the operation reliability of an air conditioning system.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner indoor fan based on the device for detecting a fault of an air conditioner indoor fan according to the present invention, where step S20 includes:
and step S21, when the heat exchange temperature difference is larger than the preset heat exchange temperature difference value and the heat exchange amount is smaller than the preset heat exchange amount, judging that the indoor fan of the air conditioner has a fault.
In this embodiment, whether the indoor fan breaks down or not is determined by comparing the heat exchange temperature difference with the preset heat exchange temperature difference and comparing the heat exchange amount with the preset heat exchange amount. Here, the preset heat exchange temperature difference value may be set to 15 ℃, 17 ℃, 18 ℃, or 20 ℃ or the like, and specifically, different preset heat exchange temperature difference values may be set in different cases. Likewise, the preset heat exchange amount may be specifically set according to specific situations. And when the heat exchange temperature difference of the heat exchanger is detected to be larger than the preset heat exchange temperature difference value and the heat exchange amount is detected to be smaller than the preset heat exchange amount, judging that the indoor fan is in a fault state. It should be noted that the preset heat exchange temperature difference value may be set differently according to the operation state (heating state or cooling state) of the air conditioner indoor unit, and generally, when the air conditioner indoor unit is in the cooling state, the preset heat exchange temperature difference value is set to about 15 ℃, and when the air conditioner indoor unit is in the heating state, the preset heat exchange temperature difference value is set to about 20 ℃.
It should be noted that, when the heat exchange temperature difference is greater than the preset heat exchange temperature difference value and the heat exchange amount is less than the preset heat exchange amount, the operation is continued for a period of time (for example, 2min, 3min, or 4min), and if the heat exchange temperature difference is still greater than the preset heat exchange temperature difference value and the heat exchange amount is less than the preset heat exchange amount, it is determined that the air conditioner indoor fan has a fault. Therefore, the misjudgment probability of the indoor fan caused by the changeability of the running condition or the running state can be effectively reduced, and the fault detection accuracy is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, as an embodiment of obtaining the heat exchange temperature difference of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner in step S10, the step includes:
step S11a, heat exchanger liquid tube temperature and ambient temperature are obtained.
And step S12a, calculating the heat exchange temperature difference of the heat exchanger according to the liquid pipe temperature of the heat exchanger and the ambient temperature.
Specifically, when the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not started, the indoor environment temperature is detected by adopting the temperature sensor, then the indoor unit of the air conditioner is started, and when the indoor unit of the air conditioner runs stably, the temperature of the liquid pipe of the heat exchanger is detected. And calculating the heat exchange temperature difference of the heat exchanger according to the temperature of the liquid pipe of the heat exchanger and the ambient temperature obtained by detection.
Of course, the heat exchange temperature difference can also be obtained according to the air pipe temperature of the heat exchanger, please refer to fig. 5, as another embodiment of obtaining the heat exchange temperature difference of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner in step S10, the step includes:
and step S11b, acquiring the air pipe temperature and the ambient temperature of the heat exchanger.
And S12b, calculating the heat exchange temperature difference of the heat exchanger according to the air pipe temperature of the heat exchanger and the ambient temperature.
The temperature sensor is adopted to detect and obtain the temperature of the air pipe of the heat exchanger and the indoor environment temperature when the indoor unit of the air conditioner is not started, and then the difference value of the temperature sensor and the indoor environment temperature is calculated to obtain the heat exchange temperature difference of the heat exchanger.
Further, referring to fig. 6, as an embodiment of obtaining the heat exchange amount of the indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner in step S10, the step includes:
step S13, acquiring the temperature of a gas pipe of the heat exchanger, the temperature of a liquid pipe of the heat exchanger and the temperature of a gas-liquid two-phase area of the heat exchanger;
and step S14, calculating the heat exchange quantity of the heat exchanger according to the temperature of the air pipe of the heat exchanger, the temperature of the liquid pipe of the heat exchanger and the temperature of the gas-liquid two-phase area of the heat exchanger.
