Abstract
The invention discloses an encryption method and system for an air conditioner indoor unit, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the encryption control machine generates a character string according to the bar code information of the air conditioner indoor unit and sends the character string to the communication board of the air conditioner indoor unit and outdoor unit, the communication board of the air conditioner indoor unit and the air conditioner outdoor unit generates an encryption function packet according to the character string and sends the encryption function packet to the encryption control machine, and the encryption control machine sends the encryption function packet to the air conditioner indoor unit for encryption. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the consistency of the password and the model bar code in the encryption process of the air conditioner can be ensured.

Technical Field

Background
With the development of society, air conditioners have entered every family, and bring comfortable experience for the life of people. To prevent the risk of cross-shipment in the market, the glad corporation introduced some air conditioning products with a power-on password.
Generally, a boot password is automatically generated according to a model bar code during an internal test, after a product is sold to a client, the product is installed and debugged on power, an installer needs to scan the model bar code to obtain a boot password mode, then the product can be normally booted after inputting the password manually, the password in the production process is guaranteed to be successfully burned on the basis of the mode, the burned password corresponds to the barcode in a one-to-one mode, and if the burned password is inconsistent with the model bar code, the product cannot be booted.

after the air conditioner internal unit is detected to be powered on, the encryption controller 1 and the air conditioner internal unit carry out communication handshake, and controls the air conditioner internal and external unit communication board 2 to simulate the air conditioner external unit and the air conditioner internal unit to carry out communication handshake;
the encryption controller 1 sends the encryption function packet to an air conditioner indoor unit;

After the air conditioner is installed, an after-sale installation master can scan the bar code of the air conditioner internal unit through the mobile phone APP to call encrypted data from the cloud server platform, and decryption of the air conditioner is realized through infrared remote control of the mobile phone APP, so that the air conditioner is activated.

the method comprises the steps that an encryption control machine generates a character string according to bar code information of an air conditioner indoor unit and sends the character string to an air conditioner indoor unit and outdoor unit communication board, the air conditioner indoor unit and outdoor unit communication board generates an encryption function packet according to the character string and sends the encryption function packet to the encryption control machine, the encryption control machine controls the air conditioner indoor unit to be powered on and sends the encryption function packet to the air conditioner indoor unit for encryption, the air conditioner indoor unit encrypts the encryption function packet after receiving the encryption function packet and feeds encryption completion information back to the encryption control machine, the encryption control machine uploads the encryption function packet to a cloud server platform after receiving information that the air conditioner indoor unit is successfully encrypted, and before sending the encryption function packet to the air conditioner indoor unit, the encryption control machine and the air conditioner indoor unit perform communication handshake and controls the air conditioner indoor unit and outdoor unit communication board to simulate the air conditioner outdoor unit and the air conditioner indoor unit to perform communication handshake.