Specifically, the heat exchange amount of the heat exchanger is related to the temperature of a gas pipe of the heat exchanger, the temperature of a liquid pipe of the heat exchanger and the temperature of a gas-liquid two-phase area of the heat exchanger, wherein the temperature of the gas-liquid two-phase area of the heat exchanger is the intermediate temperature of the heat exchanger. The method comprises the steps of firstly, detecting by using a temperature sensor to obtain the temperature of an air pipe of the heat exchanger, the temperature of a liquid pipe of the heat exchanger and the temperature of a gas-liquid two-phase area of the heat exchanger, and then calculating to obtain the heat exchange quantity of the heat exchanger. The specific calculation process is as follows: firstly, calculating the difference value between the temperature of a gas pipe of the heat exchanger and the temperature of a gas-liquid two-phase area of the heat exchanger, recording the difference value as a first temperature difference value, calculating the difference value between the temperature of a liquid pipe of the heat exchanger and the temperature of the gas-liquid two-phase area of the heat exchanger, recording the difference value as a second temperature difference value, and then multiplying the first temperature difference value by the gas flow in the gas pipe of the heat exchanger to obtain the heat exchange quantity of the heat exchanger; similarly, the second temperature difference is multiplied by the liquid flow in the liquid pipe of the heat exchanger to obtain the heat exchange quantity of the heat exchanger, and the heat exchange quantity is recorded as a second heat exchange quantity. And then comparing the first heat exchange quantity with the second heat exchange quantity, taking the maximum value of the first heat exchange quantity and the second heat exchange quantity as the heat exchange quantity of the heat exchanger, and comparing the maximum value with the preset heat exchange quantity to judge whether the indoor fan fails. Certainly, the first heat exchange amount and the second heat exchange amount may also be compared with the preset heat exchange amount, and when both of the first heat exchange amount and the second heat exchange amount are smaller than the preset heat exchange amount, it is determined that the indoor fan has a fault.
It should be noted that, after the air conditioner indoor unit operates stably, the gas flow rate of the gas pipe and the liquid flow rate of the liquid pipe in the heat exchanger are not changed, so that whether the air conditioner indoor unit fails or not can be directly judged according to the gas pipe temperature of the heat exchanger and the liquid pipe temperature of the heat exchanger, that is, whether the air conditioner indoor unit fails or not is judged according to the first temperature difference value and the second temperature difference value. Optionally, when it is determined that the maximum value of the first temperature difference value and the second temperature difference value is smaller than a preset temperature difference value, it is determined that the indoor fan of the air conditioner is out of order, where the preset temperature difference value may be set to 1 ℃, 2 ℃, or 3 ℃, and specifically, different preset temperature difference values may be set in different situations. The detection mode can be realized only by adopting the temperature sensor without detecting the gas flow of the gas pipe in the heat exchanger or the liquid amount in the liquid pipe, the operation is relatively simple, and the calculation process is simplified.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a third embodiment of a method for detecting a failure of an indoor fan of an air conditioner based on a failure detection device of an indoor fan of an air conditioner according to the present invention, where, based on the first and second embodiments, when an indoor unit of an air conditioner is in a heating state, before step S30, the method further includes:
step S22a, increasing the wind speed of the indoor fan of the air conditioner and continuously operating for a first preset time;
step S23a, detecting whether the change value of the difference value between the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner and the ambient temperature is smaller than a preset change value;
and step S24, if yes, judging that the indoor fan of the air conditioner is in failure.
In this embodiment, firstly, the indoor fan of the air conditioner is operated in high wind for a first preset time, where the first preset time may be set to 4min, 5min, or 6min, and specifically, different first preset times may be set according to different situations. Then observing whether the difference value between the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner and the indoor environment temperature changes due to the high-wind opening of the fan, and if the difference value change value is smaller than a preset change value, considering that the fan stops rotating, namely the fan breaks down; if the difference value of the two values is larger than the preset change value, the fan is considered to be normally operated, and the original mode can be continuously recovered to continuously operate. Here, the preset variation value may be set to 2 ℃ or 3 ℃ or the like, and specifically, may be set as the case may be. It can be understood that whether the indoor fan breaks down is further checked by adopting a mode of operating the fan by high wind, so that the misjudgment probability of the indoor fan caused by the changeability of the operating condition or the operating state can be effectively reduced, the accuracy of fan fault detection is further improved, and the reliability of the air conditioning system is further ensured.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a fourth embodiment of the method for detecting a failure of an indoor fan of an air conditioner based on the device for detecting a failure of an indoor fan of an air conditioner according to the present invention, wherein based on the first embodiment, when the indoor unit of an air conditioner is in a cooling state, step S20 is replaced with:
step S20a, acquiring the air inlet and outlet temperature difference of the indoor unit of the air conditioner;
and step S20b, judging whether the indoor fan of the air conditioner has a fault according to the heat exchange temperature difference, the heat exchange quantity and the air inlet and outlet temperature difference.
In this embodiment, when the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in a cooling state, whether the indoor unit of the air conditioner breaks down is judged according to the heat exchange temperature difference and the heat exchange quantity of the heat exchanger and the air inlet and outlet temperature difference of the indoor unit, so that the misjudgment probability of the indoor fan caused by the variable operating conditions or operating states can be effectively reduced, the accuracy of fan fault detection is further improved, and the reliability of the air conditioning system is further ensured. The air inlet and outlet temperature difference refers to the difference between the air inlet temperature and the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the air inlet temperature is the indoor environment temperature, and the air inlet temperature and the air outlet temperature of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be detected by adopting a temperature sensor to calculate the air inlet and outlet temperature difference of the indoor unit.
It should be noted that, here, when the air conditioner is in a cooling state, the air inlet and outlet temperature difference of the air conditioner indoor unit is detected, and whether the indoor fan of the air conditioner is in a fault is determined according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference, the heat exchange temperature difference and the heat exchange of the heat exchanger, and when the air conditioner indoor unit is in a heating state, whether the indoor fan is in a fault is not determined according to the air inlet and outlet temperature difference.
Further, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a fifth embodiment of the method for detecting a failure of an air conditioner indoor fan based on the device for detecting a failure of an air conditioner indoor fan according to the present invention, where, based on the fourth embodiment, step S20b includes:
and S21b, when the heat exchange temperature difference is larger than the preset heat exchange temperature difference value, the heat exchange amount is smaller than the preset heat exchange amount, and the air inlet and outlet temperature difference is smaller than the preset air inlet and outlet temperature difference, judging that the indoor fan of the air conditioner has a fault.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner indoor unit is in the refrigeration state, whether the indoor fan breaks down is judged according to the heat transfer temperature difference, the heat transfer quantity and the air inlet temperature difference. Here, the preset air inlet and outlet temperature difference may be set to 4 ℃, 5 ℃, or 6 ℃ or the like, and specifically, different preset heat exchange temperature difference values may be set in different cases. And when the heat exchange temperature difference of the heat exchanger is detected to be larger than the preset heat exchange temperature difference value, the heat exchange amount is smaller than the preset heat exchange amount, and the air inlet and outlet temperature difference is smaller than the preset air inlet and outlet temperature difference, judging that the indoor fan is in a fault state.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 shows a sixth embodiment of the method for detecting a failure of an air conditioner indoor fan based on the device for detecting a failure of an air conditioner indoor fan according to the present invention, where the method further includes, before step S30, the steps of:
step S22b, adjusting the opening of an electronic expansion valve in an indoor unit of the air conditioner to be zero, and controlling an indoor fan to continuously operate for a second preset time;
step S23b, detecting whether the temperature of the heat exchanger is increased;
and step S24, if not, judging that the indoor fan of the air conditioner has a fault.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner indoor fan is in the cooling state, the air conditioner indoor unit enters the anti-freezing state, and continues to operate for a second preset time, where the second preset time may be set to 28min, 30min, or 32min, and specifically, different second preset times may be set according to different situations. The anti-freezing state is that the temperature of the heat exchanger is zero degrees centigrade, namely the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve in an indoor unit of the air conditioner is adjusted to zero, and the indoor fan is controlled to continue to operate for a second preset time, so that the temperature of the heat exchanger is increased and defrosting is carried out, if the temperature of the heat exchanger is detected not to be increased, the indoor fan is considered to be stopped, and the indoor fan of the air conditioner breaks down. The temperature of the heat exchanger can be the temperature of a liquid pipe of the heat exchanger or the temperature of a gas pipe of the heat exchanger. It can be understood that when the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in a refrigerating state, whether the indoor fan breaks down or not is further judged by the mode that the indoor unit of the air conditioner enters the freezing prevention mode, and the mode can effectively reduce the misjudgment probability of the indoor fan caused by the changeability of the running working condition or the running state, so that the accuracy of fan fault detection is further improved, and the running reliability of the air conditioning system is further ensured.
Further, after step S30, the method further includes: and step S40, controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve in the indoor unit of the air conditioner to be zero. When the indoor fan of the air conditioner is judged to be out of order and a fan failure signal is output, the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve in the indoor unit of the air conditioner is controlled to be zero, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner is closed, so that the situation that the running condition of the air conditioner is continuously worsened due to the fact that the indoor unit of the air conditioner continuously runs when the indoor fan fails is prevented.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides an air conditioner indoor fan fault detection apparatus, where the air conditioner indoor fan fault detection apparatus includes a processor, a memory, and an air conditioner indoor fan fault detection program stored in the memory and operable on the processor, and when the air conditioner indoor fan fault detection program is executed by the processor, the steps of the air conditioner indoor fan fault detection method according to the above embodiment are implemented.
